Thus, the first, second and third members 2212, 2213 and 2214 have a link effect, and when the first, second and third members 2212, 2213 and 2214 are actuated, the upper end of the third member 2214 can move up and down only in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the second driver 222 extends and contracts, the lifting platform 21 moves in parallel in the vertical direction, and the situation that the lifting platform 21 is inclined in the moving process is avoided.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the top end of each second driver 222 may be hinged to the lifting platform 21, and the bottom end of each second driver 222 may be hinged to the walking platform 11, so that the second drivers 222 have a shock absorption effect, and the situation that the end portions of the second drivers 222 are rigidly touched when the lifting platform 21 is stressed is avoided.
In this embodiment, the two second drivers 222 are respectively disposed on the left side, the right side and the rear side of the limiting member 221, and the second drivers 222 are distributed in a triangular shape, so that the stability of the plurality of second drivers 222 when lifting and supporting the lifting platform 21 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the lifting platform 21 is provided with a protrusion 214, the protrusion 214 protrudes toward the rear side of the lifting platform 21, in the second position, the protrusion 214 is adapted to support the console 3 to reduce the suspended length of the console 3, and a second driver 222 is provided between the protrusion 214 and the walking platform 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the protruding portion 214 is integrally formed on the lifting platform 21, the protruding portion 214 protrudes and extends toward the rear side of the lifting platform 21, when the first operating platform and the second operating platform are switched to the second position, the first operating platform and the second operating platform can be placed on the top surface of the protruding portion 214, so that the situation that the first operating platform and the second operating platform are long in suspension backwards and easily subjected to deflection deformation is avoided, and the situation that the operating platform 3 is long in suspension and easily causes the operating platform to swing up and down in the moving process to cause instability of the platform operation equipment is also avoided.
In some embodiments, the walking device 1 comprises a plurality of supporting members 12, the plurality of supporting members 12 are provided on the walking platform 11 and arranged at intervals along the circumference of the walking platform 11, the supporting members 12 can extend below the walking platform 11, and the supporting members 12 are adapted to support the ground to level and fix the walking platform 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the walking platform 11 is a rectangular plate, the supporting members 12 are disposed at four corners of the lower bottom surface of the walking platform 11, and the supporting members 12 can be extended and fixed. Therefore, when the walking platform 11 is supported on the uneven tunnel ground, the walking platform 11 can be adjusted to different lengths through different supporting pieces 12, so that the walking platform 11 is kept horizontal, the level of the operating platform 3 is guaranteed, and the operation of operators is facilitated. Secondly, because the propping piece 12 can prop up with the ground, the fulcrum can be increased, and the function of fixing the running gear 1 is played.
In some embodiments, the bottom end of the supporting member 12 may be provided with a base plate, the base plate is disc-shaped, and the base plate may increase the contact area between the supporting member 12 and the ground or the roadway floor, thereby enhancing the stability of the fixing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the walking platform 11 may be provided with a control system 4, the control system 4 may be a hydraulic control system 4, and each hydraulic telescopic cylinder on the lift truck may be in hydraulic communication with the control system 4, so as to facilitate hydraulic driving of various actions of the lift truck.
Optionally, the control system 4 is installed at the rear side of the lifting device 2, so that the gravity action on the walking platform 11 can be balanced, the situation that the gravity center of the platform operation equipment moves forwards or backwards is avoided, and the stability during moving and fixing is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the front side of the lifting platform 21 may be provided with a mounting plate 211, the mounting plate 211 is a rectangular plate and extends along the left-right direction, the mounting plate 211 is located in a vertical plane, the mounting plate 211 has a shielding effect, and when the lifting platform 21 descends and moves, the mounting plate 211 may prevent impurities such as coal and rock from entering between the walking platform 11 and the lifting platform 21, so as to achieve a protection effect.

Claims (10)

1. A platform work apparatus, comprising:
the top of the walking device is provided with a walking platform;

the operation panel, the operation panel is rotationally established on the lift platform, the operation panel has first position and second position, in first position, the operation panel extends in order to be suitable for personnel to carry out manual work on the operation panel along running gear's width direction, in the second position, the operation panel extends in order to promote trafficability characteristic along running gear's length direction.

The platform working equipment according to claim 1, wherein the platform is adjustable in length, the platform comprises a first driver, a first sub-platform and a second sub-platform, one end of the first sub-platform is connected with the lifting platform, the second sub-platform is in guiding assembly with the first sub-platform and can extend out from the other end of the first sub-platform, one end of the first driver is connected with the first sub-platform, the other end of the first driver is connected with the second sub-platform, and the length of the first driver is adjustable to drive the second sub-platform to move.

The platform operating device according to claim 2, wherein the operating deck comprises a support member, a first column and a second column, the first column is arranged below the lifting platform, the second column is arranged below the first sub-platform, the first column is longer than the second column, one end of the support member is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the first column, the other end of the support member is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the second column, and the length of the support member is adjustable.

The platform work apparatus of claim 2, wherein the operation platform comprises a first operation platform and a second operation platform, the lifting platform is provided with a first pivot slot and a second pivot slot, at least a portion of the first operation platform is engaged with the first pivot slot and is rotatable within the first pivot slot to one side of the lifting platform to realize the switching of the first operation platform between the first position and the second position, and at least a portion of the second operation platform is engaged with the second pivot slot and is rotatable within the second pivot slot to the other side of the lifting platform to realize the switching of the second operation platform between the first position and the second position.

The platform operation equipment according to claim 4, wherein the lifting platform is provided with a boss, the boss is provided with a first curved surface and a second curved surface which are oppositely arranged in the width direction of the walking device, the first curved surface encloses the first pivot groove, the second curved surface does not enclose the second pivot groove, the first operating platform is provided with a first arc surface, the first arc surface is suitable for being in fit with the first curved surface when the first operating platform rotates, the second operating platform is provided with a second arc surface, and the second arc surface is suitable for being in fit with the second curved surface when the second operating platform rotates.
6. A platform working apparatus according to claim 5 wherein the platform comprises a fence which is removably mounted on the top surface of the platform and extends along a peripheral edge of the platform.

The platform work apparatus of claim 6 wherein the enclosure comprises a first rail, a second rail and a third rail, the first rail being disposed on the first platform and extending along a circumferential edge of the first platform, the second rail being disposed on the second platform and extending along a circumferential edge of the second platform, the third rail being disposed on the first platform at one end and on the second platform at the other end, the first rail, the second rail and the third rail forming an annular fence in the first position, at least a portion of the first platform, at least a portion of the second platform and at least a portion of the walking platform being enclosed within the annular fence.

The platform working equipment according to claim 1, wherein the elevating assembly comprises a stopper and a plurality of second drivers, the plurality of second drivers are provided at an outer peripheral side of the stopper, one end of the second driver is hinged to the traveling platform, the other end of the second driver is hinged to the elevating platform, the stopper comprises a hinge base, a first member, a second member and a third member, the hinge base is fixed to the traveling platform, one end of the first member is hinged to the hinge base, the other end of the first member is hinged to the third member, one end of the second member is hinged to the hinge base, the other end of the second member is hinged to the third member, the first member is located above the second member, one end of the third member is connected to the first member and the second member, and the other end of the third member is hinged to the elevating platform, the limiting piece is suitable for limiting the extension direction of the second driver when the second driver extends and contracts.

The platform work apparatus of claim 8, wherein the lift platform is provided with a protrusion protruding to a rear side of the lift platform, wherein in the second position the protrusion is adapted to support the console to reduce a suspended length of the console, and wherein the second actuator is provided between the protrusion and the walking platform.

Platform working equipment according to any one of claims 1-9 wherein the walking means comprises a plurality of spreader members provided on the walking platform and spaced circumferentially along the walking platform, the spreader members being extendable below the walking platform, the spreader members being adapted to be propped against the ground to level and secure the walking platform.
