Abstract

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the high-speed box opening head mechanism of the box packing machine of the present invention includes a servo motor 1, a synchronous pulley assembly 2, a main shaft 10, a turntable 9, a box taking and placing connecting rod assembly 8, a box opening connecting rod assembly 6, an adsorption assembly, a fixed three-groove disc cam 5, a fixed roller valve cam 11, and a frame 13. The three-groove disc cam 5 and the roller valve cam 11 are fixed on a frame 13, the servo motor 1 is connected with one end of a main shaft 10 through a synchronous pulley component 2, and the other end of the main shaft 10 is connected with a turntable 9. The main shaft 10 is fixed on the frame 13 through a bearing seat 3. The vacuum pump 4 is connected with a rotary joint at the tail end of the main shaft 10 through a pipeline assembly, and is communicated with a sucker plate 8-1 of the taking and placing box connecting rod assembly 8 through a central hole of the main shaft 10, a roller valve 12 arranged on the back of the rotary table 9 and a hose 7.
The box taking and placing actions are realized:
fig. 4 shows a detailed structure of the link assembly 8 of the pick-and-place box. Wherein 8-1 is a sucker plate, 8-2 is a main swing arm, 8-3 is a directional control connecting rod, and 8-4 is a directional control crank. The directional control crank 8-4 is connected with the sucker plate 8-1 through a directional control connecting rod 8-3, the main swing arm 8-2 is connected with the sucker plate 8-1, and the three-groove disc cam 5 is connected with the main swing arm 8-2. When the rotary disc 9 rotates anticlockwise at a constant speed, the main swing arm 8-2 swings according to a designed motion rule under the control of the three-groove disc cam 5 fixed on the rack 13, so that track points for taking and placing boxes are generated. Similarly, the directional control crank 8-4 is driven by the directional control connecting rod 8-3 under the action of the fixed three-groove disc cam 5, so that the sucker plate 8-1 has a function of keeping the direction unchanged in the box taking stage.
