In this embodiment, referring to fig. 11, two openings at two ends of the box body 1 may be respectively covered with a box cover 2, and edges of the box cover 2 cover the breaking portion 7, wherein the box cover 2 at the upper portion of the box body 1 is covered with a piece of facial tissue 101 and folded to cover the breaking portion 7, so that the matching gap between the box cover 2 and the box body 1 is small, the appearance is attractive, when the two openings are covered, facial tissue 101 at two ends of the box body 1 can be folded, and the facial tissue 101 is abutted against materials of the breaking portion 7, so that the end of the facial tissue 101 cannot be seen, and the appearance is more attractive.

Claims (10)

1. The automatic packaging method is characterized by being used for preparing a packaging box, wherein the packaging box is mainly used for a wine packaging box, a box body (1) of the packaging box comprises facial tissues (101) and a base plate (102), the facial tissues (101) are pasted on the base plate (102), and the facial tissues (101) are processed by double-spelling or triple-spelling printing;
glue is smeared on the inner wall surface of the facial tissue (101) to paste the inner wall surface of the facial tissue (101) on the base plate (102), the base plate (102) is a gray board or corrugated board, and v grooves (106) are formed in bending positions of the base plate (102);
the facial tissues (101) and the base plate (102) are molded into a double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) with two open ends, a supporting piece (4) is arranged in the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1), the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) is cut from the facial tissues (101) into the base plate (102) by a cutter (3), and the cutter (3) cuts the double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) into box bodies (1) of two or three packaging boxes;
the two ends of the box body (1) are opened, the openings at the two ends are sealed by adopting the box cover (2) or the base, after the cutter (3) cuts two adjacent box bodies (1), a breaking part (7) is formed on the end part of at least one end of the box body (1), and when the openings at the two ends of the box body (1) are sealed by adopting the box cover (2) or the base, the breaking part (7) is covered by the edge of the box cover (2) or the base.
2. The method of automatic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the split (7) of the box body (1) formed after the double or triple square tubular box body (1) is cut by the knife (3) is coated at least once on the split (7) of the box body (1).
3. The method of automatic packaging according to claim 2, wherein the step of applying the coating is as follows:
the roller (5) is placed in the paint tray (6), the breaking part (7) is arranged towards the roller surface of the roller (5), redundant paint on the roller (5) is removed by using a scraper, the roller (5) is adopted to drive the paint in the paint tray (6), and the paint is directly or indirectly coated on the breaking part (7) of the box body (1) cut by the cutter (3).

A method of automatic packaging according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the face paper (101) is laminated with the base plate (102) to paste the box body (1) of the composite board, v-grooves (106) are arranged on the inner wall of the composite board, and after bending at the v-grooves (106), the box body is connected and formed to form a double-spliced or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1).

The automatic packaging method according to claim 4, wherein in the step of forming the base plate (102) and the face paper (101) into the tubular box body (1), the base plate (102) is firstly formed into a square tubular box blank, and then after the inner wall surface of the face paper (101) is coated with glue, the face paper (101) is pasted on the surface of the tubular box blank to form the tubular box body (1).

The automatic packaging method according to claim 5, wherein the top view profile of the double-or triple-spliced square tubular box body (1) can be square, pentasquare or hexagonal, one glue or two glues can be coated on the inner wall surface of the facial tissue (101), and when two glues are coated, two glue interval stripes are coated on the inner wall surface of the facial tissue (101).
7. The automatic packaging method according to claim 6, wherein when the cutter (3) is used for cutting the double-or triple-square tubular box body (1), corners at two ends of the double-or triple-square tubular box body (1) are cut off by the cutter (3).

Method for automatic packaging according to claim 7, characterized in that, when cutting a tubular box body (1), two cutters (3) are used, which are arranged opposite one another from top to bottom, the two cutters (3) cutting the box body (1) towards the support (4) at cutting positions on both surfaces of the box body (1), respectively.
9. The method of automatic packaging according to claim 2, characterized in that the coating is applied twice or more to each of the break-off portions (7), the coating being cured by uv-curing.
10. The method of automatic packaging according to claim 9, wherein the coating is an ink or a hot melt adhesive or a sealing oil.
