Technical Field

Background
The hang granule is often used for hanging a trademark elevator and is used on clothes to show the model, material, attention and the like of commodities. s2, injection molding: integrally injection-molding a nozzle material and hanging particles on a hanging line through injection molding equipment, and finally ejecting the nozzle material together with the hanging particles out of a mold cavity through an ejection mechanism;
s3: preparing gold stamping: pulling the sprue material and the hanging particles molded by injection molding in S2 into the gold stamping equipment by pulling the hanging wire, placing the hanging particles on a base plate, abutting the rear side of the sprue material with a rear top plate to realize positioning of the hanging particles, and preheating an upper gold stamping plate and a lower gold stamping plate of the gold stamping equipment;
s4, gold stamping: thermally transferring the pattern on the transfer paper to the surface of the hanging particles by using a gold stamping plate, and recovering the transferred area of the transfer paper tape by using a winding device;
s5, cutting: and (4) taking down the hanging particles subjected to the hot stamping in the step S4 from the workbench, removing the nozzle material from the hanging line, and cutting the hanging line into preset lengths.
Furthermore, injection molding holes are formed in the two sides of the upper die in the S2 mode, and when injection molding is conducted, thermoplastic materials are injected into the die cavity from the two injection molding holes simultaneously.
Furthermore, a plurality of placing openings are arranged on the front side of the backing plate in the S3, and when hot stamping is carried out, each hanging particle is located in the corresponding placing opening.
Furthermore, the backing plate is a soft plate which is made of heat insulation rubber materials and has the thickness of 5-8 mm.
Further, the temperature of the gilding plate in the S4 is 115-145 ℃; the gilding plate is a flexible plate with the thickness of 2-5mm, which is made of a rubber sheet and a silica gel sheet.

s3: preparing gold stamping: pulling the sprue material and the hanging particles molded by injection molding in S2 into the gold stamping equipment by pulling the hanging wire, placing the hanging particles on a base plate, abutting the rear side of the sprue material with a rear top plate to realize positioning of the hanging particles, and preheating an upper gold stamping plate and a lower gold stamping plate of the gold stamping equipment;
s4, gold stamping: thermally transferring the pattern on the transfer paper to the surface of the hanging particles by using a gold stamping plate, and recovering the transferred area of the transfer paper tape by using a winding device;
s5, cutting: and (4) taking down the hanging particles subjected to the hot stamping in the step S4 from the workbench, removing the nozzle material from the hanging line, and cutting the hanging line into preset lengths.
