Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of special-shaped hanging particles, which comprises the following steps of S1, preparing a die and auxiliary tools thereof required by the production of the special-shaped hanging particles: s2, integrally injection-molding the nozzle material and the hanging particles on the hanging line through injection-molding equipment, S3: pulling the sprue material and the hanging particles molded by injection molding in S2 into the gold stamping equipment by pulling the hanging wire, placing the hanging particles on a base plate, abutting the rear side of the sprue material with a rear top plate to realize positioning of the hanging particles, and preheating an upper gold stamping plate and a lower gold stamping plate of the gold stamping equipment; s4, thermally transferring the pattern on the transfer paper to the surface of the hanging particles by using a gold stamping plate, and recovering the transferred area of the transfer paper tape by using a winding device; and S5, taking down the hanging particles subjected to hot stamping in the S4 from the workbench, removing the nozzle material from the hanging line, and cutting the hanging line into preset lengths.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of special-shaped hanging granules, belonging to the technical field of clothing production.
Background
The hang granule is often used for hanging a trademark elevator and is used on clothes to show the model, material, attention and the like of commodities. The common basic structure of the hanging granule comprises a plastic head and a rope body, wherein one end of the rope body is fixed on the plastic head, a clamping block is arranged at the other end of the rope body, a clamping groove is formed in the plastic head, and the clamping block is clamped into the clamping groove, so that the rope body can be enclosed into a closed rope loop.
When the hanging granule is produced, because the injection molding of the hanging granule is generally carried out through one row of nozzle materials, the problem that the weight of two ends of the nozzle materials is different in the injection molding process and finally the hanging granule in one row is uneven exists, and if the hanging granule in one row is stressed unevenly and is inclined in the hot stamping process, the hot stamping patterns of the hanging granule in the row are all defective.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a process for manufacturing special-shaped hanging particles, so as to solve the existing problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: s1, preparing a mould and an auxiliary tool thereof required by producing the special-shaped hanging particles: (a) installing a mould on injection molding equipment, enabling a hanging line to pass through each mould cavity, (b) installing a base plate on a workbench of hot stamping equipment, (c) installing a rear top plate at the rear end of the workbench, and (d) guiding a transfer printing paper tape to pass through hot stamping surfaces of upper and lower hot stamping plates of the hot stamping equipment;
s2, injection molding: integrally injection-molding a nozzle material and hanging particles on a hanging line through injection molding equipment, and finally ejecting the nozzle material together with the hanging particles out of a mold cavity through an ejection mechanism;
s3: preparing gold stamping: pulling the sprue material and the hanging particles molded by injection molding in S2 into the gold stamping equipment by pulling the hanging wire, placing the hanging particles on a base plate, abutting the rear side of the sprue material with a rear top plate to realize positioning of the hanging particles, and preheating an upper gold stamping plate and a lower gold stamping plate of the gold stamping equipment;
s4, gold stamping: thermally transferring the pattern on the transfer paper to the surface of the hanging particles by using a gold stamping plate, and recovering the transferred area of the transfer paper tape by using a winding device;
s5, cutting: and (4) taking down the hanging particles subjected to the hot stamping in the step S4 from the workbench, removing the nozzle material from the hanging line, and cutting the hanging line into preset lengths.
Furthermore, injection molding holes are formed in the two sides of the upper die in the S2 mode, and when injection molding is conducted, thermoplastic materials are injected into the die cavity from the two injection molding holes simultaneously.
Furthermore, a plurality of placing openings are arranged on the front side of the backing plate in the S3, and when hot stamping is carried out, each hanging particle is located in the corresponding placing opening.
Furthermore, the backing plate is a soft plate which is made of heat insulation rubber materials and has the thickness of 5-8 mm.
Further, the temperature of the gilding plate in the S4 is 115-145 ℃; the gilding plate is a flexible plate with the thickness of 2-5mm, which is made of a rubber sheet and a silica gel sheet.
Furthermore, a plurality of wire grooves are formed in the top end of the rear top plate in the S3 in an arrayed mode, when positioning is conducted, the nozzle material is pulled to the front of the top plate through pulling of the hanging wire and then is placed downwards, and the hanging wire on the outer side of the rear end of the nozzle material is placed in the wire grooves.
Further, the specific structure of the gold stamping device in the invention can refer to another patent applied by the applicant on the same day.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the manufacturing process of the special-shaped hanging granule, the injection molding efficiency is improved, the injection molding quality is guaranteed, the hanging granule is accurately positioned and stably placed in the gold stamping process, the pattern dislocation caused by uneven stress can be avoided, the yield is improved, and the cost is reduced.

In the figure: the injection molding device comprises an injection molding device-1, a hanging line-2, a backing plate-3, a hot stamping device-4, a rear top plate-5, an injection molding hole-6, a placing opening-7 and a wire groove-8.
Detailed Description
The process for manufacturing the special-shaped hanging granule is suitable for manufacturing the special-shaped hanging granule.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a preferred embodiment and other embodiments of the manufacturing process of the special-shaped hanging granule of the invention are described in detail.
In this embodiment, the process for manufacturing the special-shaped hanging granule of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, preparing a mould and an auxiliary tool thereof required by producing the special-shaped hanging particles: (a) installing a mould on the injection molding equipment 1, taking the hanging line 2 to pass through each mould cavity, (b) installing the backing plate 3 on a workbench of the hot stamping equipment 4, (c) installing the rear top plate 5 at the rear end position of the workbench, and (d) guiding the transfer printing paper tape to pass through the hot stamping surfaces of the upper hot stamping plate and the lower hot stamping plate of the hot stamping equipment 4.
S2, injection molding: the injection molding equipment 1 is used for integrally injection molding the nozzle material and the hanging particles on the hanging line 2, and finally the nozzle material and the hanging particles are ejected out of a mold cavity through an ejection mechanism.
S3: preparing gold stamping: the sprue material and the hanging grains molded by injection molding in the S2 are pulled into the gold stamping equipment 4 by pulling the hanging wire 2, the hanging grains are arranged on the backing plate 3, the rear side of the sprue material is abutted against the rear top plate 5 to realize the positioning of the hanging grains, and the upper and lower gold stamping plates of the gold stamping equipment 4 are preheated.
S4, gold stamping: and thermally transferring the pattern on the transfer paper to the surface of the hanging particles by using a gold stamping plate, and recovering the transferred area of the transfer paper tape by using a winding device.
S5, cutting: and (5) taking down the hanging particles subjected to the hot stamping in the step S4 from the workbench, removing the nozzle material from the hanging line 2, and cutting the hanging line 2 into preset lengths.
In this embodiment, injection holes 6 are formed in both sides of an upper mold in the manufacturing process of the special-shaped hanging granule, and when injection molding is performed, thermoplastic materials are injected into a mold cavity from the two injection holes 6 at the same time.
In this embodiment, in the manufacturing process of the special-shaped hanging granule of the present invention, a plurality of placing openings 7 are arranged on the front side of the backing plate 3 in S3, and when performing hot stamping, each hanging granule is located in the corresponding placing opening 7.
In this embodiment, the backing plate 3 of the process for manufacturing the irregular hanging granule of the invention is a soft plate with a thickness of 5-8mm, which is made of a heat-insulating rubber material.
In this embodiment, the temperature of the gilded plate in S4 of the manufacturing process of the special-shaped hanging granule of the invention is 115 ℃ to 145 ℃; the gilding plate is a flexible plate with the thickness of 2-5mm, which is made of a rubber sheet and a silica gel sheet.
In this embodiment, in the manufacturing process of the irregular hanging granule of the present invention, the plurality of wire grooves 8 are arranged at the top 5 end of the rear top plate in S3, and when positioning is performed, the hanging wire 2 is pulled to pull the nozzle material to the front of the top plate and then downward, and the hanging wire 2 at the outer side of the rear end of the nozzle material is placed in the wire groove 8.

Claims (6)
1. A manufacturing process of special-shaped hanging particles is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing a mould and an auxiliary tool thereof required by producing the special-shaped hanging particles: (a) installing a mould on injection molding equipment, enabling a hanging line to pass through each mould cavity, (b) installing a base plate on a workbench of hot stamping equipment, (c) installing a rear top plate at the rear end of the workbench, and (d) guiding a transfer printing paper tape to pass through hot stamping surfaces of upper and lower hot stamping plates of the hot stamping equipment;
s2, injection molding: integrally injection-molding a nozzle material and hanging particles on a hanging line through injection molding equipment, and finally ejecting the nozzle material together with the hanging particles out of a mold cavity through an ejection mechanism;
s3: preparing gold stamping: pulling the sprue material and the hanging particles molded by injection molding in S2 into the gold stamping equipment by pulling the hanging wire, placing the hanging particles on a base plate, abutting the rear side of the sprue material with a rear top plate to realize positioning of the hanging particles, and preheating an upper gold stamping plate and a lower gold stamping plate of the gold stamping equipment;
s4, gold stamping: thermally transferring the pattern on the transfer paper to the surface of the hanging particles by using a gold stamping plate, and recovering the transferred area of the transfer paper tape by using a winding device;
s5, cutting: and (4) taking down the hanging particles subjected to the hot stamping in the step S4 from the workbench, removing the nozzle material from the hanging line, and cutting the hanging line into preset lengths.
2. The process for manufacturing the special-shaped hanging granule according to claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: and injection molding holes are formed in the two sides of the upper die in the S2 mode, and when injection molding is carried out, thermoplastic materials are injected into the die cavity from the two injection molding holes simultaneously.

The process for manufacturing the special-shaped hanging granule according to claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: a plurality of openings of placing have been seted up in the front side of backing plate is arranged in S3, and when carrying out the thermoprint, each hang the grain and all be located corresponding placing the mouth.
