The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the cutting device with the conveniently-detached cutters is used, firstly, the material passing channel 29 is connected with external feeding equipment, two cutters 6 in one group are fixed together by bolts, after the distance between the two groups of cutters 6 is adjusted, the two groups of cutters 6 are fixed on the first shaft lever 5 by the bolts, then the positions of the two turntables 16 are adjusted, the distance between the two turntables 16 is slightly smaller than the distance between the two groups of cutters 6, then the turntables 16 are fixed on the second shaft lever 15 by the bolts, the winding drum is sleeved on the outer side of the third shaft lever 24 on the right side of the front end surface of the rotary frame 22, after the winding drum is fixed by the nuts, glue is sprayed on the outer surface of the winding drum through the material passing channel 29 and the glue spraying head 30, then the fourth motor 21 is started, the rotary frame 22 is driven by the fourth motor 21 to rotate for 180 degrees, then the lead screw 1902 is manually rotated, the second bearing platform 1903 slides back and forth under the limiting action of the slide channel 1901 and the lead screw 1902, until the winding drum, the first shaft lever 5 and the second shaft lever 15 are positioned on a vertical middle shaft surface, paper sequentially passes through a space between the cutter 6 and the first backing plate 7 and a space between the rotary table 16 and the second backing plate 18 and is bonded with the winding drum sprayed with glue, the first motor 4, the third motor 14 and the fifth motor 23 are started, the fifth motor 23 drives the corresponding third shaft lever 24 to rotate, so as to drive the corresponding winding drum to rotate, so as to automatically wind the paper, the first motor 4 drives the first shaft lever 5 to rotate, so as to drive the cutter 6 to rotate, so as to cut the paper, after leftover materials at two sides of the paper pass through a space between the first roller 11 and the second roller 12, the second motor 10 is started, the first roller 11 and the second roller 12 rotate under the action of the respective corresponding second motor 10, so as to guide the leftover materials into the collection box 13, the compression spring 8 plays a role of jacking for the bearing frame 9 and the first roller 11, the leftover materials can be conveniently and better guided to move, the third motor 14 drives the second shaft lever 15 to rotate, so as to drive the turntable 16 to rotate, lines can be rolled out on two sides of the cut paper by utilizing the convex block 17, the next winding cylinder can be placed and fixed on the other third shaft lever 24 in the process and glue spraying operation is completed, after one winding operation is completed, the rotating frame 22 rotates clockwise for 180 degrees, then the electric telescopic column 25 is started, the electric telescopic column 25 extends, the cutting knife 26 moves downwards and cuts off the paper, the cushion frame 27 can play a role of a cushion support, then the winding cylinder with the wound paper can be detached and replaced by a new winding cylinder, the operation is repeated, the cutting operation of all the paper is conveniently completed by utilizing the cutter 6 and a plurality of winding cylinders, the cutter 6 can be detached from the first shaft lever 5 after the work is completed, cleaning, maintenance or replacement is convenient, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is known by professional technicians in the field.
