In medical testing and pharmaceutical processes, centrifuges are often used to separate serum, plasma, precipitate proteins, and the like. When in use, a sample is put into the horizontal rotor 3, cold airflow is subjected to temperature adjustment through the evaporator 8, the evaporator 8 is connected with the compressor 10, the condenser 9 and the throttle valve 13 to form a cooling system 15 for heat exchange, the cooled airflow enters from the airflow pipeline inlet 6 and then enters the cyclone heat-insulating centrifugal cavity 2 from the airflow dispersing sheet 11, the airflow dispersing sheet 11 is provided with a gap 14 which can divide the airflow into a plurality of pieces, the airflow enters the position where the horizontal rotor 3 is positioned under the action of the ventilator 12, the driving shaft of the motor 5 drives the belt 4 to run, the other end of the belt 4 drives the rotating shaft 16 to rotate, the horizontal rotor 3 surrounding the rotating shaft 16 rotates together for centrifugation, meanwhile, the divided airflow rotates to form irregular rotating airflow and exchanges heat with the rotating horizontal rotor 3 to cool the sample placed in the horizontal rotor 3, and then out of the outlet 7 of the gas flow duct and through the duct into the inlet 6 of the gas flow duct for circulation.
Furthermore, the diameter of the gap on the air dispersible tablet 11 is 2-3 cm.
