The leg training device for sports, according to claim 1, characterized in that the first adjusting mechanism comprises a transverse plate (28) and a second screw rod (32), the transverse plate (28) slides inside the box body (27) and is horizontally arranged, both ends of the top of the transverse plate (28) are fixedly connected with a pillar (29) and are vertically arranged, both ends of the bottom of the training plate (3) are provided with third sliding grooves (30), and both third sliding blocks (31) slide inside the third sliding grooves (30).

A leg training device for sports, according to claim 3, wherein said rotating mechanism includes a belt (13), and said belt (13) rotates inside the box body (12) and is horizontally disposed, said belt (13) has round rollers (16) installed at both ends inside, and a rotating rod is fixed at the center of one side of two round rollers (16), and the top ends of two rotating rods are respectively fixed at the center of the top ends of two first lead screws (10), wherein a rotating shaft (14) is fixed at the center of the other side of one round roller (16), and a knob (15) is rotated at the end of one side of the box body (12), and the top end of said rotating shaft (14) is fixed at the center of one side of the knob (15).

A leg training device for sports, according to claim 4, characterized in that the arm training mechanism comprises a C-shaped frame (4), two vertical edges of the C-shaped frame (4) are respectively fixedly connected to a symmetrical side surface of the top of the bottom plate (1) and are vertically arranged, fixed pulleys (5) are respectively installed at two ends of a transverse edge of the C-shaped frame (4), a pull rope (6) is arranged below the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame (4), the pull rope (6) sequentially passes through the two fixed pulleys (5), and pull rings are respectively tied at two ends of the two pull ropes (6).
