The mice are subjected to a behavioural experiment, which is divided into an anti-regular reflection experiment and a climbing experiment, the changes of the appearance states and behaviors of the mice in each group are observed, and the sobering time, the drunk latency and the climbing time are recorded. The results are shown in Table 1.

48 ICR mice are randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group comprises 12 mice, namely a blank control group, a model control group, and a first aloe cathartic capsule low-dose group and a first aloe cathartic capsule high-dose group.

Each group except the blank control group is filled with gastric alcohol (45%) 0.01ml/g every day, and the low-dose and high-dose groups of the first-aloe cathartic capsules are respectively filled with gastric alcohol for 30min before the gastric alcohol filling, and the doses are respectively 50mg/kg and 200mg/kg; the model control group was filled with an equal amount of purified water and the blank control group was filled with an equal amount of purified water for two consecutive weeks.

EXAMPLE 3 Effect of the Metarhizium Hui Constipation Capsule on liver alcohol dehydrogenase content

The number of Kunming mice was 48, the male weight was 20+ -2 g, and the mice were randomly divided into 4 groups of 12 mice each according to the body weight. No water was allowed for 12 hours before the experiment.

Except for the blank control group, the mice in the model group and the first meta-constipation capsule high and low dose groups are filled with 56-degree white spirit, 0.05ml/10g, and are continuously fed for 14 days, the mice in the model group are fed with standard feed, drink water freely, and the blank control group is fed with normal saline.

From day 1, 1 hour after drinking, the low and high dosage groups of the first aloe cathartic capsules are respectively administered into the first aloe cathartic capsules according to the dosage of 0.1ml/10g of stomach irrigation, and the dosages are respectively 50mg/kg and 200mg/kg. The model control group was filled with an equal amount of purified water, and the blank control group was filled with an equal amount of purified water.

And continuously administering for 14d, taking the liver after the experiment is finished, adding lysate for homogenating, and measuring the content of the alcohol dehydrogenase in the liver by adopting a colorimetric method.
