Background
The switching operation often involves the installation and removal of the grounding wire, and the hanging of the grounding wire in the switching operation of the transformer substation is always manually hung. With the improvement of the power transmission voltage level in China, the height of the ground wire suspended during power overhaul is higher and higher, and the weight of the ground wire is correspondingly increased. The quantity of transformer personnel is increased, the quantity of transformer personnel is gradually reduced, the hanging point of the grounding wire of 500kV transformer substation equipment is too high, the corresponding 500kV grounding wire operating rod is as long as 7.5 meters, the weight is about 4kg, the three-in-one grounding wire fixed on the grounding wire hook is as heavy as 12kg, and the balance of the grounding wire operating rod is difficult to grasp by arms and wrist force of operation and maintenance personnel in the operation process, so that 3-4 operators are required to cooperate and consume longer time, only the high-altitude lifting vehicle can cooperate, however, the arrangement of the high-altitude lifting vehicle for specially hanging and dismantling the grounding wire wastes manpower and material resources, the efficiency is low, and a plurality of inconveniences are caused.
Patent document with publication number CN206797450U discloses an auxiliary storage device for a ground wire, comprising: auxiliary frame, snap ring and chucking device. The auxiliary frame body is used for supporting the grounding wire insulating rod. The snap ring is arranged on the auxiliary frame body, and one end of the snap ring is movably connected with the auxiliary frame body. The clamping device is arranged on the auxiliary frame body and used for clamping the other end of the clamping ring. The ground wire storage trolley comprises a storage box body, a framework and a ground wire auxiliary storage device, the ground wire is wound through a fixed insulating rod of the ground wire auxiliary storage device, the wound ground wire is collected into the storage trolley, so that the ground wire is conveniently stored, the device is designed for storing the ground wire, and the ground wire is not designed for connection of the ground wire, so that the function is single.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a transformer substation grounding wire moving platform aiming at the problems in the prior art, and the labor intensity of hanging wiring is reduced.

A transformer substation grounding wire moving platform comprises an electric operating mechanism for driving the whole device to walk, a grounding wire retracting device positioned above the electric operating mechanism and a hydraulic lifting crank arm; the electric operating mechanism comprises two driving travelling wheels and a driven travelling wheel, wherein the two driving travelling wheels are connected through a transmission shaft, and a supporting frame is arranged above the driving travelling wheels; the grounding wire winding and unwinding device comprises two supporting columns arranged on a supporting frame, bearing seats are arranged on the two supporting columns, any bearing seat is connected with a gear through a shaft, the gear is connected with a motor through a chain, one side, opposite to the two bearing seats, of the two bearing seats is connected with a grounding wire coil mounting plate through a shaft, and a grounding wire coil mounting seat is arranged on the grounding wire coil mounting plate; the hydraulic lifting crank arm comprises a telescopic arm mechanism, a hydraulic control mechanism and a hydraulic telescopic mechanism, wherein the hydraulic control mechanism and the hydraulic telescopic mechanism are positioned in a control box on the supporting frame, the hydraulic control mechanism is connected with the hydraulic telescopic mechanism, and the hydraulic telescopic mechanism is connected with the telescopic arm mechanism; the automatic walking device is characterized in that a handle support rod is arranged at one end, on the same side as the driven walking wheel, of the support frame, a handle and a hand brake for controlling the whole mobile platform to walk or not are arranged on the handle support rod, the hand brake is connected with any driving walking wheel, and the driven walking wheel is connected with the handle support rod.

The hydraulic lifting crank arm used by the invention comprises a telescopic crank arm mechanism, a hydraulic control mechanism and a hydraulic telescopic mechanism, wherein the hydraulic control mechanism and the hydraulic telescopic mechanism are positioned in a control box on the supporting frame 1, the hydraulic control mechanism is connected with the hydraulic telescopic mechanism, the hydraulic telescopic mechanism is connected with the telescopic crank arm mechanism and is supported by the hydraulic telescopic mechanism, and the telescopic degree of the hydraulic telescopic mechanism is controlled through the hydraulic control mechanism, so that the lifting height of the telescopic crank arm mechanism is controlled, the operation is simple, and the control is accurate.
The ground wire winding and unwinding device comprises two supporting columns arranged on a supporting frame, the two supporting columns are respectively provided with a bearing seat, any bearing seat is connected with a motor through a shaft, the gear is connected with the motor through a chain, one side, opposite to the two bearing seats, of the two bearing seats is provided with a ground wire coil mounting plate through a shaft connection, the ground wire coil mounting plate is provided with a ground wire coil mounting seat, the winding and unwinding wires are connected with the motor through the chain, and the remote controller can be used for controlling the starting and stopping of the motor and the reverse rotation of the motor to achieve the purpose of winding or unwinding the ground wire.

Fig. 1 and fig. 2 show schematic side structural views of a transformer substation grounding wire moving platform provided by the embodiment, which comprises an electric operating mechanism for driving the whole device to walk, a grounding wire receiving and releasing device positioned above the electric operating mechanism and a hydraulic lifting crank arm 2; the electric operating mechanism comprises two driving travelling wheels 5 and one driven travelling wheel 6, wherein the two driving travelling wheels 5 are connected through a transmission shaft, and a supporting frame 1 is arranged above the driving travelling wheels; the grounding wire winding and unwinding device comprises two support columns arranged on the support frame 1, wherein the two support columns are a first support column 7 and a second support column 21 respectively. The driven travelling wheel 6 is positioned on the vertical line of the central lines of the two driving travelling wheels 5, a placing box for placing a power supply and a power supply controller is arranged below the supporting frame 1, and the power supply equipment is electrically connected with a transmission shaft of the driving travelling wheels 5.
The telescopic arm mechanism comprises an arm cylinder 22 and a supporting arm 23 with one end positioned in the arm cylinder 22, the arm cylinder 22 and the supporting arm 23 are fastened through a fastening bolt, and the outer end part of the fastening bolt is provided with a fastening bolt hand wheel 15.
The hydraulic telescopic mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder 11 and a piston rod 12 with one end extending into the hydraulic cylinder 11, and the other end of the piston rod 12 is fixedly connected with an arm cylinder 22. The hydraulic telescopic mechanism is in an inclined mode, and the inclination angle is 30-75 degrees. The hydraulic control mechanism comprises a medium storage box and a power element which are positioned in the control box 10, wherein the medium storage box is respectively connected with the hydraulic cylinder 11 through a feeding conveying pipe and a discharging conveying pipe, and two electromagnetic valves are respectively arranged on the feeding conveying pipe and the discharging conveying pipe in a double electromagnetic valve control mode. The hydraulic cylinder has an inner diameter of 50CM and an outer diameter of 60CM, and is controlled by 48V 800W double electromagnetic valves. The lifting control handle 13 for controlling the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic expansion mechanism is arranged on the handle, and the lifting control handle 13 is electrically connected with the power element. The power element is a hydraulic pump.
When the substation grounding wire moving platform provided by the invention is used for grounding wire operation, the moving platform is pushed to a place where the grounding wire needs to be connected; then, operating a remote controller of the motor 14, starting the motor 14 to rotate, releasing the ground wire on the ground wire coil, and installing a ground wire connection insulation pull rod on the support arm 23; thirdly, starting the lifting control handle 13 to control the extension of the hydraulic telescopic mechanism, and stopping the telescopic arm mechanism after the telescopic arm mechanism is lifted to a required height; fourthly, tightening a fastening bolt hand wheel 15 to fix the ground wire insulation pull rod and the supporting arm for ground wire operation; fifth, the lifting control handle 13 is started to control the hydraulic telescopic mechanism to retract the hydraulic telescopic mechanism to the original position; finally, the motor 14 is started to rotate reversely to wind the ground wire on the ground wire disc, and the tool is retracted, so that the ground wire connection work is completed.
