firstly, determining alternative seller addresses of which the straight-line distance between the alternative seller addresses and the buyer address is smaller than a preset standard value according to the buyer address and the seller address, and then respectively inquiring the navigation distance between each alternative seller address and the buyer address, wherein the navigation distance can be inquired by using Baidu or Gaode map software, and the like, and if the inquired navigation distances are multiple, setting the average value of the multiple navigation distances as the navigation distance; and then comparing the determined navigation distance with a preset standard value, and setting the address of the candidate seller with the navigation distance smaller than the preset standard value as the address of the candidate seller. The seller addresses are screened through the navigation distance, the possibility that the straight-line distance between part of sellers and the buyer addresses meets the standard value requirement, but the actual navigation distance is far larger than the standard value requirement, so that the requirement of concrete distribution time cannot be met is reduced, and the accuracy of the transaction platform in pushing seller information is improved.
In one embodiment, considering that the address of the buyer who needs to purchase the concrete may be remote, the navigation route given by the map software may be inaccurate, so that the seller may not be able to distribute on time due to the wrong distribution route when actually distributing the concrete; after creating the transaction fulfillment record and feeding back the confirmation information to the first terminal at S60, the following steps may be continued:
the transaction platform sends a route marking request to a first terminal corresponding to a buyer, and the buyer can adjust or mark a walking route after receiving the route marking request, wherein the walking route is a route from a seller address to the buyer address of a delivery vehicle; the adjustment or marking of the walking route can be realized by adjusting or marking on the basis of the navigation route given by the map software; after the buyer marks the walking route according to the actual situation and sends the walking route to the transaction platform, the transaction platform sends the received route marking information to the second terminal corresponding to the seller, so that the seller can distribute the concrete to the appointed place on time according to the route marked by the buyer when distributing the concrete. By requesting the buyer to mark the walking route, the possibility that the seller cannot deliver the concrete on time due to the fact that the buyer address is remote and the navigation route given by the map software cannot actually walk is reduced, and the transaction effect of the concrete is further improved.
In one embodiment, the situation that when the buyer marks the walking route, the walking route can be wrongly marked due to the mistake of the buyer, and then the seller cannot timely deliver the concrete according to the route marked by the buyer is considered; the step of the transaction platform sending the received route marking information to the second terminal corresponding to the seller may be specifically implemented as:
after receiving the route marking information, the transaction platform firstly calculates an actual distance corresponding to the route information marked by the buyer, then inquires a navigation distance between the buyer address and the seller address, and if the actual distance is not greater than the navigation distance, the route given by the buyer is more reasonable; at the moment, the transaction platform sends the received route marking information to a second terminal corresponding to the seller; if the actual distance is greater than the navigation distance, the fact that the route given by the buyer is unreasonable is indicated, a difference value between the actual distance and the navigation distance is calculated, if the actual distance is greater than the navigation distance and the difference value between the actual distance and the navigation distance is smaller than a preset reasonable value, the route given by the buyer is still determined to be reasonable, and the received route marking information is sent to a second terminal corresponding to the seller; and if the actual distance is greater than the navigation distance and the difference between the actual distance and the navigation distance is not less than a preset reasonable value, judging that the marked route is abnormal and reminding the buyer to adjust the marked route, and sending reasonable route marking information to a second terminal corresponding to the seller after the marked route is reasonable. By checking whether the actual distance corresponding to the buyer marking route is reasonable or not, the possibility that a seller cannot deliver concrete on time due to the fact that the buyer marking route is wrong is reduced, and therefore the transaction effect of the concrete is further improved.
In one embodiment, the concrete transported to the destination is received and put into use in time in consideration of the need to ensure the quality of the concrete. The method may further comprise the steps of: the seller can send positioning identification information and a delivery route of the delivery vehicle to the transaction platform when delivering the goods, the transaction platform can position the position of the delivery vehicle in real time according to the received positioning identification information, the transaction platform can acquire the initial position of the delivery vehicle in real time according to the positioning identification information after receiving the information for confirming the delivery, and send first reminding information to a first terminal of a buyer corresponding to a transaction achievement record, so that the buyer can know the condition of the delivered concrete according to the acquired first reminding information, the transaction platform can calculate the residual delivery distance of the delivery vehicle according to the initial position of the delivery vehicle, the delivery route of the delivery vehicle and the real-time positioning information of the delivery vehicle in the process of transporting the delivery vehicle, and when the residual delivery distance is smaller than a preset warning value, the transaction platform sends second reminding information to the first terminal corresponding to the buyer, so that the buyer can know the condition that the concrete is about to be delivered according to the obtained second reminding information, and the goods receiving preparation of the concrete is made in advance, thereby reducing the possibility that the quality of the concrete is reduced because the concrete is not put into use in time after the concrete is delivered to the buyer address and the goods receiving preparation of the buyer is not made in advance, and further improving the transaction effect of the concrete.
In one embodiment, to improve the security and reliability of the trading platform, the method may further comprise the steps of:
when receiving a parking request sent by a seller through a second terminal, the transaction platform stores the received parking request to a preset auditing database so that a background auditing staff can inspect the parking request in a centralized manner; the data of the seller at least comprises a seller address, a seller name corresponding to the seller address, a concrete price list and a second terminal corresponding to the seller name; the qualification information of the seller comprises a business permit, a construction company qualification certificate, a laboratory qualification certificate and the like; after the transaction platform receives the information that the background auditors pass the audit, the data of the sellers passing the audit are added into the database of the sellers, and then when the buyers utilize the transaction platform to carry out concrete transaction, the sellers passing the audit and meeting the pushing conditions can be pushed to the buyers. When a concrete merchant applies for the parking transaction platform, the qualification of the seller is checked firstly to determine that the current seller has the qualification of selling concrete, so that the authenticity and reliability of the concrete seller in the transaction platform are ensured, and the safety and reliability of the transaction platform are improved.
In one embodiment, in view of facilitating management of sellers who reside on the transaction platform and further improving security of the transaction platform, the step of sending the first reminder information to the first terminal corresponding to the transaction fulfillment record may be specifically performed as:
when the transaction platform acquires the initial position of the delivery vehicle according to the received positioning identification information, the initial position of the delivery vehicle is firstly compared with the seller address corresponding to the seller data, if the initial position of the delivery vehicle is consistent with the seller address, the seller is normal in delivery, and then first reminding information is sent to a first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record to remind a buyer that concrete is normally sent out; if the initial position of the delivery vehicle is inconsistent with the address of the seller, the abnormal condition of the delivery place of the seller is indicated, and then warning information and first reminding information related to the abnormal delivery position are sent to a first terminal corresponding to the buyer so as to remind the buyer to carry out detailed inspection on the quality of the concrete; meanwhile, the transaction platform sends inquiry information about delivery place abnormity to a second terminal corresponding to the seller, the seller needs to give a reply within a preset time after receiving the inquiry information, the transaction platform transfers the reply given by the seller to a background customer service staff, the background customer service staff sends a verification result to the buyer after the verification is passed, and if the verification of the background customer service staff is not passed, the seller is put off the shelf in a mode of removing the data of the seller from the database of the seller; if the seller does not answer within the preset time after receiving the inquiry information, the transaction platform defaults that the data verification result of the seller does not pass, and the seller is placed off the shelf in a mode of removing the data of the seller from the database of the seller. The transaction platform reduces the possibility that the seller transports concrete with the quality which cannot be ensured from a non-qualified third party to the buyer after the seller enters into an agreement with the buyer by controlling the delivery address of the seller, thereby further improving the safety of the transaction platform.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: aiming at the situation that the strict requirement on the transportation time in the concrete transaction process cannot be met and the online transaction of the concrete is difficult to adapt to the online transaction of the concrete in the existing online transaction mode, the transaction platform reduces the possibility that part of sellers cannot meet the requirement on the concrete transportation time due to long distance in the concrete transaction process by pushing the concrete merchants near buyers, and controls the distribution time once from the aspect of screening the pushing shops; meanwhile, the possibility that the construction period is influenced because the buyer cannot receive the goods on time after placing the order is reduced by the mode that the buyer and the seller confirm the goods receiving time; the effect of carrying out secondary control on the concrete distribution time is achieved; the transaction platform utilizes the mode of carrying out two times of control on the distribution time, so that the concrete transaction can be carried out on line, and the convenience of a user in the concrete transaction process is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an on-line transaction method for concrete according to an embodiment. It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows; the steps are not limited to be performed in the exact order disclosed, and steps may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise; and at least some of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Based on the method, the embodiment of the application also discloses a concrete online transaction platform.
As shown in fig. 3, the platform includes the following modules:
a purchase request obtaining module 301, configured to obtain a purchase request sent by a buyer through a first terminal, where the purchase request includes a buyer address;
a seller data query module 302, configured to query seller data preset in a seller database, where the seller data includes a seller address, a seller name corresponding to the seller address, a concrete price list, and a second terminal corresponding to the seller name;
the seller address pushing module 303 determines a candidate seller address, the distance between which and the buyer address is smaller than a preset standard value, according to the buyer address and the seller address, and pushes a seller name and a concrete price list corresponding to the candidate seller address to the first terminal;
an order request receiving module 304, configured to receive an order request sent by the first terminal, where the order request includes a required quantity, a time required to receive goods, and a name of a seller selected by a buyer;
an order request sending module 305, configured to send the required quantity and the time required for receiving the goods in the order request to a second terminal corresponding to the name of the seller selected by the buyer;
the transaction completion record module 306 is configured to create a transaction completion record and feed back the confirmation information to the first terminal when receiving the confirmation information of the second terminal.
In one embodiment, the seller address pushing module 303 is further configured to determine, according to the buyer address and the seller address, an alternative seller address whose straight-line distance from the buyer address is smaller than a preset standard value; and respectively inquiring the navigation distance between the alternative seller address and the buyer address, and setting the alternative seller address with the navigation distance smaller than a preset standard value as the alternative seller address.
In one embodiment, the transaction consummation record module 306 is further configured to send a delivery route marking request to the first terminal; and when the route marking information fed back by the first terminal is received, the route marking information comprises a walking route marked by the buyer through the first terminal between the seller address and the buyer address, and the route marking information is sent to the second terminal.
In one embodiment, the transaction fulfillment record module 306 is further configured to query an actual distance corresponding to the route marking information and a navigation distance between the buyer address and the seller address; if the actual distance is greater than the navigation distance, calculating a difference value between the actual distance and the navigation distance, and if the difference value is smaller than a preset reasonable value, sending the route marking information to a second terminal; and if the actual distance is not greater than the navigation distance, the route marking information is sent to the second terminal.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the concrete on-line transaction platform further includes a delivery monitoring reminding module 307, configured to, when receiving delivery confirmation information sent by the second terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record, obtain a start position of the delivery vehicle in real time according to the positioning identification information, and send first reminding information to the first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record, where the delivery confirmation information includes positioning identification information and a delivery route corresponding to the delivery vehicle; calculating the remaining delivery distance of the delivery vehicle according to the initial position and the delivery route of the delivery vehicle; and when the residual distribution distance is smaller than the preset warning value, sending second reminding information to the first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record.
In one embodiment, the delivery monitoring reminder module 307 is further configured to compare the start location of the delivery vehicle to the seller's address; if the initial position of the delivery vehicle is consistent with the address of the seller, sending first reminding information to a first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record; if the initial position of the delivery vehicle is inconsistent with the address of the seller, sending warning information and first reminding information related to the abnormal delivery position to a first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record, and sending inquiry information to a second terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record; and if the answer of the second terminal to the inquiry information is not received within the preset time, removing the seller information of the second terminal corresponding to the transaction agreement from the seller database.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the concrete online transaction platform further includes a seller qualification auditing module 308, configured to, when receiving a parking request sent by the second terminal, store the seller qualification information in the received parking request into a preset auditing database, where the parking request includes seller data and seller qualification information; and when receiving the information that the seller qualification information corresponding to the parking request passes the audit, adding the seller data corresponding to the parking request into the seller database.
The embodiment of the application also discloses concrete online transaction equipment.
Specifically, the concrete on-line transaction device comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program which can be loaded by the processor and executes the concrete on-line transaction method.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium.
Specifically, the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program that can be loaded by a processor and executes the above-described concrete on-line transaction method, and includes, for example: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A concrete on-line transaction method, the method comprising:
acquiring a purchase request sent by a buyer through a first terminal, wherein the purchase request comprises a buyer address;
inquiring seller data preset in a seller database, wherein the seller data comprise a seller address, a seller name corresponding to the seller address, a concrete price table and a second terminal corresponding to the seller name;
determining a candidate seller address with the distance between the candidate seller address and the buyer address smaller than a preset standard value according to the buyer address and the seller address, and pushing a seller name and a concrete price list corresponding to the candidate seller address to the first terminal;
receiving an order request sent by the first terminal, wherein the order request comprises a required quantity, time required to receive goods and a name of a seller selected by a buyer;
sending the required quantity and the time required to receive goods in the order request to a second terminal corresponding to the name of the seller selected by the buyer;
and when the confirmation information of the second terminal is received, creating a transaction achievement record and feeding back the confirmation information to the first terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining candidate seller addresses with a distance to a buyer address smaller than a preset standard value according to the buyer address and the seller address comprises:
determining an alternative seller address of which the straight-line distance between the buyer address and the seller address is smaller than a preset standard value according to the buyer address and the seller address;
and respectively inquiring the navigation distance between the alternative seller address and the buyer address, and setting the alternative seller address with the navigation distance smaller than a preset standard value as the candidate seller address.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the creating a transaction fulfillment record and feeding back confirmation information to the first terminal, further comprising:
sending a delivery route marking request to a first terminal;
when route marking information fed back by the first terminal is received, the route marking information comprises a walking route between a seller address and a buyer address marked by the first terminal by a buyer, and the route marking information is sent to the second terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending the route marking information to a second terminal comprises:
correspondingly inquiring the actual distance corresponding to the route marking information and the navigation distance between the buyer address and the seller address;
if the actual distance is greater than the navigation distance, calculating a difference value between the actual distance and the navigation distance, and if the difference value is smaller than a preset reasonable value, sending the route marking information to a second terminal;
and if the actual distance is not greater than the navigation distance, the route marking information is sent to a second terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when receiving confirmed shipping information sent by a second terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record, the shipping information comprises positioning identification information and a delivery route corresponding to a transport vehicle, and the initial position of the transport vehicle is obtained in real time according to the positioning identification information and first reminding information is sent to a first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record;
calculating the remaining distribution distance of the transport vehicle according to the initial position, the positioning identification information and the distribution route of the transport vehicle;
and when the residual distribution distance is smaller than a preset warning value, sending second reminding information to the first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when a parking request sent by a second terminal is received, the parking request comprises seller data and seller qualification information, and the seller qualification information in the received parking request is stored in a preset auditing database;
and when receiving the information that the seller qualification information corresponding to the parking request passes the audit, adding the seller data corresponding to the parking request into a seller database.
7. The method of claim 5,
the sending of the first reminder information to the first terminal corresponding to the transaction fulfillment record includes:
comparing the origin location of the delivery vehicle to the seller address;
if the initial position of the delivery vehicle is consistent with the address of the seller, sending first reminding information to a first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record;
if the initial position of the delivery vehicle is inconsistent with the seller address, sending warning information and first reminding information related to delivery position abnormity to a first terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record, and sending inquiry information to a second terminal corresponding to the transaction achievement record;
and if the answer of the second terminal to the inquiry information is not received within the preset time, removing the seller information of the second terminal corresponding to the transaction agreement from the seller database.
8. A concrete on-line trading platform, the platform comprising:
a purchase request acquisition module (301) for acquiring a purchase request sent by a buyer through a first terminal, wherein the purchase request comprises a buyer address;
the seller data query module (302) is used for querying seller data preset in a seller database, wherein the seller data comprise a seller address, a seller name corresponding to the seller address, a concrete price list and a second terminal corresponding to the seller name;
the seller address pushing module (303) determines a candidate seller address of which the distance between the candidate seller address and the buyer address is smaller than a preset standard value according to the buyer address and the seller address, and pushes the seller name and the concrete price list corresponding to the candidate seller address to the first terminal;
the order request receiving module (304) is used for receiving an order request sent by the first terminal, wherein the order request comprises a required quantity, time required to receive goods and a name of a seller selected by a buyer;
an order request sending module (305) for sending the required quantity and the time required for receiving goods in the order request to a second terminal corresponding to the name of the seller selected by the buyer;
and the transaction achievement recording module (306) is used for creating the transaction achievement record and feeding back the confirmation information to the first terminal when the confirmation information of the second terminal is received.
9. A concrete on-line transaction apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
