As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a logistics transportation tracking method is proposed, which comprises the following steps:
step S101, receiving a transportation service request;
the logistics company's transportation is accomplished in part by outsourcing the carrier, such as a package delivery service, for example, by a fleet owned by the outsourcing company. In many cases, the transportation is performed on the basis of bid quotes. In the case of outsource-based transportation, this is typically done by the shipper sending bid offers to multiple outsourced carriers, which helps the logistics company to control costs and improve efficiency.
Step S102, automatically inquiring a plurality of transportation service providers, wherein at least one of the transportation service providers accepts the inquiry of the transportation service request in a preset format;
automatically querying, with one or more electronic devices, a plurality of transport service providers, at least one of which accepts queries for the transport service request in a predetermined format, the online data may be formatted in a predetermined format file to generate formatted data.
Step S103, receiving a shipping or other transportation service reply from at least one of a plurality of transportation service providers, and electronically storing the received reply in a data storage as a database;
a shipping or other transport service reply is received from at least one of the plurality of transport service providers and the received reply is electronically stored in a data store as a database. Upon obtaining the shipping service, a shipping request is received. The request includes the nature of the shipment, the destination and the delivery information, time constraints and other requirements of the shipper. For example, the nature of the shipped item includes the shipping class, loading location, destination, time requirements for pick-up and delivery, the need for mid-stops or multiple pick-ups or deliveries, the weight, physical size or other relevant attributes of the item, material or description of the item, and special requirements for shipment such as whether cold chain control is required.
Step S104, automatically inquiring whether the transportation service providers accept the tracking of the mobile electronic device during or after the plurality of transportation service providers are inquired, acquiring the numbers of the mobile electronic devices under the condition that the transportation service providers accept the tracking of the mobile electronic device, electronically storing the received responses to the replies in a database, and electronically storing an unauthorized state in the database under the condition that the transportation service providers do not accept the tracking of the mobile electronic device, wherein the unauthorized state allows the transportation service providers to not accept or reject the responses to the tracking requests of the mobile electronic device;
during or after the process of automatically querying a plurality of transportation service providers, inquiring whether the transportation service providers receive the tracking of the Mobile electronic device, wherein the Mobile electronic device may be a Mobile phone, a tablet Computer, a notebook Computer, a palm Computer or an Ultra-Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC) or the like, or the non-Mobile electronic device may be a Personal Computer or a vehicle-mounted host Computer or the like. And in the event that the transport service provider accepts the mobile electronic device tracking, obtaining the mobile electronic device number and electronically storing a response to the received reply in the database, and in the event that the transport service provider does not accept the mobile electronic device tracking, electronically storing an unauthorized state in the database, wherein the unauthorized state allows the transport service provider to neither accept nor reject the response to the mobile electronic device tracking request
Step S105, according to the preset standard provided by the transportation service request party, executing the reply of selecting reply from the database or presenting the received reply for the transportation service request party to select one of the replies;
one or more bids are selected based on predetermined criteria provided by the requesting transportation service, which may include minimum price, routing, past reputation, business relationship, carrying capacity, whether to accept location tracking, and the like. Executing a reply that selects a reply from a database or presents a received reply for selection by the requesting transportation service
Step S106, determining the selected reply and associating the selected reply with the transportation service provider or driver determined in the reply;
the selected reply is determined and associated with the transport service provider or driver identified in the reply. The requesting transportation service party is more likely to select a satisfactory reply text message from the reply text messages, so that the reply message to be replied to is replied by using the reply text message selected by the requesting transportation service party. The satisfactory reply text message can be obtained without manually inputting the reply text message by the transportation service requesting party, so that the reply to the message to be replied is carried out in a targeted manner according to the received reply message by the transportation service requesting party, and the efficiency and the user experience are improved.
Step S107, if the unauthorized state of the selected reply is stored in the database, inquiring whether the transportation service provider or the driver accepts the mobile electronic device tracking reply related to the transportation service provider or the driver, acquiring the number of the mobile electronic device, and electronically storing the response together with the accepted reply;
if the unauthorized status of the selected reply is stored in the database, the transport service provider or driver is queried as to whether to accept the mobile electronic device tracking reply associated with the transport service provider or driver, obtain the mobile electronic device number, and electronically store the response with the accepted reply. A text message may be sent to the driver asking confirmation of acceptance of the mobile device tracking for tracking the delivery, which is considered to be the option of accepting the tracking to confirm if the driver replies to the acceptance.
Step S108, automatically accessing the mobile electronic device location service to obtain location information based on the mobile electronic device number so as to obtain location information transportation service for the transportation service provider and the goods before picking up the goods, after loading the goods or at the time of starting, if at least one agreement program is used to obtain agreement to implement the location service;
automatically accessing a mobile electronic device location service to obtain location information based on a mobile electronic device number to obtain location information transportation services for a transportation service provider and a good before pickup, after loading, or upon startup, provided that consent is obtained using at least one consent program to implement the location service. Location service information is received that facilitates implementing a location service based at least in part on requesting transport service provider device preferences or requirements or an application stored on a transport service provider device.
Step S109, establishing a limit value for initiating feedback to at least one of the goods receiver and the destination contact, and providing tracking information to the goods receiver or the destination contact after the transportation service provider reaches the limit value;
a limit value is established for initiating feedback to at least one of the goods recipient and the destination contact and providing tracking information to the goods recipient or the destination contact after the transport service provider reaches the limit value. The limit value may be what location the drop bus should reach within a defined time frame, and estimates relating to loading and unloading and other dwell times may be added, with additional time added from one destination to the next. In addition, the supervision of the rest requires time and maximum working time per person, and the period can be calculated so that an accurate estimate can be made from shipment to delivery.
Step S110, automatically estimating the completion condition of delivery or arrival;
the completion of the delivery or arrival is automatically estimated, and the delivery or arrival time is automatically estimated by the at least one processor so that an accurate estimate of pick-ups and deliveries can be made. These times are adjusted to accommodate the available time for picking and delivering goods. There is a possibility of an accident situation causing the driver to be delayed to a certain extent, resulting in the reassignment of the next shipment. This delay will occur as part of the cargo tracking. In this case, the cargo handling center may use this information to reschedule the driver.
Step S111, automatically updating the estimated delivery or arrival completion time with the location information;
the estimated delivery or arrival completion time is automatically updated with location information, such as a deviation based on the tracked location of the current cargo, a delay cause, and external factors such as traffic or weather conditions.
Step S112, according to the limit value fed back to the goods receiver, providing the position information and updating the estimated delivery or arrival completion time for the goods receiver or the destination contact, if the goods receiver or the destination contact selects to receive the feedback;
providing location information and updating the estimated delivery or arrival completion time to the goods recipient or destination contact based on the limit value at which feedback to the goods recipient is initiated if the goods recipient or destination contact chooses to receive the feedback. The latest estimate of the completion of the shipment and delivery based on the time limit feedback location provides uninterrupted access to the location and updated projected shipment and delivery completion.
Step S113, providing at least one of the transport service requesting party, the goods receiving party, or the destination contact with an automatically accessed and updated delivery or arrival completion time for the location, thereby substantially providing an accessed and updated estimated delivery or arrival completion time for the location;
providing at least one of the requesting transportation service, the goods recipient, or the destination contact with automatic access to the location and an updated delivery or arrival completion time, thereby substantially providing access to the location and an updated estimated delivery or arrival completion time. The delay estimate and location estimate may also be calculated based on some algorithm, such as the time of arrival TDOA algorithm. The geographical structure of the traffic, including the exact location and density of intersections and waypoints, may also be extracted based on a density clustering algorithm (DBSCAN). The marked stop point information is not directly used in the process, the position is extracted from the DBSCAN algorithm, and important points in the transport network are obtained after algorithm clustering, wherein the important points comprise longitude, latitude, GPS number and stop point information. The method can accurately and effectively learn and predict the transportation time of each path in the traffic network, and can improve the prediction accuracy of the arrival time of the line with less current transportation records.
At step S114, when the delivery is completed or finally arrives, the acquisition of the position information is automatically terminated, and the transportation service provider or the driver is notified of the termination of the acquisition of the position information.
And after the delivery is finished, the transportation is automatically selected to quit, and the logistics tracking is stopped.
In one embodiment, the accepting mobile electronic device tracking comprises:
accepting a record of communications tracked by the mobile electronic device, accepting communications tracked by the mobile electronic device, and notifying termination of communications tracked by the phone.
Accepting a record of communications tracked by the mobile electronic device, accepting communications tracked by the mobile electronic device, and notifying termination of communications tracked by the phone. The communication record comprises the communication time, the communication frequency, the short message frequency and the like, and is the communication record generated in the process of communication, message sending or internet surfing.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the automatically updating the estimated delivery or arrival completion time with the location information further comprises:
step S201, under the condition of accepting the tracking of the mobile electronic equipment, requesting the preference of a position feedback schedule;
reporting the current status of the truck, including using the resources of the carrier device or reporting its current location and status through communication with other devices coupled to the truck, receiving data corresponding to future shipments to be performed by the truck or driver, based on the availability status of the carrier, the location of the carrier or truck, pickup or destination location, etc. The optimal shipping plan, for example, includes pick-up or delivery times, routes, driving speeds, fueling locations, etc. A preference database, and may include a schedule at which the truck or driver may be on the road, a time at which the truck or driver will arrive at the end location, such as a time at which the driver may wish to sleep or rest, such as a desired price for performing the shipment, such as driver time and a price for using the truck, and other factors that may determine availability.
Step S202, establishing a location query schedule for obtaining location information according to one or more of a predetermined schedule, said location feedback schedule preferences, said predetermined limit values for estimated delivery or arrival completion times;
the process is performed at a specified time by using a geographical location query schedule included in the request of the user device, which is set to be executed, obtaining a truck route with respect to its geographical location, and then comparing the geographical location indicated in the request with a geographical location reference for the route, and considering the requested geographical location as valid if it is determined that it is within the plan, i.e. it corresponds or at least approximately corresponds to a location on the route.
Step S203, establishing an automatic tracking query plan by using the position query time table;
the location query schedule is used to build an automated tracking query plan, which information may be entered by the carrier or dispatcher and either sent to the shipping system or selected and executed by the shipment to determine a matching shipment. The shipment request may then be automatically assigned to the carrier with the matching parameters so that the shipping system may essentially command the carrier to perform the shipment. The system is particularly useful for quickly scheduling shipments for carriers that have been on the road to perform previous shipments so that they begin allocating subsequent shipments to them as soon as possible after the delivery of the previous shipment.
Step S204, providing automatic communication for at least one of the transportation service requesting party and the goods receiving party or the destination contact;
automatic communication is provided to at least one of the requesting transportation service and the goods recipient or destination contact.
Step S205, automatically providing online indication of the last position information and displaying the last position information and the estimation of the current position as the information of the map data;
an online indication of the last location information is automatically provided, and the last location information and the estimate of the current location are displayed as information of the map data. The stored map database includes a series of map data in one or more file formats, the map data typically containing display data from which a display device can display map images, and road network data representing the interconnection of roads on the map.
Step S206, automatically responding to the direct tracking inquiry from at least one of the transportation service requesting party and the goods receiving party or the destination contact person, automatically acquiring the position information, and transmitting the position of the transportation service requesting party, the goods receiving party or the destination contact person directly tracking inquiry.
