When the pressing force of the unlock button 100 and the count button 101 is removed, the unlock button 100 and the count button 101 move upward by the resilient force of the return spring, and return to the initial state, and the lock block 102 is locked to the bayonet 1031 of the movable piece 103, thereby locking. When an operator only presses the counting button 101, the locking block 102 is still clamped on the bayonet 1031 of the driving strap 103, and the driving strap 103 cannot be driven to rotate, so that the function of preventing misoperation is realized.
