In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a reading window 1081 is provided on the panel 108, a transparent plate 109 is provided on the reading window 1081, and a seal ring seals between the transparent plate 109 and the panel 108.

At this time, the counting button 101 is pressed again, the reset spring in the counting button 101 is compressed, the first push rod 105 and the pin 104 are pushed to move downwards together, meanwhile, the pin 104 acts on the hole 1031 and pushes the transmission piece 103 to drive the transmission shaft 203 to rotate anticlockwise (direction B in fig. 3), and then the counter knob is driven to rotate by 40 degrees, the skewed tooth number wheel 206 in the counter rotates one grid, and the counter counts 1 time. When the pressing force of the unlocking button 100 and the counting button 101 is withdrawn, the unlocking button 100 and the counting button 101 move upwards under the action of the resilience force of the return spring, and return to the initial state, and the locking block 102 is clamped on the bayonet 1031 of the return moving plate 103, so that locking is realized. When an operator presses the count button 101, the locking block 102 is still locked on the bayonet 1031 of the driving piece 103, and cannot drive the driving piece 103 to rotate, so that a misoperation preventing function is realized.
Zero clearing working principle: as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, when an operator needs to clear the counter, the zero clearing knob 301 is rotated anticlockwise, at this time, the zero clearing knob 301 drives the second gear 201 to rotate, the second gear 201 rotates with the first gear 200, and the first gear 200 is connected with the counter zero clearing rotary rod, so that the zero clearing function is realized. When the zero clearing knob 301 is flush with the side surface of the shell 302, a flat screwdriver with the width smaller than 4mm and the thickness smaller than or equal to 1 mm can be used for torsion zero clearing, and meanwhile, the effect of preventing misoperation is achieved.
