Description

Device and method for positioning goods shelf
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of logistics, in particular to a device and a method for positioning a goods shelf where goods are located.
Background
Currently, in warehouse management, it is often necessary to inventory stored items. In addition to checking the number of articles, it is necessary to check whether the positions of the articles have changed. Warehouse inventory typically requires a significant portion of manpower and time, and it is important to improve the efficiency of warehouse management.
The radio frequency identification technology has the advantages of quick identification, long-distance identification, multi-target identification, non-line-of-sight identification and the like, and is widely applied to the warehouse industry. The label for identifying the articles is arranged on the articles, and the hand-held or mobile radio frequency identification reader-writer is used for identifying the article labels, so that the quantity of the articles in the warehouse can be counted rapidly and accurately.
The radio frequency identification technology can be used for rapidly and accurately counting the quantity of the articles in the warehouse, but the information of the goods positions where the articles are located is difficult to acquire. The method for positioning the storage goods shelf articles by utilizing the radio frequency identification disclosed by the China patent 202010793948.2 adopts the reflection signal intensity of the labels to position the goods positions of the articles, and requires the labels to have better consistency. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a method that uses rfid technology to obtain the goods location while counting the number of goods with low requirements for consistency of the tag.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that the existing radio frequency identification technology has high requirement on the consistency of an article label and the goods position of the article is difficult to obtain, the invention discloses a device for positioning the goods shelf of the article, which comprises a goods shelf, a goods shelf label, the article label and a mobile reader-writer, wherein the goods shelf is used for storing the article, and the goods shelf label is arranged on a frame of the goods shelf goods position and is used for identifying 2 goods shelf goods positions adjacent to the frame; in the specific implementation, the shelf label adopts a passive ultrahigh frequency radio frequency identification label without a battery which accords with the ISO/IEC 18000-6C/63 standard, and the capacity of an electronic article code (EPC) storage area of the shelf label is not less than 96 bits;
the article tag is arranged on the article and is used for identifying and distinguishing the article; in the specific implementation, the article tag adopts a passive ultrahigh frequency radio frequency identification tag without a battery, which accords with the ISO/IEC 18000-6C/63 standard, the capacity of an electronic article code (EPC) storage area of the article tag is not less than 96 bits, and the capacity of a USER information (USER) storage area of the article tag is not less than 64 bits;
the mobile reader-writer is used for identifying the goods shelf label and the goods label and reading information in the label. In specific implementation, the mobile reader-writer adopts an ultrahigh frequency radio frequency identification reader-writer conforming to the ISO/IEC 18000-6C/63 standard, and adopts a handheld reader-writer, or the mobile reader-writer is arranged on a cart, or the mobile reader-writer is arranged on a movable robot.
The invention also discloses a method for positioning the goods shelf by using the device, which comprises the following specific steps:
s1, installing a shelf label; a goods shelf label is arranged on a goods shelf goods space frame, and the position code of the goods shelf is written into the goods shelf label; the position code of the goods shelf comprises the position code of one or two goods shelf of goods shelf label up and down or left and right;
in practice, the location code of a shelf is stored in the electronic article code (EPC) memory area of the shelf label, and the location code of one shelf occupies 48 bits, namely 6 bytes at most.
S2, mounting an article label; installing an article tag for identifying the article on the article, and writing the goods position code of the article into the article tag;
when the storage is carried out, when articles are newly added in the storage, article labels are required to be installed on the newly added articles, and when the positions of the existing articles are moved, the position codes of goods in the article labels of the existing articles are required to be modified. Electronic article code (EPC) information of the article itself is stored in an electronic article code (EPC) storage area of the article tag, and a cargo space position code of the article is stored in a USER information (USER) storage area of the article tag.
S3, positioning a goods position where the object is located; the mobile reader-writer identifies the goods shelf label and the goods label, and calculates the goods position of the goods label according to the goods shelf position code stored by the goods shelf label and the goods position code stored by the goods label.
In particular, the mobile reader/writer identifies the item tag and the shelf tag at a shelf location, and reads electronic item code (EPC) information of the item returned by the item tag and a goods location position code of the item. After the mobile reader-writer completes one-time identification, the goods position codes stored in a certain goods label are searched in the goods position codes of all goods shelf labels identified at this time, if the goods position codes of 2 or more goods shelf labels contain the goods position codes, the goods position codes of the goods label are considered to be valid, and the goods are confirmed to be in the goods positions marked by the goods position codes, otherwise, the goods position of the goods cannot be confirmed.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the invention is applied to an intelligent warehouse system, can rapidly and accurately position the goods position of the goods, reduces the time for searching the goods and improves the warehouse management efficiency. The RFID positioning mode is simple and effective; the device is flexible to use, and can conveniently modify article information corresponding to different labels; the article positioning mode has smaller positioning error. According to the invention, the goods and the goods shelf can be positioned by arranging the goods shelf label and the goods label, and the goods can be precisely positioned on the goods shelf, so that the goods can be precisely positioned, and the goods can be prevented from being lost.
