Description

Information sharing method and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information processing technologies, and in particular, to an information sharing method and an electronic device.
Background
The commodity object information system (or called electronic commerce system) can provide functions of browsing, ordering, paying and the like of the commodity objects for the user, so that the user can purchase favorite commodities on line. However, in practical applications, the user often needs to communicate with other users during online shopping. For example, a user a may see a good on-line and want to ask a comment from a user B before placing an order for purchase, or if the user a is an elderly or other user, may not know how to place an order, how to use a coupon, etc., and thus may need to seek help from the user B, etc.
In the prior art, the user a can call the user B to describe the condition and the requirement of the goods he is browsing, and then the user B provides the opinion or help for the goods. However, it is difficult for the user a to clearly describe the goods browsed by the user a through a pure language description, so that the communication effect is also affected. Alternatively, the above object may be achieved by means of an instant messaging system. For example, the user a may also perform a message conversation or a voice/video call with the user B through the instant messaging system, and at the same time, may also send a link or a screenshot of a commodity that the user a is browsing to the user B through the instant messaging system, and the user B may enter the commodity object information system through the link to view details of the commodity, or may perform a search by inputting a commodity name or the like in the screenshot in the commodity object information system to find a corresponding commodity for detailed viewing. Then, the user returns to the instant communication system, and provides opinions or help for the user A according to the requirements of the user A, and the like.
In the above manner, the communication between the users can be realized by means of the instant messaging system, but both communication parties need to switch back and forth between the commodity object information system and the instant messaging system for many times, so that the communication cost of both parties is relatively high.
Therefore, how to help users in the commodity object information system to communicate with other users more efficiently becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

According to the specific embodiments provided herein, the present application discloses the following technical effects:
according to the embodiment of the application, a commodity sharing browsing mode can be provided in the commodity object information system. The initiator user may initiate a request for starting the commodity sharing browsing mode in the commodity object information system, and accordingly, the server may create a commodity sharing session for the initiator user, and may invite other users to join in the commodity sharing session. Then, each participant user of the target session can communicate based on the commodity sharing session, and the operation area of the commodity sharing session can be displayed on the upper layer of the client interface of the current user, so that the commodity sharing service corresponding to the operation can be provided for the current user according to the operation executed by the current user in the operation area of the commodity sharing session. . Therefore, the user can realize social shopping with other users directly through the commodity object information system without switching between the commodity object information system and the social network system back and forth. Therefore, simulation reduction of a shopping scene in which multiple people stroll together in the real world is achieved, and immersive shopping experience can be provided for the user. Moreover, because the operation area of the commodity sharing session is displayed on the upper layer of the client interface of the current user, the current user can obtain the commodity sharing service by executing specific operation in the operation area, and therefore, the commodity sharing process can be carried out while the communication is carried out, and the normal browsing process of the user cannot be interfered.
In the embodiment of the application, different participant users in the same commodity sharing session may have a peer-to-peer relationship, and any participant user may perform an operation of viewing currently browsed contents of other participant users through the operation area, and then may display the currently browsed contents of other participant users in a client interface of the current user. In this way, any participant user can freely and actively select when to view the currently browsed content of any person, and the participant user does not passively receive the content shared by other participant users.
In addition, a particular merchandise sharing session may support a voice or video call session. Specifically, the embodiment of the present application may further provide an implementation manner of voice or video call capability in the commodity object information system based on a conference mode, so that distribution of a voice/video data stream may be implemented through a CDN (intranet distribution network) link, a bandwidth advantage, a distribution advantage, and a scale advantage of the CDN are fully utilized, and implementation cost is reduced. Meanwhile, low delay can be realized based on the heterogeneous nodes of the central cloud and the edge cloud of the CDN. The network can also support a mesh structure constructed by adopting a dynamic routing mode, thereby shortening the internal link, reducing the cost in the node and further reducing the internal link delay. In a word, the user can be provided with a smooth voice or video call experience through lower cost.
In the aspect of browsing content sharing among participant users, different sharing modes such as real-time baby sharing and screen projection interaction can be provided. Wherein any first participant user may select any other second participant user to view the content being viewed by the second participant user. In a real-time baby sharing mode, the page link of the commodity object browsed by the second participant user can be directly provided for the first participant user client, so that the first participant user client jumps to the page of the commodity object browsed by the second participant user for display. Under the scene of screen projection interaction, an instruction for acquiring the screen image data stream can be sent to the second participant user client, so that the contents browsed and operated by the second participant user client can be synchronously projected to the first participant user client for displaying in a mode of sending a single path of screen image data stream to the first participant user client.
In addition, a "shared shopping cart" function may also be provided such that multiple participant users in "shopping together" mode may add merchandise objects to the shared shopping cart through which the participant users may conduct selection and settlement processing for specific merchandise objects. In this way, collaborative shopping between different participant users may be achieved. For example, even if a participant user does not browse a certain merchandise object, the user can purchase the merchandise object in the shared shopping cart by the shopping operation of other participant users.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time for the practice of the present application.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, the user in the commodity object information system is helped to communicate with other users more efficiently, and a social shopping mode can be provided based on the commodity object information system. In this way, a "shopping through" function entry may be provided for the user in the merchandise object information system, a "shopping through" offer may be issued by the initiator user, for which the server may create a content sharing session. After the invited peer user(s) accept the invitation, the initiator user and the user accepting the invitation may become participant users of the content sharing session. And then, the participant users can communicate based on the content sharing session in the commodity object information system, and can share browsing content among different participant users, so that the simulation reduction of scenes such as shopping and shopping of two or more people in the real world is realized.
The specific content sharing session may include a session supporting voice/video call, and at this time, the user may share browsing content while performing voice/video call with other participant users. Of course, in this manner, the ability to provide voice or video calls in the merchandise object information system is required. However, the commodity object information system is not mainly based on the social function, so that the construction cost may need to be considered when providing the voice or video call capability; of course, while controlling the cost, it is also desirable to achieve as smooth a voice or video call, low latency, etc. as possible. In addition, the specific "shopping together" function needs to be supported in a scene that is more consistent with the use habit of the user, such as a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal has the characteristic of a smaller screen, so that how to facilitate the user to browse is also a problem that needs to be considered, and the like. Therefore, in specific implementation, the implementation mode of the voice or video call capability, the design of the interactive interface and the like can be optimally designed, so that the user can use the functions more conveniently and comfortably.
In the aspect of voice or video call capability, in order to reduce the voice or video call cost, the embodiment of the present application may provide the voice or video call capability to the user through a voice or video conference mode instead of directly providing the voice or video call capability through a communication link. In the mode of providing voice or video call capability through the conference mode, the distribution of voice/video streams can be realized through a CDN (content distribution network) link, so that the bandwidth advantage, the distribution point advantage and the scale advantage of the CDN can be fully utilized, and the cost in the node is lower and the time delay is shorter by shortening an internal link, constructing a heterogeneous node based on a central cloud and an edge cloud of the CDN and the like. In addition, the voice or video call capability provided based on the conference mode can be more conveniently expanded, so that the call between 1 to 1 and among multiple persons can be supported, and the like.
Specifically, in terms of implementing voice/video call capability, the specific processing link may be: when a certain initiator user initiates a 'strolling together' request, a server can create an audio and video conference room (also called an audio and video conference session), a session ID is provided for an initiator client, and the initiator client can create audio and video multimedia streams and push the audio and video multimedia streams to the server; meanwhile, the session ID of the initiator user can be used for initiating an invitation instruction to a target user selected by the user, the instruction can carry information such as the encrypted session ID and the like, and then the target user is dialed. When the target user receives the invitation, if the client of the specific commodity object information system is opened, a drift bar for answering the call invitation can be displayed in the corresponding client interface, and after the invitation is accepted, the corresponding session ID can be acquired and added into the audio and video conference. And then, the audio and video stream of the user can be uploaded to the server. The server side can also perform bidirectional authentication, and push the audio and video stream uploaded by the client side to other participant user client sides associated with the same session ID. Therefore, each participant user can receive a plurality of audio and video streams in the client of the participant user, wherein the audio and video streams comprise the uplink audio and video stream of the participant user and the downlink audio and video streams provided by the server and related to other participant users.
In addition, in the process of providing voice or video call capability in the commodity object information system, the following problems may occur due to limitations of an operating system and the like: if a participant user turns the application client of the merchandise object information system to a background mode of operation midway through the "shopping-through" mode, the voice or video call may be interrupted (the user's upstream data stream may be disconnected so that the user can receive the data stream of the other participant, but the other participant user cannot receive the user's data stream). Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the conversation maintaining capability can be applied to the operating system, so that the situation that the conversation is interrupted can not occur even if a certain participant user changes the client to the background running mode in the middle of the conversation.
In the aspect of interactive interface design, because the mobile terminal display screen is small, it is difficult to simultaneously display the contents being browsed by a plurality of users in different areas of the screen visual window in a split screen mode. Therefore, in the solution provided by the embodiment of the present application, in the process of a voice or video call performed by a plurality of participant users, the client interfaces of the respective participant users may continue to display the browsing content of the user in the commodity object information system, but at the same time, an operation area for displaying a commodity sharing session may be provided on an upper layer of the client interface of the current participant user. For example, the operation area may be specifically provided by a prompt bar floating on an upper layer of the current participant client interface, and the like. Specifically, the operation area may specifically include user identification information such as an avatar and a nickname of the participant user, and in an optional manner, may further include summary information such as a title of a commodity object being browsed by other participant users. Additionally, operational options for viewing the currently viewed content of other participant users may also be included. Through the sharing operation option, the content being browsed by other participant users can be shown in the client interface of the current user.
That is, in the above manner, if a first user does not need to view browsing contents of other participant users, the first user can continue to browse the browsing contents found by the first user in the client interface through navigation, search and other manners; if it is desired to view the currently viewed content of other participant users, it may be possible to actively choose at what time to view the content that which participant user is viewing, rather than passively receiving content that some other participant user shares out. When the user returns from the browsing content interfaces of other participant users, the user can return to the previous browsing content interface to continue displaying. That is to say, through the embodiment of the application, in the commodity object information system, the participant users can share content while making voice/video calls, and the process of sharing while making calls does not disturb the personal normal browsing process of the participant users.
From the perspective of a data transmission link, a specific participant user client may provide summary information such as an ID, a title, and a picture of a commodity object being browsed by a participant user to a server, and the server may perform processing such as encoding on the information according to a preset protocol and provide the information to other participant user clients in the same conference. After receiving the information, the client can decode according to the corresponding protocol and then display through the operation area.
The specific commodity sharing mode can include various modes such as real-time commodity sharing, screen projection interaction and the like. In the "real-time commodity sharing" mode, if the current participant user a clicks an operation control corresponding to the avatar of some other participant B, a commodity information page that the participant B is browsing may be displayed in the terminal device of the current participant user a. For example, participant a is browsing merchandise object 1, and after establishing the "shopping with participant B" mode, a prompt bar may be provided at an upper level of the detail page for merchandise object 1, including summary information (including the title of the merchandise, etc.) for merchandise 2 being browsed by participant B; after the participant a clicks the prompt bar corresponding to the participant B, the server may provide the link of the commodity object being browsed by the participant B to the client of the participant a, and the client of the participant a loads and displays the commodity object page corresponding to the link, and then the interface of the participant a does not display the commodity 1 any more, but switches to display the commodity 2 being browsed by the participant B. Of course, if the participant a performs the return or back operation while browsing the product 2, the participant a may return to the previously browsed detailed page of the product 1 to be displayed.
In the screen-casting interaction mode, the current participant a can select to view the contents displayed in the screens of the other participant users B in a screen-casting interaction mode, and then the contents displayed in the screen of the participant B can be screen-cast to the terminal device screen of the participant user a for displaying. The difference between the "screen-casting" mode and the "real-time baby sharing" mode is that after the "screen-casting" mode is entered, various operations (for example, operations such as rotation, displacement, and changing the angle of view, which are performed when viewing information of a certain commodity object in the 3D mode) performed by the participant B in the screen are also synchronized with the terminal device screen of the participant user a for display. That is, when the content presented in the participant B screen changes, the content presented in the participant user a screen also needs to change accordingly. Therefore, it needs to be realized by using real screen projection technology, and cannot be simulated by means of page links. Specifically, a screen image data stream of the participant B may be adopted, and then the acquired screen image data stream may be uploaded to the server as a single upstream data stream, so that the server may push the screen image data stream to the participant a who requests screen projection, and thus the screen image data stream of the participant B may be displayed in an interface of the participant a, thereby implementing screen projection of the screen content of the participant B to the screen of the participant a for display.
Besides, browsing content sharing among participant users can be realized through modes of real-time commodity sharing, screen projection interaction and the like, and other more functions can be provided. For example, collaboration between different participant users may be included, specific collaboration may be embodied in "share shopping cart," "direct ordering," and so forth. For example, in a "shopping through" mode, when a participant user performs a "join shopping cart" operation on a browsed merchandise object (which may be a merchandise object found by the participant user through searching, navigation, or the like, or a merchandise object shared by other participant users), a specific merchandise object may enter a "shared shopping cart". Meanwhile, the server side can add a certain commodity object to the shared shopping cart by one participant user, generate a command and send the command to other participant users, and the other participant user clients can display the information of the commodity object in the shared shopping cart in a mode of refreshing the shared shopping cart. That is, a "shared shopping cart" may include a merchandise object that multiple participant users joined the shopping cart during a "shopping together" process. In addition, the participator user can check the commodity objects which are respectively added into the shared shopping cart by the participator user and other participator users, and can also directly perform operations such as checking and ordering of the commodity objects based on the shared shopping cart.
In the aspect of "direct ordering", it may be that in the process that the participant a views the commodity object that the participant B is browsing, the ordering purchase can be directly made for the commodity object. The situation is well applied to scenes with old people or children in the home. For example, the user B is an old person, browses the commodity object 1 of interest, but does not know how to place an order, how to select a size, or the like, at this time, the user a may initiate "shopping" with the user B, and may display the commodity object 1 being browsed by the user B in the client of the user a, and at the same time, the user a may know the requirement of the user B through a voice/video call with the user B, and then the user a may directly perform size selection, order placement, or the like in the client of the user a, or the like.
In the aspect of system architecture, the embodiment of the application can provide a social shopping function in a commodity object information system. The commodity object information system can comprise a client and a server. In the embodiment of the present application, the server may specifically refer to a server for performing session management, and the server may be independent from a server specifically providing commodity object information, or may also implement functions of commodity object service and session service through the same server. In order to distinguish between the initiator and the invitee, the clients are divided into a first user client and a second user client (a one-to-one call scheme is used as an example, and in practical applications, the number of the second users may be multiple).
In an application example, referring to fig. 1, a first user may browse contents such as various commodity object information through a client interface of the first user. At the same time, a portal to initiate "strolling together" may be provided in the first user client's related page. After the first user initiates "strolling together," the server may create a corresponding content sharing session and provide the session ID to the first user server. If the particular session is a voice or video session, the first user client may push its voice or video stream to the server based on the session ID. In addition, the first user may also initiate an invitation to other users based on the session, and in one mode, an invitation instruction for joining the content sharing session may be sent to the invited second user through the server. After the second user agrees to join the content sharing session, the voice or video stream of the second user can also be pushed to the server. At this time, the first user and the second user may participate in the content sharing session in a peer-to-peer manner. Meanwhile, the server side can also provide the voice or video stream of the first user to the second user client side, and provide the voice or video stream of the second user to the first user client side, so that the voice or video call between the first user and the second user is realized.
And then, sharing of browsing content among different participant users can be carried out. For example, the first user client may provide the summary information (a product drawing, a title, etc.) of the product object a being browsed by the first user client to the server, and the server may provide the summary information to the second user client so as to prompt the second user in the client interface of the second user. Similarly, the second user client may also provide the summary information of the commodity object B being browsed by the second user client to the server, and the server may provide the summary information to the first user client, so as to prompt the first user in the client interface of the first user. Then, the first user may initiate a request to the server to view the commodity object B being browsed by the second user, the server may provide the link of the target page associated with the commodity object B to the first user client, and the first user client may jump to the target page associated with the commodity object B for display. Similarly, the second user may also initiate a request to view the commodity object a being browsed by the second user, and jump to a target page associated with the commodity object a for display.
In addition, the browsed content can be shared in a screen-casting interaction mode, for example, a first user can initiate a request for screen-casting interaction on the content being browsed by a second user to a server. At this time, the server may initiate an instruction for acquiring the screen image stream to the second user client, the second user client may submit the acquired screen image stream to the server, and the server may provide the screen image stream acquired by the second user client to the first user client in a manner of independently pushing another stream, and perform playing and displaying in the first user client. In this way, the browsing content of the second user can be projected to the first user client for displaying, that is, not only the static page content but also the change situation of the specific content along with the user operation can be shared.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
First, in the first embodiment, from the perspective of the client, a method for providing a commodity object service is provided, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: a request to enter a content sharing browsing mode is received in a merchandise object information system.
The content sharing browsing mode may be the "shopping together" mode, and since the mode may be referred to as other modes in practical applications, in the embodiments of the present application, the mode is collectively referred to as the content sharing browsing mode. In specific implementation, an operation option for starting the content sharing browsing mode can be provided through a related interface of the client of the commodity object information system, so that the commodity object information system is switched from a common single browsing mode to a mode of two or more people shopping together under the starting request of the initiator user. In addition, the initiator may also invite other users to join the mode. Therefore, the request for entering the content sharing browsing mode in this step may include a request of the user of the initiator, and may also include a request initiated by the user accepting the invitation.
For the initiator user, the request may be specifically initiated through an operation option provided by the relevant interface and used for starting the content sharing browsing mode. Specifically, the related interfaces providing the above operation options may be various. For example, in one mode, the operation option may be provided through a message dialog window page provided in a message system associated with the merchandise object information system, so that the initiator user initiates the request through the operation option. That is, since the commodity object information system may also provide a message system, a platform or a merchant may push a message to a user, or a user may add a friend user of the user, and a conversation may be performed between the user and the friend user (of course, in the prior art, a conversation may be performed only in a text or voice input manner, and a voice or video call cannot be supported). Accordingly, an operation option for starting the content sharing browsing mode may be provided based on such a specific dialog window. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, which is a message dialog window between a user A and another user B within the merchandise object information system, a "shopping together" option may be provided at the location shown at 31 in FIG. 3. Thus, both parties to the conversation may initiate a "shopping-together" mode through this option. Accordingly, the other party may be automatically invited to participate in the "shopping together" mode.
Or, in another mode, the operation option may be provided through a navigation page of the merchandise object information system, so as to initiate the request through the operation option. That is, the user may also view the "shopping together" option on a global navigation page, such as the client's top page. At this point, the user may also directly scroll through the "scroll together" option in the page, initiate a request to initiate the "scroll together" mode, and may invite some users to join the "scroll together," and so on. After receiving a request for starting a content sharing browsing mode by a specific initiator user, the server may first create a content sharing session for the initiator user, and may provide information such as a session ID to the initiator user client. Thus, if the session supports voice or video calls, the initiator user client may upload the voice or video data stream of the initiator user side to the server; meanwhile, some users can be invited to join the content sharing session based on the ID of the content sharing session and the like.
In one mode, the initiator user may specify a specific user to be invited, and then the server sends a voice or video call invitation instruction to a client associated with the specific specified user, so that the specified user joins the content sharing session by accepting the invitation.
For example, in a specific implementation, if the user a clicks "shopping with you" in a window of a message conversation with the user B, the user B may be automatically used as an invited user, the server may send a call invitation instruction to the user B, and if the user B is in a state of opening the goods object information system client, the user B may receive a call invitation prompt bar, and may accept the call invitation by clicking an answer option in the prompt bar. After the user B accepts the call invitation, information such as an ID of the content sharing session may also be acquired, and correspondingly, voice or video data of the user B side may also be uploaded to the server, and so on.
Or, if the initiator user provides a start request initiated by the operation option of the "shopping through" mode through the navigation page, in one mode, a friend user list of the initiator user in the merchandise object information system may be provided, so that the initiator user may select one or more friend users as users to be invited, and then may send a voice or video call invitation instruction to a client associated with the users to be invited through the server. Correspondingly, the invited user can be subjected to the call invitation prompt bar in the client, and can also join in a specific content sharing session by clicking the answering option in the prompt bar.
Or, in another mode, the server may further provide a link or a password for joining the content sharing session, so that the initiator user may provide the link or the password to other users through other instant messaging information systems, and the other users who receive the link or the password may join the content sharing session through the link or the password. That is, since the merchandise object information system does not have social interaction as its main capability after all, especially before "shopping together" mode is supported, the social relationship of the user in the merchandise object information system may be weak, that is, many users who are friends in real life, or users who have a friend relationship in a special social network system, a friend relationship is not established in the merchandise object information system, and so on. This may be the case when the user directly initiates a "shopping through" in the merchandise object information system, and it may not be possible to directly determine which user is intended to invite at the merchandise object information system. For this situation, after creating the content sharing session according to the request of the initiator user, the server may further generate a link or a password regarding information such as the content sharing session ID. In this way, the initiator user can send information such as the ID of the content sharing session created by the initiator user to the user who the initiator user wishes to invite through another social networking system. Therefore, a user receiving the link or the password can enter the client of the commodity object information system associated with the embodiment of the application after clicking the link or copying the password, and then can automatically join in the conversation of a specific session.
During specific implementation, for a user who joins in the content sharing session through a link or a copy password, authentication or identity verification can be performed on the user, and the user is joined in the conversation of the content sharing session under the permission of the initiator user. Alternatively, the specific authentication or authentication steps may also be skipped in case a stranger user is allowed to join the content sharing session. Of course, in a scenario where a stranger is allowed to join, corresponding user privacy protection processing may also be performed. For example, the user's actual nickname, etc. may be hidden. Or, a friend relationship can be established with a stranger user under the condition of the agreement of the initiator user, and the like.
In addition, the operation option for starting the content sharing browsing mode can be provided in the commodity page or the shop page which is browsed by the current user, so that the user can initiate a request for starting the content sharing browsing mode at any time in the process of browsing the specific commodity page or the shop page, and the like.
In short, the content sharing session may be created according to the request of the initiator user, and other users may join in the call of the content sharing session in various ways, at this time, both the initiator user and other users joining in the content sharing session become participant users of the target user. In subsequent conversation and browsing content sharing, the identities of different participant users may be peer-to-peer, that is, each participant user may specify to view what some other participant user is browsing, and so on.
It should be noted that, in the case of performing communication by voice or video call, after each participant user joins in the call of the content sharing session, the participant user may also apply for a call maintaining authority to their respective operating systems, so that the situation that the call is interrupted when the client is switched to the background operation mode may be avoided.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the case of performing communication in a voice or video call manner, the specific content sharing session may be a session in a voice or video conference mode, so that a voice or video call service may be provided to the participant user in a voice or video conference manner. Therefore, the distribution of specific voice or video data streams can be realized through the CDN link without depending on a communication link, thereby being beneficial to reducing the cost.
In specific implementation, the bandwidth advantage, the distribution point advantage and the scale advantage of the CDN can be fully utilized by deploying the nodes in the CDN network. An ultra-low-delay and fully-distributed sunken communication-level streaming media transmission network can be constructed based on heterogeneous nodes of a central cloud and an edge cloud of the CDN (namely, different nodes can deploy various servers with different computing power). The underlying capabilities are expanded around the efficient production, efficient transmission and consumption of audio and video. The network can also support a mesh structure constructed by adopting a dynamic routing mode, so that an internal link can be shortened, the internal link delay can be further reduced, and the cost in the node can be reduced. In addition, the push flow and the distribution of the data stream can be constructed based on WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication, which is an API supporting a Web browser to perform Real-Time voice conversation or video conversation), and full-duplex Communication can be performed on a single connection channel, so that the media stream can be freely published and subscribed. Furthermore, congestion control may also be specifically designed for streaming media characteristics. Through various optimization combinations, smooth voice or video call experience can be brought to users through low cost.
Based on the CDN link, specifically, in the process of performing a voice or video call, the client of the participant user may submit the acquired voice or video data stream to the server, and the server may provide the voice or video data stream to the clients of other participant users associated with the same content sharing session according to the identifier of the content sharing session associated with the participant user. For example, assuming that participant users of a content sharing session are user a and user B, both user a and user B may upload a voice or video data stream to a server and may carry a specific content sharing session identifier. Therefore, the server can provide the voice or video data stream uploaded by the user A to the user B and provide the voice or video data stream uploaded by the user B to the user A, so that the conversation between the user A and the user B is realized. Similarly, in a multi-user participation mode, the server may maintain information such as IDs of multiple participant users associated with a specific content sharing session identifier, and when receiving a voice or video data stream uploaded by the user a, the server may provide the received data stream to other participant users B, C associated with the same content sharing session identifier, and so on.
S202: and displaying an operation area of a content sharing session on the upper layer of the client interface of the current user, wherein the content sharing session comprises a plurality of participant users, and the content sharing session is created according to the request of one of the participant users.
After the content sharing session is established and the participant users of the content sharing session are determined, specific participant users can communicate in the commodity object information system, and in the embodiment of the application, browsing content sharing can be performed among the participant users. For example, any one of the participant users a may specify that the content being browsed by the user B is to be viewed in the merchandise object information system, and accordingly, the content being browsed by the user B may be presented in the client of the participant user a. Thus, the user a and the user B can talk and view the same browsing content, and can discuss the browsing content during the talking process, or one party provides suggestions or help for the other party, and so on.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, in the process of sharing browsing content while communicating between different users, the browsing content may be parallel to the user's own browsing content. To achieve this, the operating region of the content sharing session may be presented in the client interface of a particular current user. The client interface of the current user may be an interface where the content being browsed by the current user is located, and the content in the client interface may change along with operations such as clicking links of other commodity objects performed by the current user, that is, the current user may browse general content through the client interface. However, in order to enable the current user to share content with other participant users or perform some control operation (for example, turning on and off a microphone, or exiting a session, etc.) in the process of communicating with other participant users, an operation area of the content sharing session may be further provided on the upper layer of the client interface. Specifically, the operation area may include the aforementioned operation options for controlling the session, and may further include operation options for viewing currently browsed content of other participant users. Specifically, when the operation area is displayed in the client interface of the current user, in one manner, a floating bar may be added on the upper layer of the client interface of the first user, and the operation area is displayed in the floating bar. In this way, even if the specific browsing content displayed in the client interface changes, the floating bar may exist until the content sharing session is ended, or the current first user exits the content sharing session in advance.
In a specific implementation, in a manner, the server may further provide, to the client associated with each participant user, information (e.g., a nickname, a head portrait, etc.) of other participant users associated with the same content sharing session, so that in a process that the client provides an operation option for viewing currently browsed content of the other participant users, information about head portraits, nicknames, etc. of the other participant users may also be provided, so that the current user can distinguish each of the other participant users when multiple users participate in the session. In addition, summary information of the currently browsed content of other participant users can be provided for displaying in the operation area, so that the user can judge whether the currently browsed content of some other participant needs to be checked, and the user waits for the current browsed content.
S203: responding to the operation of the current user on the content sharing session operation area, and providing a content sharing service corresponding to the operation to the current user.
After the operation area is provided, the current user can obtain the content sharing service provided by the commodity object information system through the operation executed in the operation area. Specifically, as described above, the client interface of the current user is used to display the current browsing content of the current user, and the specific operation area may include: operational options for viewing the currently viewed content of the other participant users. At this time, a request for viewing the currently browsed content of one of the target participant users, which is submitted by the current user, may be received through the operation option, the currently browsed content of the target participant user is acquired, and then the currently browsed content of the target participant user is displayed in the client interface of the current user. For example, upon receiving a request initiated by a first participant user a to view the viewed content of a second participant user B, information regarding the viewed content of the second participant user B may be provided to the first participant user a-associated client for presentation of the viewed content of the second participant user B in the first participant user a-associated client.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific participant user selects which browsing content of another participant user is to be viewed, and then the browsing content of the opposite party is displayed in the interface of the specific participant user. Rather than pushing own browsing content to other participant users. In other words, in the specific browsing content sharing process, the specific participant user "actively pulls" the content that the other participant user who wants to view the content is browsing, rather than "passively receiving" the content shared by the other participant user. Therefore, each participant user can have control right on the interface of the participant user, can click and view the contents browsed by other participant users at any time, can return to the contents browsed by the participant user at any time for viewing, and the like.
Specifically, there may be multiple ways of specifically acquiring information of browsing content of other participant users, for example, during specific implementation, two modes of "real-time commodity sharing" and "screen projection interaction" may be included. So-called "real-time merchandise sharing," that is, a first participant user may specify viewing a merchandise object page that a second participant user is browsing. At this time, the server may determine a link of the commodity object information page being browsed by the second participant user, and provide the link to the client associated with the first participant user, so that the client associated with the first participant user jumps to the commodity object information page corresponding to the link to be displayed.
In this sharing mode, each participant user client may also provide the server with summary information of the merchandise object that the participant user client is browsing, including titles, pictures, and the like. In this way, when providing the information of other participant users associated with the same session to the client associated with each participant user, the server may also provide the browsing content summary information of the other participant users. In this way, the first participant user client may also provide summary information for the merchandise object being viewed by the second participant user while providing the operation option for viewing the currently viewed content of the second participant user. For example, as shown in fig. 4(a), assume that a participant user a is currently viewing a piece of wool overcoat and another participant user B is viewing a brand of four pieces of collagen. At this time, at the upper layer of the detail page where the user a shows the woolen overcoat, a prompt bar may be provided, as shown at 41 in fig. 4(a), in which summary information including pictures, titles, and the like of the merchandise objects being browsed by the user B may be shown. The user A can initiate a request for viewing the commodity object which is being browsed by the user B by clicking the prompt bar, and correspondingly, the server side can provide page links such as a detailed page of the 'collagen' commodity which is being viewed by the user B to a client side associated with the user A. Thereafter, as shown in fig. 4(B), the client associated with the user a may jump to a page such as a detail page of the "collagen" product for display. In an alternative manner, prompt information about the opening of the goods being browsed by the other participant users may also be provided in the client of user a at the same time. For example, as shown at 42 in fig. 4(B), "the good that the friend is browsing has been opened" and so on may be exhibited.
It should be noted that, in the example shown in fig. 4, since a one-to-one call is made between two users, and the two users usually have a friend relationship, when providing a prompt bar to each other, information such as "friend is watching" may be directly displayed. And if the conversation scene is a multi-person conversation scene, the information such as the nicknames and the head portraits of all the participant users can be respectively displayed, and then the summary information of the commodity objects browsed by all the participant users is displayed, so that the current participant user can select to view the commodity objects browsed by a certain participant user after distinguishing the identities of all other participant users, and the like.
In addition, since the participant user can freely browse the content of interest in the "shopping together" mode, the browsing content may change. In specific implementation, if the content browsed by a certain participant user changes, the server can be timely submitted with the summary information of the specifically changed commodity object, and the server can be timely updated synchronously with other participant users, that is, the change condition of the content browsed by other participant users can be checked in the prompt bar, and the like.
Furthermore, after the first participant user opens the commodity object page being browsed by the second participant user, if a return operation is performed, the first participant user can return to the commodity object page being browsed for display. For example, as shown in the examples of fig. 4(a) and (B). If the first participant user was previously viewing a wool overcoat as in fig. 4(a), then jump to the collagen merchandise page shown in fig. 4(B) that the second participant was viewing. In the state shown in fig. 4(B), if a return operation is performed, it is possible to return to the woolen coat page shown in fig. 4(a) for presentation, and so on. In this way, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a situation such as an interruption of the previous browsing link of the first participant user.
And in a screen projection interaction mode, namely, projecting the browsing content of the second participant user to a terminal equipment screen associated with the first participant user for displaying. That is, in some scenarios, the first participant user may need to view not only static content about the second participant being browsed, but also a process in which the particular browsing content dynamically changes prior to operation of the second participant. For example, in a 3D scene, the second participant user may rotate, shift, change the view angle, and the like on the 3D model of the commodity object. Therefore, under the requirement, the sharing of the browsing content cannot be realized by providing a link for the first participant user. Therefore, the embodiment of the application also provides a screen projection interaction mode.
For example, as shown in fig. 5(a), the user a dials up a video call with the user B through the merchandise object information system, and in an initial state, the video image content of the user B can be presented in the interface of the user a. Additionally, as shown at 51 in fig. 5, the avatar of the participant user, etc., the proximity of the avatar of each other participant user, etc., may be provided in the video presentation interface, and operation options for screen-casting interaction with the browsing content of the designated participant user may also be provided (e.g., small icons, etc., which may be "eye" shaped to prompt the user that screen-casting interaction may be performed with the corresponding participant user). Therefore, the user A can click the screen-casting interaction operation option corresponding to the user B, and at the moment, the content displayed in the screen of the user B can be displayed in the screen of the terminal equipment of the user A. For example, as shown at 52 in FIG. 5(B), after user A clicks on user B's avatar, user B's avatar may be switched to a selected state while the content user B is browsing is presented in user A's screen. For example, in fig. 5(B), the user B is browsing a 3D home decoration scene, and can perform various operations such as selection of a product, position movement, and the like in the 3D space. Accordingly, after the screen is projected on the screen of the user a, the user a can also see the 3D home scene that the user B is browsing, and the operations performed by the user B in the scene, and the corresponding changes to the display content, can also be synchronously displayed on the screen of the user a, and so on.
In a specific implementation, in order to implement the screen projection interaction, after receiving a request that a first participant user submits to view content being browsed by a second participant user in a screen projection manner, a server may send an instruction for acquiring a screen image data stream to a client associated with the second participant user. In this way, the client associated with the second participant user submits the screen image data stream that can be collected (which can be realized in a screen recording manner, etc.), and can be provided to the server as an independent upstream data stream, and the server can push the screen image data stream to the client associated with the first participant user for display. This allows for true screen projection rather than simple simulation by providing links.
After obtaining the current browsing content of the target second participant user, the first participant user client may display the current browsing content of the target second participant user in a client interface of the first participant user. For example, the first participant client may load a link to a page of a merchandise object being viewed by the second participant user and present the page content of the merchandise object in the first participant user's client interface. Alternatively, the screen image data stream provided by the second participant user client may also be presented in the first participant user's client interface so that the first participant user may view what the second participant user is browsing through his own client interface.
In a specific implementation, in the process of displaying the currently browsed content of the target second participant user in the client interface of the first participant user, a return operation option may be further provided, and when the first participant user performs a return operation, the content that the first participant user was browsing before may be continuously displayed in the client interface of the first participant user.
In addition, in specific implementation, more cooperative operations can be realized based on the "shopping together" mode. For example, a shared shopping cart feature option may also be provided (a corresponding option may be provided in the participant user's page). In this way, a participant user in a "shopping-together mode" may add a merchandise object of interest to the shared shopping cart, and multiple participant users associated with the same content sharing session may all add a merchandise object to the shared shopping cart. In specific implementation, for the server, an adding instruction may be generated according to an operation of adding a specified commodity object into the shared shopping cart by one of the participant users, and then the adding instruction may be sent to the clients of the other participant users, so that the clients of the other participant users synchronously add the information of the specified commodity object into the shared shopping cart in a manner of refreshing the shared shopping cart. In this way, the other participant users can view the merchandise objects added by the current participant user from the shared shopping cart.
In specific implementation, the shared shopping cart page may further include operation options for collecting the commodity object, adding into the personal shopping cart, and the like. Further, the selection and settlement of the commodity object can be performed directly from the shared shopping cart. In this way, if the user a is in the "shopping together" mode, the merchandise object 1 is added to the shared shopping cart, if the user B does not browse the merchandise object 1 in its own terminal device, the information of the merchandise object 1 can still be directly viewed in the shared shopping cart, and a purchasing operation can be directly performed thereon, and so on.
In addition, after the content sharing browsing mode is finished, the server can also push a message about the content sharing session to each participant user through a message system of the commodity object information system, and can provide an operation option for viewing the shared shopping cart in the message, so that the commodity objects of each participant user joining the shared shopping cart in the content sharing browsing mode can be viewed. For example, as shown at 61 in FIG. 6(A), after user A and user B finish "shopping together", a message dialog window between them may be provided with "this is a temporary shopping basket you are shopping together" where "temporary shopping basket" may be clickable. After clicking by user A or user B, the merchandise objects in the particular shared shopping cart may be displayed in the page shown in FIG. 6 (B). Specifically, the commodity objects added by the unavailable participant users can be respectively displayed, and in addition, the users can still perform operations such as adding in collection, adding in a personal shopping cart, directly purchasing and settling accounts and the like based on the shared shopping cart page.
In addition, in an alternative manner, remote operation may also be supported in a "shopping-together" mode, so that one of the participant users may control the screens of the other participant users, helping them perform ordering and the like. For example, the elderly or children at home of a certain user may browse an interested commodity object through the commodity object information system, but if the user does not know how to place an order, the user may operate the counterpart terminal device to perform a series of operations such as purchasing and payment using the cooperation function.
In short, according to the embodiment of the application, a commodity sharing browsing mode can be provided in the commodity object information system.
