It should be further understood that the terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description, in the claims, or in the above-described figures, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order, and are not to be interpreted as indicating or implying a relative importance or an implicit indication of the number of features indicated.
It should be further understood that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items, and includes such combinations.
As shown in fig. 1, the touch faucet provided in the embodiment of the application includes a battery 10, a faucet body 20 and a circuit board 40 disposed in a control box 30, wherein a control circuit 50 is disposed on the circuit board 40. In some embodiments, the battery 10 may be a dry cell battery, a button cell battery, a rechargeable lithium cell battery, a lead acid cell battery, etc., for providing operating power to the touch faucet. In some embodiments, faucet body 20 may include an electronically controlled valve, such as a solenoid valve, to which control circuit 50 may be connected to effect control of the opening or closing of faucet body 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the control circuit 50 includes a controller 501, a main electrode 502, a monitor electrode 503, and a reference ground 504. Wherein the controller 501 is connected to the main electrode 502, the monitor electrode 503 and the reference ground 504, it is understood that the controller 501 is connected to the faucet body 20 through the main electrode 502 and is connected to the housing of the control box 40 through the monitor electrode 503. In some embodiments, the reference ground 504 may be connected to the negative electrode of the battery 10. Based on this, the controller 501 may acquire a first electrical signal between the faucet body 20 and the reference ground 504, and the controller 501 may also acquire a second electrical signal between the monitor electrode 503 and the reference ground 504.
Based on this, the controller 501 may control the faucet body 20 to be opened or closed according to the first and second electrical signals. Specifically, the first electrical signal is affected by the reference ground, but in the prior art, when external interference occurs, the reference ground is affected, i.e. the first electrical signal is affected, for example, the signal strength of the first electrical signal is increased to a set water outlet threshold, so that the controller sends a control command to the faucet body to control the faucet body to open, resulting in malfunction. In this application, the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal obtained by the controller 501 are both affected by the reference ground 504, so the controller 501 can determine whether external interference occurs according to the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal, if so, the faucet body 20 is not controlled, and if not, the faucet body 20 is controlled to be opened or closed. Therefore, the problem that the touch faucet is in misoperation due to external interference can be solved, and the reliability of the touch faucet is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, both the main electrode 502 and the monitor electrode 503 are disposed within the copper-plated region of the reference ground 504.
Specifically, in order to affect both the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal when external interference occurs, the monitor electrode 503 and the main electrode 502 are disposed in the copper-plated area of the reference ground 504 on the basis of the connection of the monitor electrode 503 and the housing of the control box 40. In this way, the reference ground 504 is affected when external disturbances occur, thereby affecting both the main electrode 502 and the monitor electrode 503, and thus affecting both the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal when external disturbances occur. Therefore, the controller 501 can determine whether external interference occurs according to the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal, if so, the faucet body 20 is not controlled, and if not, the faucet body 20 is controlled to be opened or closed, so that the reliability of the touch faucet is improved. Note that, the copper-plated area of the reference ground 504 is shown as an area a in fig. 2, and the copper-plated area of the reference ground 504 is not directly electrically connected to the monitor electrode 503 and the main electrode 502.
In some embodiments, the controller 501 is to: if the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches a preset first threshold value and the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal does not reach a second threshold value, the faucet body 20 is controlled to be opened or closed, wherein the first threshold value is larger than the second threshold value. The first threshold in the embodiment of the present application may be set as follows: under normal conditions, the faucet body 20 is manually touched for a plurality of times, a plurality of signal intensity values of the first electric signals are obtained, and a first threshold value is set according to the signal intensity values, for example, a first threshold value is set according to an average value of the signal intensity values. The second threshold in the embodiment of the present application may be set as follows: under the condition of multiple times of artificial external interference, signal intensity values of multiple second electric signals are acquired, and a second threshold value is set according to the signal intensity values, for example, the second threshold value is set according to an average value of the signal intensity values.
When a person touches the tap body 20 or an external disturbance occurs, the signal intensity value of the first electric signal may be greater than or equal to the first threshold value, and thus it is necessary to determine the cause of the change in the signal intensity of the first electric signal. Specifically, since the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal are affected simultaneously when external interference occurs, the controller 501 may determine whether the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches the first threshold value and whether the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal reaches the second threshold value. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, if the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches the first threshold value and the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal does not reach the second threshold value, it may be determined that the reason for causing the signal strength change of the first electrical signal is that a person touches the tap body 20, and thus the controller 501 may control the tap body 20 to be turned on or off. In some embodiments, if the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches the first threshold value and the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal reaches the second threshold value, it may be determined that the reason for the change in the signal strength of the first electrical signal is external interference, so the controller 501 does not have to control the faucet body 20 to be opened or closed. Therefore, the faucet body 20 is controlled to be opened or closed according to the first electric signal and the second electric signal, so that the problem of malfunction of the touch faucet due to external interference can be solved, and the reliability of the touch faucet is improved. It should be noted that, the controller 501 may detect the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal at the same time, or may detect the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal at different times, but the detection time interval should be set reasonably when detecting at different times.
In some embodiments, the controller 501 is to: if the current signal intensity value of the first electric signal reaches a preset first threshold value and is kept for a preset first time length, the faucet body is controlled to be opened or closed according to the second electric signal. In some embodiments, controlling the faucet body to open or close according to the second electrical signal includes: and if the current signal intensity of the second electric signal does not reach a preset second threshold value, controlling the faucet body to be opened or closed.
When a person swipes through the faucet body 20, the signal intensity of the first electrical signal is briefly greater than or equal to the first threshold, which results in malfunction of the touch faucet. Therefore, to solve the problem of malfunction of the touch faucet in such a case, the controller 501 may determine whether the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches the first threshold value and maintains the first time period, where the first time period may be reasonably set, for example, 0.8 seconds, 1 second, and so on. In some embodiments, if the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches the first threshold value, but fails to remain for the first time period, the controller 501 does not have to control the faucet body 20 to open or close. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, if the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaches the first threshold value and can be maintained for the first time period, the controller 501 needs to further determine the reason for the change of the signal strength of the first electrical signal, in other words, needs to control the faucet body to be opened or closed according to the second electrical signal.
Since the first electrical signal and the second electrical signal are affected simultaneously when external interference occurs, the controller 501 may determine whether the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal reaches the second threshold value based on the current signal strength value of the first electrical signal reaching the first threshold value and maintaining the first time period. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, if the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal does not reach the second threshold value, it may be determined that the reason for causing the signal strength change of the first electrical signal is that a person touches the tap body 20, and thus the controller 501 may control the tap body 20 to be turned on or off. In some embodiments, if the current signal strength value of the second electrical signal reaches the second threshold value, it may be determined that the reason for causing the signal strength change of the first electrical signal is external interference, so the controller 501 does not have to control the faucet body 20 to be opened or closed. Therefore, the faucet body 20 is controlled to be opened or closed according to the first electric signal and the second electric signal, so that the problem of malfunction of the touch faucet due to external interference can be solved, and the reliability of the touch faucet is improved.
In some embodiments, the controller 501 is to: corresponding control instructions are sent to the faucet body 20 according to the current state of the faucet body 20 to control the faucet body 20 to be opened or closed. In some embodiments, sending corresponding control instructions to faucet body 20 to control faucet body 20 to open or close according to the current state of faucet body 20 includes: if the current state of the tap body 20 is the closed state, an opening instruction is sent to the tap body to control the tap body 20 to be opened; if the current state of the faucet body 20 is an open state, a closing command is sent to the faucet body 20 to control the faucet body 20 to close.
Specifically, the controller 501 may send a control instruction to the faucet body 20, so as to control the faucet body 20. Accordingly, a corresponding control command may be sent according to the current state of the faucet body 20, for example, if the current state of the faucet body 20 is a closed state, an open command is sent, and if the current state is a closed state, an open command is sent.
In some embodiments, the controller 501 is to: after controlling the faucet body 20 to be opened, if a closing instruction is not sent to the faucet body 20 after a preset second time period, a closing instruction is sent to the faucet body 20 to control the faucet body 20 to be closed.
After the user turns on the touch faucet, the user may forget to turn off the touch faucet for some reasons, so the controller 501 sends a turn-off instruction to the faucet body 20 to control the faucet body 20 to turn off if the turn-off instruction is not sent to the faucet body 20 for a second period of time after controlling the faucet body 20 to turn on.
While the invention has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
