Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the shortcomings of large workload and slow snow removal speed of manually removing accumulated snow on the road surface, the technical problem is as follows: the automatic snow removing equipment for the snowfield is capable of rapidly removing snow on a road surface and spreading salt in the removing process.
The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an automatic snow removing apparatus for snow, comprising: the number of the bases is one; the wheels are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the base; the first handle is arranged on one side of the upper part of the base; the snow sweeping mechanism is arranged on one side of the upper part of the base, which is far away from the first handle; and the snow blowing mechanism is arranged between the base and the snow sweeping mechanism.

The beneficial effects are that: 1. the invention can quickly remove snow on the road surface and scatter salt in the removing process;
2. by pushing the equipment to move, the snow shoveling plate can quickly shovel snow on the road surface, and meanwhile, the large brush can clean the residual snow, so that the effect of quickly removing the snow on the road surface can be realized;
3. the second wedge block rotates to be matched with the first wedge block, so that the sliding plate intermittently moves, and the effect of automatically spreading salt can be achieved.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in the following by combining the attached drawings.
Example 1
An automatic snow removing device for snow, as shown in figure 1, comprises a base 1, wheels 2, a first handle 3, a snow sweeping mechanism 4 and a snow blowing mechanism 5, wherein the wheels 2 are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the base 1, the first handle 3 is arranged on the left side of the upper portion of the base 1, the snow sweeping mechanism 4 is arranged on the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, and the snow blowing mechanism 5 is arranged between the base 1 and the snow sweeping mechanism 4.
When a user needs to sweep snow, the equipment can be used, firstly, the equipment is pushed to a position where the snow is needed to be swept through the first handle 3, the snow is swept on the ground through the snow sweeping mechanism 4, and the snow is blown on the surface of the equipment through the snow blowing mechanism 5.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the snow sweeping mechanism 4 includes a servo motor 41, a first bracket 42, a first belt 43, a first rotating shaft 44, a large brush 45 and a protecting cover 46, the servo motor 41 is disposed on the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, the first bracket 42 is disposed on the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, the first rotating shaft 44 is rotatably disposed on the first bracket 42, the first belt 43 is connected between the first rotating shaft 44 and an output shaft of the servo motor 41, the large brush 45 is disposed on the first rotating shaft 44, the protecting cover 46 is disposed on the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, and the protecting cover 46 is located above the large brush 45.
The servo motor 41 is turned on, the servo motor 41 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 44 to rotate through the first belt 43, and then the large brush 45 is driven to rotate, so that the large brush 45 can sweep snow, and when a user does not need to sweep the snow on the ground, the servo motor 41 is turned off.
The snow blowing mechanism 5 comprises a first support frame 51, a second support frame 52, a second rotating shaft 53, a second belt 54, a missing gear 55, a full gear 56, a torsion spring 57, a second support frame 58 and a fan 59, wherein the first support frame 51 is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the base 1, the second support frame 52 is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the right side of the upper part of the base 1, the second rotating shaft 53 is rotatably arranged between the second support frames 52, the second belt 54 is connected between the second rotating shaft 53 and an output shaft of the servo motor 41, the two missing gear 55 are arranged on the second rotating shaft 53, the two second support frames 58 are rotatably arranged on the first support frame 51, the full gear 56 and the missing gear 55 are meshed, the torsion spring 57 is connected between the full gear 56 and the first support frame 51, and the torsion spring 57 is sleeved on the second support frame 58.
The rotation of servo motor 41 drives second pivot 53 and scarce gear 55 through second belt 54 and rotates, through lacking gear 55 and full gear 56 meshing for second support 58 and fan 59 rotate, and torsion spring 57 takes place deformation, and when lacking gear 55 and full gear 56 meshing, under torsion spring 57's reset action, second support 58 drives fan 59 and resets, thereby fan 59 can blow down the snow on this equipment surface, avoids snow to pile up on the equipment surface.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 4 to 10, the snow shoveling device further includes a snow shoveling mechanism 6, the snow shoveling mechanism 6 includes a third support frame 61, a fourth support frame 62, a snow shoveling plate 63, a slide rail 64 and a second handle 65, the third support frame 61 is disposed on the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, the fourth support frames 62 are symmetrically disposed on the third support frame 61 in a front-back manner, the snow shoveling plate 63 is rotatably disposed between the fourth support frames 62, the slide rail 64 is disposed on the fourth support frames 62, the second handles 65 are disposed on the front and rear sides of the snow shoveling plate 63, and the second handles 65 are slidably connected with the slide rail 64.
The use car can promote this equipment and remove to the right side, shovels through shovel snow board 63 to subaerial snow, and when the user need not shovel snow, the user can stimulate second handle 65 along slide rail 64 to the left side upset, because slide rail 64 slidingtype is equipped with the lug, the user can remove second handle 65 to the lug left side, blocks second handle 65 and shovel snow board 63 through the lug.
Still including spreading salt mechanism 7, spreading salt mechanism 7 is including backup pad 71, third support 72, dress salt case 73, screening net 74, first spring 75, sliding plate 76 and first wedge 77, base 1 upper portion left side front and back symmetry formula is equipped with backup pad 71, be connected with third support 72 between the backup pad 71, be equipped with dress salt case 73 on the third support 72, dress salt case 73 bottom is equipped with screening net 74, dress salt case 73 bottom slidingtype is equipped with sliding plate 76, be connected with first spring 75 between sliding plate 76 and the dress salt case 73, sliding plate 76 bottom is equipped with first wedge 77.
The user can place salt in the salt holding box 73, and the user can move the first wedge block 77 and the sliding plate 76, so that the salt holding box 73 moves downwards to the ground through the screening net 74 to prevent the ground after snow shoveling from freezing, at the moment, the first spring 75 is compressed, and when the user does not apply force to the first wedge block 77, the sliding plate 76 moves reversely to reset under the resetting action of the first spring 75.
Still including scraping snow mechanism 8, it is including scraping snow board 81 to scrape snow mechanism 8, push pedal 82, pull rod 83, shaft 84 between flowers, third pivot 85, dwang 86 and third handle 87, be equipped with scraping snow board 81 on the protective cover 46, be equipped with push pedal 82 on scraping snow board 81, the sliding is equipped with pull rod 83 on push pedal 82, movable shaft 84 between flowers that is equipped with on the pull rod 83, movable shaft 84 between flowers is last to be equipped with third pivot 85, movable dwang 86 that is equipped with on third pivot 85, be connected with third handle 87 on the dwang 86.
In the process of the large brush 45 sweeping snow, snow can remain on the large brush 45, so that the snow scraping plate 81 can scrape the snow on the large brush 45, a user can pull the third handle 87, the third handle 87 pulls out the inter-flower shaft 84, the third rotating shaft 85 and the rotating rod 86, and then the third handle 87 is moved to the left side, so that the snow on the snow scraping plate 81 can be pushed out, and then the user can pack up the inter-flower shaft 84, the third rotating shaft 85 and the rotating rod 86.
Still including slewing mechanism 9, slewing mechanism 9 is equipped with fourth support 91 including fourth support 91, fourth pivot 92, third belt 93 and second wedge 94 around the left side of base 1 upper portion symmetrical formula, and the rotary type is equipped with fourth pivot 92 between the fourth support 91, is connected with third belt 93 between fourth pivot 92 and the wheel 2, is equipped with two second wedges 94 on the fourth pivot 92.
Wheel 2 rotates and drives fourth pivot 92 and second wedge 94 through third belt 93 and rotates, and first wedge 77 can be pushed intermittently to second wedge 94, so, can realize the automatic effect of spilling salt.
Still including chucking mechanism 10, chucking mechanism 10 is equipped with fifth support 101 including fifth support 101, fixed block 102, second spring 103 and third wedge 104, and the symmetry formula is equipped with fifth support 101 around the upper portion left side of base 1, all is equipped with fixed block 102 on the fifth support 101, and the gliding formula is equipped with third wedge 104 on fixed block 102, all is connected with second spring 103 between third wedge 104 and the fixed block 102.
When second wedge 94 rotated, can push third wedge 104 to the inboard, and second spring 103 is compressed, and when wheel 2 reverse rotation, when driving fourth pivot 92 and second wedge 94 reverse rotation, third wedge 104 can support second wedge 94 for second wedge 94 can't reverse rotation, and like this, equipment can not spill salt to ground at reverse movement's in-process.
