The technical solution of the present solution is further explained by the following embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An asphalt paving machine comprising: the device comprises a traction trolley 1, a flattening roller 2 and a cleaning assembly 3;
the flattening roller 2 is arranged on the traction trolley 1, is driven by the traction trolley 1 to rotate, and is used for flattening asphalt; the sweeping component 3 is arranged on the traction trolley 1;
the sweeping assembly 3 includes: a rotating seat 31, a first scraper 32, a second scraper 33, a connecting arm 34, an adjusting rod 35 and a sweeper 36;
a plurality of rotating seats 31 are mounted on the traction trolley 1; the left end of the first scraper 32 is rotatably mounted on the rotating seat 31 and is positioned above the flattening roller 2; the right end of the second scraper 33 is rotatably mounted on the rotating seat 31 and is positioned above the flattening roller 2; the right end of the first scraper 32 and the left end of the second scraper 33 are respectively rotatably connected to one end of the connecting arm 34, and the other end of the connecting arm 34 is rotatably connected to the adjusting rod 35; the vertical position of the adjusting rod 35 is adjustable, the connecting arm 34 drives the right end of the first scraper 32 and the left end of the second scraper 33 to abut against the roll surface of the leveling roller 2, and the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 scrape the asphalt of the leveling roller 2; the sweeping brush 36 is vertically movably mounted on the adjusting rod 35, and abuts against the leveling roller 2 after passing through the sweeping through opening 30 formed between the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33, so as to sweep the asphalt on the surface of the leveling roller 2.
This scheme provides an asphalt pavement paver for carry out the compaction to asphalt pavement and level and handle, clear up the gyro wheel 2 that flattens that is used for the compaction road surface through cleaning subassembly 3, avoid remaining pitch to be attached to the surface of gyro wheel 2 that flattens for a long time, influence the compaction effect of gyro wheel 2 that flattens, solved among the prior art problem that remaining pitch is difficult to handle in the gyro wheel 2 that flattens.
Specifically, the traction trolley 1 is replaced by a known asphalt compacting practical trolley, and the flattening rollers 2 are driven to rotate when the traction trolley 1 moves; the asphalt on the surface of the ground is compacted through the rotation of the flattening roller 2; and because some pitch is still in a loose state, it will be attached to flattening roller 2, and is difficult to break away from flattening roller 2. Therefore, the cleaning assembly 3 can clean the roll surface of the flattening roller 2 in the working process of the flattening roller 2, and can conveniently remove the asphalt on the surface of the flattening roller 2. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the left end of the first scraper 32 is rotatably connected to one of the rotating seats 31; the right end of the second scraper 33 is rotatably connected to one of the rotating seats 31; in this regard, the right end of the first scraper 32 and the left end of the second scraper 33 may be angularly adjusted to contact the roll surface of the leveling roller 2, as shown in fig. 3. In order to realize the angle adjustment of the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33, the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 are both connected to an adjusting rod 35 through a connecting arm 34 respectively; the connecting arm 34 is rotatably connected with the first scraper 32 or the second scraper 33 and the adjusting rod 35; when the adjusting rod 35 is lifted, one end of the connecting arm 34 is driven to move, and then the other end of the connecting arm 34 is driven to move, so that the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 rotate around the rotating base 31 as an axis, and the right end of the first scraper 32 and the left end of the second scraper 33 are abutted against the surface of the platen roller 2. Since the roll surface of the leveling roller 2 is rotating, when the asphalt on the roll surface rotates to the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33, the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 sweep the asphalt through corners, so as to scrape the asphalt from the leveling roller 2. Meanwhile, the position of the sweeper brush 36 can be vertically adjusted, and the sweeper brush is arranged on the adjusting rod 35; as shown in fig. 3, the sweeper 36 is abutted against the leveling roller 2 only after the sweeper 36 moves downward and passes through the sweeping through opening 30 between the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33, so that the scraped asphalt on the surface of the leveling roller 2 can be swept. In this scheme, because pitch is attached to behind the roll surface of gyro wheel 2 that flattens, it can be swept away by sweeper 36 through scraping, and the surface of gyro wheel 2 that flattens is difficult to adhere to pitch, and then keeps the cleanliness factor on gyro wheel 2 surface that flattens constantly.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: an air draft device 4;
the left end and the right end of the first scraper 32 are communicated; the input end of the air draft device 4 is communicated with the left end opening of the first scraping plate 32.
As shown in FIG. 4, the extractor 4 is connected to the first blade 32 by known tubing; the both ends of first scraper blade 32 are communicating, and after the pitch was scraped off to the right-hand member of first scraper blade 32, accessible start updraft ventilator 4 formed the negative pressure in the inside of first scraper blade 32, and the pitch that will scrape out inhales updraft ventilator 4, avoids being difficult to by the compaction fall again to the bituminous paving in, improves flattening roller 2's cleanliness factor. Meanwhile, the air draft device 4 can collect the asphalt remained on the flattening roller 2, so that the collected asphalt can be subjected to surface research to find out the reason that the part is difficult to compact; further, the quality of the asphalt can also be evaluated by calculating the residual asphalt quantity per unit area by calculating the residual asphalt quantity.
Preferably, the bottom of the first scraper 32 is provided with a plurality of discharge ports 321 which are communicated with the inside and the outside.
According to the scheme, the exhaust port 321 can be preferably matched with the air draft device 4, after the asphalt is sucked into the first scraper 32 by the air draft device 4, part of residual asphalt with small particle size can fall to the asphalt ground again through the exhaust port 321 of the first scraper 32, and the residual asphalt with large particle size is not easy to separate from the exhaust port 321 and is difficult to be compacted again, so that the asphalt with large particle size can be recycled to the air draft device 4 through the air draft device 4, and the part of asphalt is prevented from falling to the asphalt ground again.
Preferably, the left end of the second scraper 33 abuts against the right end opening of the first scraper 32, and forms the cleaning passage 30 when the adjusting rod 35 is driven to move.
As shown in fig. 2, the left end of the second scraper 33 abuts against the right end opening of the first scraper 32, so that negative pressure can be formed inside the first scraper 32 by the air draft device 4, and asphalt remaining on the second scraper 33 can be recovered by the negative pressure; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2, when the left end of the second scraper 33 abuts against the right end opening of the first scraper 32, the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 form a horizontally extending plate structure, so that the regularity of the cleaning assembly 3 can be maintained.
Preferably, the air extraction device 4 is connected to the first scraper 32 by a flexible conduit 41.
Since the first scraper 32 is rotatable, communicating the air draft device 4 with the inside of the first scraper 32 through the soft pipe 41 can more effectively adaptively connect the first scraper 32 through deformation of the soft pipe 41.
Preferably, the sweeping assembly 3 further comprises: the elastic member 37;
two sides of the sweeper brush 36 are respectively movably arranged on the adjusting rod 35; one end of the elastic member 37 is connected to the wiper 36, and the other end of the elastic member 37 contacts the horizontal table 351 of the adjustment lever 35.
The elastic member 37 is disposed between the horizontal platform 351 of the adjustment lever 35 and the wiper 36, as shown in fig. 2, one end of the elastic member 37 abuts against a side plate of the wiper 36, and the wiper 36 can move along the extending direction of the adjustment lever 35. The sweeper 36 of the scheme has two working modes, wherein one working mode is as follows: when the sweeper 36 moves downwards, one side plate of the sweeper 36 presses the elastic piece 37, the elastic piece 37 drives the adjusting rod 35 to move downwards, and then the connecting arm 34 is driven to move, so that the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 are opened and abut against the flattening roller 2; namely, the sweeping brush 36 is driven to move, so that the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 can be opened synchronously. The other working mode is as follows: the adjusting rod 35 moves downwards first, the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 are opened through the connecting arm 34, and the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 scrape the flattening roller 2 for a period of time; at this time, a downward force is selectively applied to the sweeper brush 36, the sweeper brush 36 presses the elastic member 37, the sweeper brush 36 extends into the sweeping through opening 30, and the flattening roller 2 is swept; when the floor cleaning is stopped, the downward force of the sweeper brush 36 is only needed to be withdrawn, the sweeper brush 36 is reset under the action of the elastic piece 37, and the sweeper brush 36 is separated from the cleaning through opening 30. Thus, the elastic member 37 can perform the sweeping function of the sweeper 36 at two different time intervals.
More preferably, the sweeping assembly 3 further comprises: a sweeping driver 38;
one output end of the sweeping driver 38 is connected to the adjusting rod 35, and the other output end is connected to the sweeper 36, so as to drive the adjusting rod 35 or the sweeper 36 to move up and down.
The sweeping actuator 38 is a mechanism known to have a function of driving the extension and contraction, such as a cylinder, or a combination of a motor and a screw. For the cylinder, the output end of the cylinder is connected with the adjusting rod 35 or the sweeper 36, the adjusting rod 35 or the sweeper 36 can be driven to adjust the vertical position, and therefore the seamless matching of the scraper and the sweeper 36 can be synchronously controlled. For the combination of the motor and the screw rod, the output end of the motor is connected with the screw rod, the motor drives the screw rod to rotate, and a nut seat arranged on the screw rod moves on the screw rod; the nut seat is connected with the adjusting rod 35 or the sweeper 36, so that the adjusting rod 35 or the sweeper 36 can be driven to move up and down linearly.
Further optimally, the method also comprises the following steps: a roll surface detector 5;
the roller surface detector 5 is arranged on the traction trolley 1, the first scraper 32 or the second scraper 33;
the detection end of the roller surface detector 5 faces the roller surface of the flattening roller 2 and is used for detecting the roller surface of the flattening roller 2; the roll surface detector 5 is communicatively connected to the sweeping drive 38.
The roll surface detector 5 is in communication connection with the cleaning driver 38, wherein the communication connection mode refers to that communication is formed between connected devices through transmission interaction of signals and can be divided into wired connection and wireless connection; wired connections such as conventional data line connections; wireless connections such as conventional WiFi, bluetooth, infrared, NFC, etc. The roller surface detector 5 can identify the surface condition of the flattening roller 2 so as to confirm whether the roller surface of the flattening roller 2 contains asphalt and the specific condition of the asphalt; for example, pitch at the same position is detected to have been pressed by the leveling roller 2 for a plurality of periodic rotations, but pitch remains on the surface of the leveling roller 2, thus identifying pitch that is difficult to discharge; therefore, when the roll surface detector 5 is in communication connection with the cleaning driver 38, the actual asphalt condition of the roll surface detector 5 is fed back to the cleaning driver 38, and the cleaning driver 38 makes a judgment for the actual asphalt condition of the leveling roller 2, and if the asphalt is not discharged to an asphalt road surface for a long time, the asphalt is started to drive the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 to move, so as to drive the first scraper 32 and the second scraper 33 to abut against the leveling roller 2, and further scrape the residual asphalt of the leveling roller 2.
Optimally, the method further comprises the following steps: a cleaning liquid output device 6;
