Comparative example 2
An antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn, which is different from example 7 in that barbaloin was replaced with an equal amount of polyester chips in the raw material of the antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn.
Comparative example 3
An antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn, which is different from example 7 in that the antibacterial agent and barbaloin were replaced with the same amount of polyester chips as the raw material of the antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn.
Performance test
The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarns obtained in examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following property tests, and the test results are shown in Table 3.
According to GB/T20944.3-2008' evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles part 3: the results of the tests on the antibacterial property of the antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn by the oscillation method are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn has the advantages that the prepared polyester high stretch yarn has good antibacterial performance through the synergistic effect of the raw materials, the influence on the health of people is reduced, the antibacterial rate on escherichia coli is 93.7-96.9%, and the antibacterial rate on staphylococcus aureus is 92.5-97.3%.
Comparing example 7 with comparative examples 1-3, it can be seen that adding barbaloin and an antibacterial agent to the raw materials of the antibacterial polyester high-stretch yarn can significantly improve the antibacterial rate of the polyester high-stretch yarn to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, thus proving that barbaloin and the antibacterial agent can enhance the antibacterial performance of the polyester high-stretch yarn and reduce the influence on human health.
Comparing with the examples 7 and 12, 14 and 15, it can be seen that the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus can be improved by the synergistic effect between chitosan and silver ions by adding the chitosan silver-loaded antibacterial solution to the raw materials of the antibacterial polyester high-stretch yarn, so that the antibacterial performance of the polyester high-stretch yarn can be enhanced by the chitosan silver-loaded antibacterial solution, and the influence on the health of people can be reduced.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An antibiotic polyester high stretch yarn which is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of polyester chips, 2-10 parts of color master batches, 3-8 parts of barbaloin, 8-20 parts of antibacterial agents and 2-5 parts of dispersing agents;
wherein the antibacterial agent is 2-dimethyl-2-hexadecyl-1-methacryloyloxyethyl ammonium bromide.
2. The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of polyester chips, 5-8 parts of color master batches, 4-7 parts of barbaloin, 10-15 parts of antibacterial agent and 3-4 parts of dispersing agent.

The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the 2-dimethyl-2-hexadecyl-1-methacryloyloxyethyl ammonium bromide is prepared by the following method: mixing dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and 1-bromohexadecane, adding trichloromethane and hexanenitrile, heating and stirring, cooling, adding anhydrous ether, stirring to obtain white crystals, filtering, washing the filter residue, and drying to obtain 2-dimethyl-2-hexadecyl-1-methacryloyloxyethyl ammonium bromide.

The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate: the weight ratio of the 1-bromohexadecane is (15-32): (31-62), the volume of chloroform, the volume of hexanenitrile and the volume of anhydrous ether added to 1kg of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate were 310mL, 620mL and 200mL, respectively.
5. The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the dispersant is sodium polyacrylate.
6. The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw material of the polyester high stretch yarn also comprises 1-3 parts by weight of chitosan silver-loaded antibacterial solution.

The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the chitosan silver-loaded antibacterial solution is prepared by adopting the following method: adding chitosan into acetic acid solution, stirring, adding silver nitrate, stirring in dark place, and irradiating under ultraviolet light to obtain the chitosan silver-loaded antibacterial solution.
8. The antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the chitosan: acetic acid solution: the weight ratio of the silver nitrate is (2-4): (50-100): (0.4-0.8), wherein the mass fraction of the acetic acid solution is 2-4%.
9. A method for preparing the antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized in that:
s1: respectively drying the polyester chip, the color master batch and the dispersing agent;
s2: mixing the dried polyester slices, the dried color master batch, the barbaloin and the dried dispersing agent, and stirring for 120-130min to obtain a mixture;
s3: heating and melting the mixture, adding the antibacterial agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a melt material;
s4: and (3) spinning the melt material into spun yarn after silk drawing, cooling and spinning to obtain the antibacterial polyester high stretch yarn.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein 1-3 parts by weight of the chitosan silver-loaded antibacterial solution is sprayed together after the melt material is drawn and cooled.
