Description

Sun-proof antibacterial textile fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a sun-proof antibacterial textile fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In real life, people inevitably come into contact with various microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. The microorganisms can rapidly grow and reproduce under proper environmental conditions, and can spread diseases through contact, thereby affecting the physical and mental health of people. In people's daily life, the human body constantly produces sweat stains, grease, dander and the like, so the skin provides the best breeding place for microorganisms, and between clothes and skin, there is also an ideal environment for microorganisms to breed: moist and warm. Bacteria increase 1-fold every 20 minutes. Bad smell is generated by the metabolism of microorganisms, even skin is infected, and pruritus and pus are generated.
Meanwhile, the damage of the atmospheric ozone layer causes various color spots and skin diseases of the skin, even skin cancer, especially in summer and in hot weather, and a large amount of bacteria are bred and propagated.
The sun-proof antibacterial performance of the existing sun-proof antibacterial fabric in the market is greatly reduced after the existing sun-proof antibacterial fabric is washed for multiple times, so that the fabric still having good sun-proof and antibacterial effects after the existing sun-proof antibacterial fabric is washed for multiple times is urgently needed.

8. The sun-screening antibacterial textile fabric according to claim 3, wherein the cross-linking agent is one or more of glyoxal, butyraldehyde and glutaraldehyde.
9. The sun-blocking antibacterial textile fabric according to claim 3, wherein the plant fibers comprise one or more of cotton fibers, bamboo fibers, flax fibers, aloe fibers, wormwood fibers and soybean fibers.
10. A method for preparing a sun-screening antibacterial textile fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
A) preparing sun-proof antibacterial fiber:
(1) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol into water to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution;
(2) dissolving graphene into water, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid;
(3) dissolving chitosan and chitin into an acid solution to obtain a chitosan and chitin solution;
(4) mixing a polyvinyl alcohol solution, chitosan and a chitin solution, adding the mixture into the graphene dispersion liquid, and simultaneously adding polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate and uniformly stirring;
(5) slowly adding nano titanium dioxide into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, slowly adding a cross-linking agent, continuously and slowly stirring at the temperature of 40-45 ℃, sending the mixture into a spinning machine after 50-70min, extruding the mixture through a spinning head, and performing coagulation bath, stretching treatment and acetalization treatment to obtain the sun-proof antibacterial fiber;
B) twisting the plant fiber, acrylic fiber and sun-proof antibacterial fiber in a spiral shape to obtain warp; the plant fiber and the terylene with the formula amount are twisted spirally to prepare weft yarn, and the warp yarn and the weft yarn are vertically interwoven to prepare the sun-proof antibacterial textile fabric.
