背景技术
反应型聚氨酯热溶胶(PUR)在室温下是固体,但在加热情况下发生熔融,在液体或流体状态下进行涂布,冷却前与第二粘接基材接触,从而冷却后可以形成具有一定粘接强度的固体胶水,随后与空气中水分进一步反应可以进行固化交联反应,从而获得较高的最终粘接强度。因其具有低气味,低挥发性,高强度,高可靠性,快速定位粘接等优点,被越来越广泛的应用于电子,纺织,服装,木工,汽车,制鞋等行业。
但是,现有反应型聚氨酯热熔胶耐高温性能差,而电子行业中的音箱或扬声器由于振膜振动会造成使用环境为高温的环境,温度往往可达80度,现有技术中的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶在高温下强度衰减较大,从而使用过程中造成粘接不良,脱胶,引起粘接失效。此外,随着电子消费品要求的不断提高,耐化学品尤其是耐皮脂、油酸等性能逐渐被厂家所重视。
反应型聚氨酯热熔胶由于其所采用常规原料造成在高温下强度衰减比较大,85℃高温下强度衰减较常温最高可达80%,较低的强度难以保证良好的粘接效果及蠕变效果。而在耐油酸方面,由于常规PUR较低的交联密度,用量较多的聚醚多元醇,及丙烯酸树脂,石油树脂等往往造成对油酸的耐受性比较低。
因此,研发一种耐高温、高温下强度不会大幅度衰减,且耐油酸、皮脂的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,成为该领域的迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,以解决现有反应型聚氨酯热熔胶耐高温性能差、高温环境下强度大幅度衰减,且不耐油酸、皮脂的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯热熔胶包括以下组分:10%-40%聚酯多元醇,10%-30%聚醚多元醇,0.5%-8%聚碳酸酯多元醇,1%-10%小分子多元醇,0-10%石油树脂,10%-30%异氰酸酯,0.1%-1%硅烷偶联剂,0-1%助剂,0.1%-0.5%催化剂。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,聚酯多元醇包括结晶性聚酯多元醇和非结晶性聚酯多元醇;所述结晶性聚酯多元醇为赢创Dynacoll 7330、Dynacoll 7340、Dynacoll 7360、Dynacoll 7380、Dynacoll 7390中的一种或两种;所述非结晶性聚酯多元醇为赢创Dynacoll 7250、Dynacoll 7255,旭川化学FLP2000N,斯泰潘PD-56、PDP-70中的一种或两种。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,聚碳酸酯多元醇为旭化成G3452、S6002中的一种或两种。
其中,聚碳酸酯多元醇是指以聚碳酸酯为重复链节的多元醇。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,聚醚多元醇为聚丙二醇,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇或聚甲基四氢呋喃醚二醇。
其中,聚醚多元醇是以聚醚结构为主要重复链节的多元醇,可以提供柔性。可选地,聚醚多元醇为PPG1000,PPG2000,PTMG1000,PTMG2000中的一种或两种。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,小分子多元醇为碳原子数在2-20的小分子醇。本发明所用小分子多元醇主要是以无重复单元的低分子量的多元醇,可提高交联密度,提高NCO含量。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,小分子多元醇为丙三醇,季戊四醇,三羟甲基丙烷,1,4-环己烷二甲醇,旭川化学315LA中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,所述石油树脂为C5石油树脂,C9石油树脂,聚苯乙烯树脂,脂肪烃改性的聚苯乙烯树脂中的一种或多种。其中,石油树脂起到了增粘的作用。
可选地,石油树脂为伊士曼3100、3120、3140,德国吕格特TS140中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯,二苯基二异氰酸酯,1,6己二氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
根据本发明的另一具体实施方式,本发明的实施方式公开了一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,催化剂为二月硅酸二丁基锡,辛酸亚希,三乙烯二胺,双马琳基二乙基醚中的一种或两种。加入催化剂以调节合成反应及最终固化速度。
本发明所用硅烷偶联剂包括但不限于KH560,KH550,y-9669,A-189,巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷,ALINK597中的一种或多种。
本发明所用稳定剂包括但不限于抗氧剂1010,防老剂264,紫外吸收剂327中的一种或多种。
本发明的实施方式还公开了上述反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇,聚碳酸酯多元醇,小分子多元醇,石油增粘树脂,硅烷偶联剂,助剂于140℃下真空搅拌脱水,降温至100℃,加入异氰酸酯,催化剂,反应完成,即得。
相对于现有技术,本发明的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶具有以下效果:
(1)本发明通过提高交联密度,提高氨基甲酸酯键的密度,以及聚碳酸酯键从而制得了在高温下强度衰减小的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶能够满足高温环境下的粘接要求,粘接强度高,适用性强;
(2)本发明制得的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶耐油酸,耐油脂等化学的浸蚀品性能好,将其浸泡在上述化学品中,粘接强度衰减小,不影响产品的正常使用;
(3)产品粘度稳定性好,能够满足长时间点胶喷胶;
(4)本发明制备方法简单,成本较低。
具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。虽然本发明的描述将结合较佳实施例一起介绍,但这并不代表此发明的特征仅限于该实施方式。恰恰相反,结合实施方式作发明介绍的目的是为了覆盖基于本发明的权利要求而有可能延伸出的其它选择或改造。为了提供对本发明的深度了解,以下描述中将包含许多具体的细节。本发明也可以不使用这些细节实施。此外,为了避免混乱或模糊本发明的重点,有些具体细节将在描述中被省略。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
称取Dynacoll 7360 90g,斯泰潘聚酯多元醇PD-56 40g,旭川化学聚酯多元醇FLP2000N 40g,聚碳酸酯G3452 10g,季戊四醇1g,抗氧剂1010 0.5g,PPG2000 60g在反应釜中,在140℃下减压脱水2h,然后降低温度至100℃,加入58g MDI,升温至120℃继续反应45分钟,然后加入巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1g,催化剂DMDEE 0.6g,继续反应45分钟。随后氮气破真空,趁热灌装入特定密封容器中,等待测试。
实施例2
称取Dynacoll 7360 90g,斯泰潘聚酯多元醇PD-56 40g,旭川化学聚酯多元醇FLP2000N 40g,聚碳酸酯G3452 10g,季戊四醇1g,抗氧剂1010 0.5g,PPG2000 60g在反应釜中,在140℃下减压脱水2h,然后降低温度至100℃,加入58g MDI,升温至120℃继续反应45分钟,然后加入Y-9669 1g,催化剂DMDEE 0.6g,继续反应45分钟。随后氮气破真空,趁热灌装入特定密封容器中,等待测试。
实施例3
称取Dynacoll 7360 90g,斯泰潘聚酯多元醇PD-56 40g,旭川化学聚酯多元醇FLP2000N 40g,聚碳酸酯G3452 10g,季戊四醇2g,抗氧剂1010 0.5g,PPG2000 60g在反应釜中,在140℃下减压脱水2h,然后降低温度至100℃,加入64g MDI,升温至120℃继续反应45分钟,然后加入Y-9669 1g,催化剂DMDEE 0.6g,继续反应45分钟。随后氮气破真空,趁热灌装入特定密封容器中,等待测试。
实施例4
称取Dynacoll 7360 90g,斯泰潘聚酯多元醇PD-56 40g,旭川化学聚酯多元醇FLP2000N 40g,聚碳酸酯G3452 6g,季戊四醇1g,抗氧剂1010 0.5g,PPG2000 60g在反应釜中,在140℃下减压脱水2h,然后降低温度至100℃,加入56.5gMDI,升温至120℃继续反应45分钟,然后加入巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1g,催化剂DMDEE 0.6g,继续反应45分钟。随后氮气破真空,趁热灌装入特定密封容器中,等待测试。
实施例5
称取Dynacoll 7360 70g,Dynacoll 7390 20g,斯泰潘聚酯多元醇PD-56 40g,旭川化学聚酯多元醇FLP2000N 40g,聚碳酸酯G3452 10g,季戊四醇1g,抗氧剂1010 0.5g,PPG2000 60g在反应釜中,在140℃下减压脱水2h,然后降低温度至100℃,加入58g MDI,升温至120℃继续反应45分钟,然后加入巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1g,催化剂DMDEE 0.6g,继续反应45分钟。随后氮气破真空,趁热灌装入特定密封容器中,等待测试。
比较例
称取Dynacoll 7360 90g,斯泰潘聚酯多元醇PD-56 40g,旭川化学聚酯多元醇FLP2000N 50g,抗氧剂1010 0.5g,PPG2000 60g在反应釜中,在140℃下减压脱水2h,然后降低温度至100℃,加入50.5g MDI,升温至120℃继续反应45分钟,然后加入巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1g,催化剂DMDEE 0.6g,继续反应45分钟。随后氮气破真空,趁热灌装入特定密封容器中,等待测试。
对实施例1-5及比较例的聚氨酯热熔胶进行如下性能测试:
(1)粘接强度测试
所选基材:PC+20%GF;
剪切强度测试:20mm×5mm×0.15mm;
拉伸速度:10mm/min;
固化条件:25℃,50%湿度,固化72h;
测试环境温度:25℃,85℃。
(2)耐化学品性能测试
将聚氨酯热熔胶制成0.5mm厚薄片,25℃、50%湿度条件下固化3天,然后将胶片浸泡在油酸中,将油酸置于65℃烘箱中24h。
实施例1-5及比较例的上述性能测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶常温(25℃)下强度≥9MPa,高温(85℃)下的强度衰减较小,满足聚氨酯热熔胶在各温度下的使用需求;同时本发明产品的24h吸油率较低,耐油酸性能良好。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式,已经对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白,以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。本领域技术人员可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,包括做出若干简单推演或替换,而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯热熔胶包括以下组分:10%-40%聚酯多元醇,10%-30%聚醚多元醇,0.5%-8%聚碳酸酯多元醇,1%-10%小分子多元醇,0-10%石油树脂,10%-30%异氰酸酯,0.1%-1%硅烷偶联剂,0-1%助剂,0.1%-0.5%催化剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇包括结晶性聚酯多元醇和非结晶性聚酯多元醇;
所述结晶性聚酯多元醇为赢创Dynacoll 7330、Dynacoll 7340、Dynacoll 7360、Dynacoll 7380、Dynacoll 7390中的一种或两种;所述非结晶性聚酯多元醇为赢创Dynacoll 7250、Dynacoll 7255,旭川化学FLP2000N,斯泰潘PD-56、PDP-70中的一种或两种。
3.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯多元醇为旭化成G3452、S6002中的一种或两种。
4.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为聚丙二醇,聚四氢呋喃醚二醇或聚甲基四氢呋喃醚二醇。
5.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述小分子多元醇为碳原子数在2-20的小分子醇。
6.如权利要求5所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述小分子多元醇为丙三醇,季戊四醇,三羟甲基丙烷,1,4-环己烷二甲醇,旭川化学315LA中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述石油树脂为C5石油树脂,C9石油树脂,聚苯乙烯树脂,脂肪烃改性的聚苯乙烯树脂中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯,二苯基二异氰酸酯,1,6己二氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
9.如权利要求1所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月硅酸二丁基锡,辛酸亚希,三乙烯二胺,双马琳基二乙基醚中的一种或两种。
10.一种权利要求1-9中任一项所述的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将所述聚酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇,聚碳酸酯多元醇,小分子多元醇,石油增粘树脂,硅烷偶联剂,助剂于140℃下真空搅拌脱水,降温至100℃,加入异氰酸酯,催化剂,反应完成,即得。
