The sealing performance and the welding line flatness of the laser welding are both advantageous, particularly the stability and the consistency of the laser welding are superior to those of electric arc welding, and the adoption of the laser for backing welding provides a better choice for reducing the failure rate of the backing welding. The back welding of the oil gas pipeline belongs to the tailor welding, the tailor welding is carried out by laser, the flatness and the consistency of the front side of the welding seam are generally superior to those of the back side, therefore, the laser is used for welding from the inside to enable the inner wall of the pipeline to become the welding front side, which is a preferred choice, however, the laser output joints such as QBH joints or QD joints (both are international standard types of laser common output joints) and the like used by the existing high-power laser with optical fiber output and the laser welding joints connected with the QBH joints are large in size and difficult to be installed inside the pipeline for interior welding, particularly for the welding of the oil gas pipeline with smaller diameter which needs to adopt the laser welding, the existing laser output interfaces and the laser welding joints can not meet the requirements, which is a direct reason why the laser welding is not applied to the pipeline interior welding so far, it can be said that the solution to miniaturization of laser output joints and laser welding heads is critical to the ability of laser welding for in-line welding.
Therefore, how to change the current situation that the laser output joint and the laser welding head are not suitable for welding the pipeline with smaller diameter in the prior art becomes a problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.
