Environmental tests (temperature, altitude) of conventional vehicles or internal combustion engines are usually carried out in an environmental chamber. The gas generated in the test in the environment chamber needs to be led out from the environment chamber, an exhaust port is arranged on the existing environment chamber, and the gas is directly exhausted from the exhaust port. In use, as shown in fig. 3, the exhaust pipe 1 is inserted through the bulkhead 3 of the cabin body of the environmental chamber, the pair of clamps 2 are connected and fixed to both ends of the exhaust pipe 1, and the first flange portions 22 of the pair of clamps 2 are both abutted against the bulkhead 3, so that the two first flange portions 22 clamp the bulkhead 3 and are fixed to the bulkhead 3. One end of the exhaust pipe 1 in the cabin body can be used for butt joint with test equipment in the cabin body, such as an internal combustion engine, of course, one end of the exhaust pipe 1 in the cabin body can be separated from the test equipment without being connected to the test equipment, so that gas in the cabin body is exhausted.
As described above, it can be seen that, since the pair of clamping members 2 are provided, the clamping members 2 are connected to both ends of the exhaust pipe 1, and after the exhaust pipe 1 penetrates the bulkhead 3, the first flange portions 22 of the pair of clamping members 2 can be engaged with and clamp the bulkhead 3, so that the exhaust pipe 1 can be fixed to the bulkhead 3 without damaging the bulkhead 3, and there is no requirement for the rigidity of the bulkhead 3, and thus, the exhaust pipe can be applied to many types of cabin bodies. After the first flange portions 22 of the pair of clamps 2 clamp the bulkhead 3, the gas in the environmental chamber is limited in the exhaust pipe 1 and is exhausted to the outside, and the gas does not penetrate into the heat insulation layer of the bulkhead 3 and damage the bulkhead 3.
Implementation details of the present embodiment are specifically described below, and the following description is provided only for the sake of understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment.
Further, the first flange portion 22 is flat on the side facing the other first flange portion 22, that is, on the side abutting against the bulkhead 3. Therefore, when the first flange part 22 abuts against the bulkhead 3, more contact area is provided, the bulkhead 3 is clamped more tightly, and the gas in the environmental chamber can be exhausted from the exhaust pipe 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the exhaust port device further includes a seal member 7 that abuts against a side of the first flange portion 22 toward the first axial end. The sealing member 7 may be a flexible rubber ring or a flexible sponge member, which in use is fitted over the exhaust pipe 1 and clamped between the first flange portion 22 and the bulkhead 3, thereby achieving a seal between the first flange portion 22 and the bulkhead 3 and preventing gas from entering between the bulkhead 3 and the exhaust pipe 1 from between the first flange portion 22 and the bulkhead 3 and permeating into the bulkhead 3. In other embodiments, the seal 7 may also be provided on the first flange portion 22.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the exhaust pipe 1 has external threads 10 thereon, and the holder 2 is screwed with the exhaust pipe 1. It can be understood that, in other embodiments, the clamping member 2 and the exhaust pipe 1 may be fixed by a snap, or the clamping member 2 and the exhaust pipe 1 are locked by a locking member such as a bolt.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an external thread 10 extends from one end of the exhaust pipe 1 to the other end of the exhaust pipe 1. Meanwhile, the length of the part of the exhaust pipe 1 extending out of the environmental chamber can be adjusted, so that the exhaust port device 100 can be applied to different situations.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, each clamp 2 further has a second flange portion 23 extending radially from the second axial end of the connecting portion 21.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the air outlet apparatus further includes: at least one butt pipe 4 and a fixing piece 5, one end of the butt pipe 4 is provided with a third flange part 40 extending in the radial direction, and the third flange part 40 is abutted with the second flange part 23. The fixing member 5 fixes the second flange portion 23 and the third flange portion 40. One butt joint pipe 4 can be arranged and is in butt joint with one end of the exhaust pipe 1; the butt joint pipes 4 may be provided in a pair, and are butt-jointed to both ends of the exhaust pipe 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the fixing member 5 is a clip that clamps the second flange portion 23 and the third flange portion 40. It will be appreciated that the fixing member 5 may be a bolt or other member. The end of the butt joint pipe 4, which is butted with the external equipment, can be in different structures and can be matched with the external equipment needing to be butted.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the plug 6 has a plug body 61 and a positioning flange portion 62 extending radially from the plug body 61, and the positioning flange portion 62 is operatively sandwiched between the second flange portion 23 and the third flange portion 40, thereby clamping the plug 6 such that the plug 6 is not easily detached from the exhaust pipe 1. When the plug 6 is used, the plug 6 is inserted into one end of the exhaust pipe 1, the positioning flange 62 faces the second flange 23, the butt pipe 4 is butted against the exhaust pipe 1, the third flange 40 is butted against the positioning flange 62, and the second flange 23 and the third flange 40 are fixed by the fixing tool 5 so that the positioning flange 62 is clamped by the second flange 23 and the third flange 40. When the plug 6 needs to be removed, the abutment pipe 4 is removed, the positioning flange 62 is released, and the plug 6 is removed.
