Abstract
The application discloses an extension structure of rowing machine and rowing training system. The extension structure includes: the pulling assembly is detachably arranged on the rowing machine; one end of the first connecting piece is detachably connected with a slide rail cushion of the rowing machine, and the other end of the first connecting piece is connected with the pulling assembly; one end of the second connecting piece is detachably connected with the woven belt of the rowing machine, and the other end of the second connecting piece is detachably connected with the slide rail cushion; when the pulling assembly is pulled, the sliding rail seat cushion is driven to move forwards or backwards. Therefore, the training can be performed in multiple directions without straightening or bending, so that the exercise mode is effectively enriched, and the lumbar muscle strain is avoided; the technical problems that the movement mode is single and lumbar muscle strain is easy to occur are solved.

Technical Field

Background
The inventor finds that the rowing machine can only do backward rowing exercise with force during training, the exercise mode is single, and the lumbar muscle strain is easy to occur due to too stiff or bent waist during backward rowing exercise.

The second connecting piece 5 has the function of connecting the slide rail cushion 4 of the rowing machine 2 with the braid of the rowing machine 2; thus, when the sliding rail seat cushion 4 of the person and the person move to the position close to the rear end of the rowing machine 2, the mesh belt 15 is stretched, and when the pulling force is removed, the mesh belt 15 provides a reaction force to drive the sliding rail seat cushion 4 and the person to move to the position close to the front end of the rowing machine 2; the slide rail seat cushion 4 is not required to be reset by applying a force, so that the smoothness of rowing training can be improved.

10. A rowing training system, comprising: an extension of the rowing machine in any one of claims 1 to 9, and a rowing machine connected to the extension.
