The multi-function rowing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the bracket assembly (1) comprises: the device comprises a D-shaped rowing machine assembly (5), first supporting bases (6) and supporting structures (7) which are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the D-shaped rowing machine assembly (5); a connecting loop bar (8) having one end connected to a side of the D-shaped rowing machine assembly (5) near the seat pad assembly (4); one end of the sliding rail (9) is connected with the other end of the connecting sleeve rod (8); the top end of the supporting rod (10) is connected with the bottom of one end, far away from the connecting sleeve rod (8), of the sliding rail (9), and the supporting rod is inclined from top to bottom along the direction far away from the sliding rail (9); and the second support base (11) is connected with the bottom end of the support rod (10).

when the locking knob (34) is connected, the seat cushion assembly (4) is fixed at different positions of the sliding rail (9), and the armrest assembly (28) is held by hand to perform push-up movement;
when the locking knob (34) is detached, the seat cushion assembly (4) can slide relative to the slide rail (9) for rowing or abdomen building movement.

The multifunctional rowing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that an end face of the sliding rail (9) remote from the D-shaped rowing machine assembly (5) is provided with a sliding rail thread piece (37); further comprises: foam assembly (39) connected with slide rail screw piece (37), foam assembly (39) includes: the base (40) is connected with the sliding rail (9) through the base (40); the bottom end of the protective foam support piece (42) is fixed at the top of the base (40), and the top end of the protective foam support piece is inclined upwards; and the protective foam (43) is connected with the top end of the protective foam support piece (42).
