Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tooth cleaning agents, in particular to a biodegradable cleaning agent for teeth, which comprises the following preparation steps: firstly, obtaining hollow isomeric composite polylactic acid particles by using a foaming technology, and drying the particles in a vacuum state; secondly, completely dissolving the dried particles of the hollow isomeric composite polylactic acid in absolute ethyl alcohol edible toner titanium dioxide and an edible flavoring agent; and step three, adding turmeric natural yellow pigment and purple red pigment. And step four, finally, adding the mixed materials in the step two into a melting mixer, and melting and blending for 2-10 min at the temperature of 110-180 ℃ and the rotating speed of 20-120 rpm. According to the invention, by utilizing the friction motion, the particles impact dirt in the movement process, and the cleaning of the dental dirt and dental plaque is accelerated, so that the staining factor is attached to the surface of the tooth, the effect of staining the tooth is achieved, and the staining agent is green, environment-friendly, nontoxic and non-irritant.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tooth cleaning agents, in particular to a biodegradable cleaning agent for teeth.
Background
Generally, a tooth is composed of an inner dentin (dentin) and an outer enamel (enamel) layer. The yellowing of teeth is caused by deposition of a substance having a chromophore (e.g., a double bond) originating from a foreign substance such as food on an outer enamel layer of the teeth ("intrinsic factor"), and discoloration of the teeth caused by adhesion of scales and soft deposits to the tooth surface ("extrinsic factor"). Discoloration of teeth caused by external factors is easily solved by brushing teeth, but discoloration of teeth caused by internal factors cannot be solved by using toothpaste or brushing teeth. Therefore, the toothpaste has limited effect on whitening teeth.
Under such circumstances, tooth whitening techniques using hydrogen peroxide solutions have been developed. In 1960, an american dentist treated his gums in an unexpected and unexpected fashion to find that hydrogen peroxide solution whitened teeth, resulting in the development of tooth whitening articles. In the 1980 s, a household tooth whitening device was developed. These tooth whitening devices are products containing hydrogen peroxide or formamide peroxide gel in a tray. However, the device has many safety problems in the oral cavity because peroxide must be used in high concentration and the tray causes physical irritation to the gums. After that, many attempts have been made to overcome the disadvantages of the household tooth whitening devices. For example, dental strips (dentalslips) containing low concentrations of peroxide and liquid products that can be applied directly to teeth have been developed. Liquid products have the advantage of being easy to use and disperse easily over the particular parts of the teeth desired by the user; it has the following disadvantages: such as its tendency to adhere to teeth and soft tissues of the oral cavity, such as lips, causing irritation, and being easily diluted by saliva, allowing hydrogen peroxide to be absorbed more into the teeth, resulting in a tooth whitening effect,
the method for whitening the teeth is easy to corrode the outer layer of the tooth structure in a certain amount in practical application, so that the tooth surface is easy to discolor after long-time use, and a plurality of micro pits are formed, so that the integral brightness is influenced.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

And step four, finally, adding the mixed materials in the step two into a melting mixer, and melting and blending for 2-10 min at the temperature of 110-180 ℃ and the rotating speed of 20-120 rpm.
Further, the hollow isomeric composite polylactic acid obtained by the foaming technology is subjected to nano-micronization, O-carboxymethyl chitosan, edible toner and edible toner are added to obtain powder or gel to form a gelatinous substance, and the concentration of the O-carboxymethyl chitosan (O-CMCS) solution is 0.4-1.6 mg/mL, so that O-CMCS nanoparticles with the particle size mainly distributed in 370-710 nm are generated when the concentration of the O-carboxymethyl chitosan (O-CMCS) solution is 1.0 mg/mL.
Furthermore, the toner titanium dioxide is prepared by mixing biodegradable cleaning agents which can obtain fruit flavor type from strawberries, durian, lemon, mango, banana, juicy peach, apple, bergamot pear and candied date.
Further, the isomeric composite polylactic acid (4-6 components), the O-carboxymethyl chitosan (2-3 components), the hydrogen peroxide solution (2-3 components) and the edible flavoring agent are mixed to form the cleaning agent, and the toothpaste product is prepared.
Furthermore, a brightening agent and an anti-wear agent are added into the isomeric composite polylactic acid.
