Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a method for manufacturing a precision surgical guide plate special for orthodontically driven cortical osteotomy.
Background
Orthodontically driven cortical bone dissection is a new technology which is just developed in oral orthodontic profession in recent years, and aims to effectively shorten the treatment course, expand the adaptation symptoms, reduce the large-scale operation and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate when the problems of long treatment course (generally requiring years), limited adaptation range (the orthopedic adult malocclusion is difficult to correct and needs orthognathic surgical operation), easy recurrence after operation and the like are frequently encountered when various appliances are worn by human beings for various malocclusal deformities. This procedure requires the use of an ultrasonic osteotome to cut the cortical bone at the appropriate site to achieve the above objective. However, the requirements for the manual skill and clinical experience of operators in the actual operation process are too high, and the roots of the adjacent teeth or other important peripheral anatomical structures can be damaged by careless treatment, so that a solution is urgently needed.
