Orthodontic driven osteocorticotomy is an emerging technology recently developed in the orthodontic profession, and aims to provide a therapy which aims at shortening the treatment course, expanding the indication, reducing the large-scale operation and reducing the postoperative recurrence rate when various orthodontics are worn on various misjaw deformities of human beings, and the like, and the therapy has long treatment course (generally needs a plurality of years), limited application range (the misjaw deformity of an osseous adult is difficult to correct and needs orthodontics surgery), easy recurrence after operation and the like. The therapy requires the use of an ultrasonic osteotome to cut the cortical bone at the appropriate location to achieve this. However, in the actual operation process, the requirements on the skill and clinical experience of the operator are too high, and the adjacent tooth root or other important anatomical structures around the adjacent tooth root can be damaged by a little careless, so that a solution is urgently needed.
