Abstract

The litchi pretreatment processing method according to claim 6, wherein a stoning process is performed on the seedy litchi meat by a stoning machine at a temperature of-5 ℃ to obtain seedless litchi meat; or, fast stoning treatment is carried out at the temperature of 0-10 ℃ to obtain the seedless litchi pulp.
8. The litchi meat freeze-drying method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) pretreating picked litchi by using the litchi pretreatment processing method of any one of claims 1-7, thereby obtaining seedless litchi pulp to be freeze-dried;
(2) re-freezing the seedless litchi pulp;
(3) pushing the re-frozen seedless litchi pulp into a freeze dryer for freeze drying to obtain freeze-dried litchi pulp;
(4) and (5) filling nitrogen to package the freeze-dried litchi pulp.
9. The litchi meat freeze-drying method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (3), the cold trap temperature of a freeze dryer is set to have an upper limit of-55 ℃ and a lower limit of-60 ℃; in the first stage of the freeze-drying process, the heating temperature is set to be 20 ℃, the temperature is kept for 1 hour, the upper limit of the pressure is 50Pa, and the lower limit is 20 Pa; in the second stage, the heating temperature is set to be 40 ℃, the temperature is kept for 1 hour, the upper limit of the pressure is 50Pa, and the lower limit is 20 Pa; in the third stage, the heating temperature is set to be 55 ℃, the heating temperature is kept for 1 hour, the upper limit of the pressure is 60Pa, and the lower limit is 30 Pa; in the third stage, the heating temperature is set to be 55 ℃, the heating temperature is kept for 1 hour, the upper limit of the pressure is 60Pa, and the lower limit is 30 Pa; in the fourth stage, the heating temperature is set to be 65 ℃, the temperature is kept for 6 hours, the upper limit of the pressure is 80Pa, and the lower limit is 50 Pa; in the fifth stage, the heating temperature is set to be 55 ℃, the temperature is kept for 3 hours, the upper limit of the pressure is 100Pa, and the lower limit is 60 Pa; in the sixth stage, the heating temperature is set to be 50 ℃ until the temperature of all seedless litchi pulp is more than 45 ℃, the upper limit of the pressure is 30Pa, and the lower limit is 10 Pa.
10. The litchi meat freeze-drying method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein in the step (2), the seedless litchi meat obtained by pretreatment is re-frozen to below-20 ℃.
