技术领域
本发明涉及畜禽饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种提高畜禽繁殖能力的中药混合饲料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
畜禽的饲养是养殖场的核心之一,而母猪或母鸡的繁殖能力直接影响养殖场效益的高低。
畜禽的生长发育过程中,需要大量的能量和其他多种营养物质,如果饲料能量不足或者缺少某种营养成分,将会引起畜禽的机体代谢问题,导致生长发育缓慢、体重减轻、免疫力下降、产蛋率或产仔率低,如产蛋需要大量的钙,有机钙容易吸收但成本高,无机钙比如碳酸钙便宜,容易造成便秘、饲料适口性降低等,再如产蛋期母鸡或妊娠期母猪代谢异常紧张尤其是高峰期,对饲料组成或环境变化甚为敏感,容易造成蛋鸡或母猪应激,从而降低产蛋率或产仔率。
畜禽肾虚是中兽医学称的畜禽肾经疾病,对畜禽的健康造成极大的危害,由于肾脏为繁殖性能的主要决定性器官,因此肾虚对于繁殖期的畜禽更为严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高畜禽繁殖能力的中药混合饲料,所述中药混合饲料,提高了与繁殖性能相关的激素水平,增强了畜禽的抗氧化应激的能力,从而显著提高了禽类的产蛋率、受精率和孵化率,畜类的产仔率。

优选地,所述粉碎粒径为50~100目。
本发明还提供了一种上述任意一种中药混合饲料或上述制备方法得到的中药混合饲料在提高畜禽繁殖性能中的应用。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明中的中药混合饲料,通过原料的复配满足畜禽类的营养需求,本发明添加的中草药,提高畜类的受孕率,禽类的受精率和孵化率。本发明的中草药混合饲料显著提高了畜禽雌二醇、促黄体生成素、孕酮、促卵泡生成素等与繁殖性能相关的激素水平,从而提高了繁殖能力,且本发明的中药混合饲料提高总NO合成酶、过氧化物酶等,从而减少卵巢氧化损伤,增强了畜禽的抗氧化应激能力,促进繁殖性能。

本发明提供了一种提高畜禽繁殖能力的中药混合饲料,包括以下重量份的原料:
枸杞子4~8份,菟丝子4~8份,覆盆子2~4份,五味子0.5~1份,车前子1~2份,二氧化硅1~5份。
在本发明中,枸杞子味甘性平,归肝、肾经,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目的功效,本发明枸杞子的重量份优选为5~7份,更优选为6份。菟丝子味辛、甘,性平,归肝、肾、脾经,具有补益肝肾、安胎、明目、止泻的功效,本发明菟丝子的重量份优选为5~7份,更优选为6份。覆盆子味甘、酸,性温,归肝、肾、膀胱经,具有益肾,养肝明目的功效,本发明覆盆子的重量份优选为2.5~3.8,更优选为3份。五味子味酸、甘,性温,归肺、心、肾经,具有收敛固涩、益气生津、补肾宁心的功效,本发明五味子的重量份优选为0.6~0.9份,更优选为0.75份。车前子味甘性寒,归肝、肾、肺、小肠经,具有清热利尿通淋,渗湿止泻,明目、祛痰的作用,本发明车前子的重量份优选为1.2~1.8份,更优选为1.5份。本发明对枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子的来源没有限定,采用本领域公知的产品即可。
在本发明中,本发明采用上述合理配比的枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子,对畜禽尤其是产蛋期的禽类、妊娠期的畜类具有宁心、安神、强身健体的作用,同时还具有补肾益气的功效,提高了畜禽的繁殖能力。

在本发明中,所述抗氧化剂优选地包括乙氧基喹、二叔丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、没食子酸丙脂中的一种或多种,所述载体优选地包括沸石粉;所述畜优选为母猪,所述禽优选为蛋鸡。
本发明中的中药混合饲料,通过添加上述中草药、添加剂、能量饲料、粗饲料、蛋白质等配合使用,满足了畜禽的营养需求,尤其是对钙质的需求,本发明通过添加二氧化硅进一步促进了畜禽对钙质的吸收,显著提高了禽类的产蛋率、受精率和孵化率,畜类的产仔率。
本发明还提供了上述任意一种中药混合饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将枸杞、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子粉碎,得到中药复合粉状物;
(2)将中药复合粉状物与剩余的饲料混合,即得中药混合饲料。
在本发明中,将枸杞、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子粉碎。所述粉碎粒径优选为50~100目,进一步优选为60~90目,更优选为80目。本发明通过粉碎增加中药的表面积,促进畜禽的消化吸收,从而达到补肾益气、宁心养神的功效。
在本发明中,将中药复合粉状物与剩余的饲料混合。本发明对混合的方式没有限定,采用本领域公知的混合方式即可,可采用体积混合、扩散混合、剪断混合、冲击混合或粉碎混合中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种上述任意一种中药混合饲料或上述制备方法得到的中药混合饲料在提高畜禽繁殖性能中的应用。
在本发明中,所述中药混合饲料提高了禽类的产蛋率、受精率和孵化率,增强了禽类的抗氧化应激能力,提高了畜类的产仔率。
在本发明中,若无特殊说明,所有的原料组分均为本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品。
下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

一种提高畜禽繁殖能力的中药混合饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:

上述中药混合饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子研磨粉碎至80目后,加入剩余原料,混合即得中药混合饲料。
实施例2
一种提高畜禽繁殖能力的中药混合饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:

实施例3
一种提高畜禽繁殖能力的中药混合饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:

将上述枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子研磨粉碎至100目后,加入剩余原料,混合即得中药混合饲料
试验例1
以未添加枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子,其它重量份的原料与实施例1相同的饲料作为对照组,以实施例1制备的混合饲料作为试验组,于2020年3月至2021年6月在浏阳养鸡场进行了饲养试验,试验全程自由采食和饮水,试验前十天为适应期,试验从80日龄蛋鸡开始,至试验结束。试验每组6个重复,每个重复30只。
(1)试验期间从蛋鸡开始产蛋起每天按重复记录产蛋总数,以每周为统计单位对每组进行产蛋率统计,试验结果见表1。
其中,产蛋率=(每组一周内所产总蛋数)/(每组蛋鸡个数×7天)

由表1可知,与对照组相比,从第二周以后,试验组显著提高了产蛋期蛋鸡的产蛋率。
(2)试验开始后,收集产蛋前期(120日龄至190日龄)、产蛋高峰期(191日龄至330日龄)和产蛋后期(331日龄至490日龄),并统计记录每组鸡蛋的数量和产蛋总数。
其中,产蛋前期产蛋率=产蛋前期产蛋总数/(每组蛋鸡数×产蛋前期天数);产蛋高峰期产蛋率=产蛋高峰期产蛋总数/(每组蛋鸡数×产蛋高峰期天数);产蛋后期产蛋率=产蛋后期产蛋总数/(每组蛋鸡数×产蛋后期天数),不同产蛋时期的产蛋率结果见表2。

(3)试验开始后,收集第45~48天期间的蛋,每组随机测定60个蛋,通过称重的方式计算蛋黄/总蛋比值,计算方式为蛋黄质量/总蛋质量,结果见表3。

由表5的结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了雌二醇、促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素和孕酮的含量,上述激素水平的含量越高,产蛋率越高。
(6)采集蛋鸡的卵巢,分别称重卵巢和其鸡的质量,每组采集12个卵巢,统计并记录,直径大于8毫米的卵泡采用肉眼观测计数,直径小于8毫米的采用显微镜观测计数,采用显微镜观察并统计卵巢中总卵泡的数量。

(7)采集蛋鸡翅静脉血液,分离血清,将血清和肝分别采用南京建成生物科技有限公司的检测试剂盒,按照操作规程进行ELISA分析,用酶标仪进行检测血清和肝脏中的总NO合成酶、一氧化氮、过氧化物酶,血清中的过氧化氢含量,并统计试验结果。

试验例2
以未添加枸杞子、菟丝子、覆盆子、五味子、车前子,其它重量份的原料与实施例1相同的饲料作为对照组,以实施例1制备的混合饲料作为试验组,于2020年3月至2021年3月在长沙养殖场进行了饲养试验,试验全程自由采食和饮水,试验前十天为适应期,试验每组6个重复,每个重复6只。
(1)试验期从配种后开始,直到产仔,统计对照组和试验组进行产仔率、初生重,结果见表12。
