Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a display device 10 having a panel module integrated with a sound generating device according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the display device 10 has a housing 11, a panel module 20 is disposed on a front side of the housing 11, and a support 12 is disposed at a bottom of the housing 11 for disposing the display device 10 on a desktop. The panel module 20 has a display panel 21, and the left and right sides of the back of the display panel 21 are respectively provided with a sound emitting module 30 for driving the display panel 21 to vibrate and emit sound. Two sound outlet holes 13 on the front side of the housing 11 for allowing the sound emitted from the low frequency sound emitting components 34 in the two sound emitting modules 30 to pass through the two sound outlet holes 13.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the panel module 20 of the present invention includes a display panel 21 and two film speakers 31 specially made on the backlight surface of the display panel 21. Wherein the display panel 21 may be one of LCD, OLED, MINI LED, MICRO LED, etc. type panels. The display panel 21 may be a rigid and inflexible panel, or may be a flexible and bendable panel.
The display panel 21 has a light emitting surface and a backlight surface opposite to each other. The display panel 21 can define a height direction and a horizontal direction perpendicular to each other, and define two bilaterally symmetrical sound emitting areas 22 in the horizontal direction, and the two sound emitting modules 30 are symmetrically disposed in the sound emitting areas 22 on the left and right sides of the backlight surface of the display panel 21, and when the sound emitting modules 30 vibrate to generate sound, the sound emitting areas 22 of the display panel 21 can also be driven by the sound emitting modules 30 to emit sound.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the two sound modules 30 respectively have a film speaker 31, an auxiliary vibration component 32 and a low frequency sound component 34. The two film speakers 31 are substantially rectangular pieces and are disposed in the two sound emission areas 22 on the back surface of the display panel 21 in a full-lamination manner, and there is no gap between the two film speakers 31 and the back surface of the display panel 21, and the areas and shapes of the two film speakers 31 are matched with the shapes and areas of the sound emission areas 22 of the display panel 21, so that the two film speakers 31 can be completely laminated on the sound emission areas 22 of the display panel 21.
As shown in fig. 4, the film speaker 31 of the present invention is composed of a piezoelectric film 311 and conductive layers 312 provided on both sides of the piezoelectric film 311. The piezoelectric film 311 is made of a polymer material with piezoelectric properties, such as: polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Nylon (Nylon), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polypropylene (PP), and thus the piezoelectric film 311 has flexibility. The two conductive layers 312 are disposed on two sides of the piezoelectric film 311 by evaporation, sputtering, deposition, coating, printing, and the like. The conductive layer 312 is made of a conductive material, and the conductive layer 312 can be made of a conductive nano material layer, a nano metal material layer, a metal oxide conductive layer, a conductive polymer material layer or a conductive adhesive material layer. In more detail, when the conductive layer 312 is a nano conductive material or a nano metal, the material types that can be selected include: carbon nanotubes, graphene, carbon nanospheres, nanogold, silver nanowires, metal nanowires, and the like. When the conductive layer 312 is a metal oxide conductive layer, it may be an indium tin oxide layer (ITO). In addition, the conductive layer 312 can also be made of a conductive polymer or a conductive adhesive, wherein the conductive polymer can be an intrinsic conductive polymer (intrinsic conductive polymer), such as: polyacetylene, PEDOT. Or a polymer material film doped or mixed with conductive particles or conductive adhesive.
Since the two conductive layers 312 are closely attached to the two sides of the piezoelectric film 311, the two conductive layers 312 and the piezoelectric film 311 can conduct current to each other. And the two conductive layers 312 can connect the positive electrode and the negative electrode of an audio signal 40, so that when the audio signal 40 outputs a voltage to the two conductive layers 312, electric fields with different electric properties are formed on the two side surfaces of the piezoelectric film 311, and the piezoelectric film 311 vibrates due to the inverse piezoelectric effect.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the two film speakers 31 are bonded to the back surface of the display panel 21 by the adhesive layer 33 in a full-bonding manner, so that when the film speakers 31 vibrate to generate sound, the sound emission area 22 of the display panel 21 can be driven by the film speakers 31 to generate sound in common, and thus the display panel 21 also forms a part of the sound emission unit.
The two film speakers 31 are symmetrically disposed on the back of the display panel 21 along the horizontal direction, and a distance D is maintained between the two film speakers 31, so that the sound emitting areas of the display panel 21 are separated from each other, and when the two sound emitting modules 30 and the left and right two sound emitting areas 22 of the display panel 21 emit sound, the sound channels separated from each other can be formed, and the sound field of the stereo effect can be created easily. In addition, the area of the two sound emission areas 22 of the display panel 21 (i.e., the area of the two film speakers 31) is not less than 70% of the total area of the display panel 21, so that the two sound emission areas 22 of the display panel 21 form a large-area flat sound emission single body, and the intensity of the output sound field can be increased.
Each sound module 30 further includes a plurality of auxiliary vibration elements 32, and the auxiliary vibration elements 32 are planar piezoelectric vibration elements (e.g., piezoelectric ceramic vibration plates) and can be attached to a side surface of the film speaker 31 opposite to the display panel 21. As shown in fig. 5, the area of the auxiliary vibration component 32 is smaller than the area of the film speaker 31, and the auxiliary vibration components 32 are distributed at different positions of the film speaker 31, and since the film speaker 31 is attached to the back surface of the display panel 21, the vibration generated by the auxiliary vibration component 32 can be transmitted to the display panel 21 through the film speaker 31, so that the display panel 21 is driven by the auxiliary vibration component 32 to make a sound.
The area of the display panel 21 driven by the auxiliary vibration component 32 to generate vibration can be defined as a vibration enhancement area, and the vibration intensity of the vibration enhancement area in the sound emission area 22 of the display panel 21 is greater than that of the rest of the sound emission area 22. In this embodiment, since the auxiliary vibration element 32 is a circular disk-shaped piezoelectric ceramic vibration element, and the area of the auxiliary vibration element is smaller than that of the sound emission region 22, the vibration enhancement region formed by the auxiliary vibration element 32 can be regarded as a circular point. Since the auxiliary vibration elements 32 locally enhance the vibration intensity of the display panel 21 in the vibration enhancement region, the positions and the number of the vibration enhancement regions in the sound emission region 22 of the display panel 21 can be changed by adjusting the number of the auxiliary vibration elements 32 or changing the positions of the auxiliary vibration elements 32 in the sound emission region 22, so as to change the intensity of the output sound field and adjust the output sound quality.
In addition, the present invention can further change the output sound field pattern of the sound emitting area 22 of the display panel 21 through the auxiliary vibration component 32. As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in the present embodiment, each of the auxiliary vibrating elements 32 is disposed on the display panel 21 in an array manner, and by changing the vibration amplitude of one or more auxiliary vibrating elements 32 in the plurality of auxiliary vibrating elements 32, the sound field intensity generated by the sound emitting area 22 corresponding to the position of the auxiliary vibrating element 32 is different, so that different sound field forms can be created.
In addition, the present embodiment can also adjust the phase difference of the sound waves emitted by the auxiliary vibrating components 32 at different positions, so that the waveforms of the sound waves emitted by different positions of the sound emitting area 22 have phase difference, and therefore, a sound field with special spatial sense (for example, surround sound effect) can be modeled by the interference of the sound waves or the time difference of sound wave conduction, or a sound field with directivity can be further modeled by the beam forming principle.
In addition, the sound module 30 of the present invention can further include a low frequency sound generating component 34, and the low frequency sound generating component 34 can be a moving-coil sound generating unit for generating sound waves with different frequencies from the film speaker 31, so as to extend the audio frequency range of the sound field output by the sound module 30.
As shown in fig. 7, another embodiment of the panel module 20 of the present invention is different in that the auxiliary vibration module 32 adopted by the sound emitting module 30 is in a long strip shape, and a plurality of auxiliary vibration modules 32 are arranged in the sound emitting area 22 of the display panel 21 along the height direction and the horizontal direction of the display panel 21. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the respective auxiliary vibration elements 32 can form linear vibration enhancement regions, and the vibration enhancement regions are staggered in the sound emission region 22 of the display panel 21 in the height direction or the horizontal direction.
The invention has the advantages that the sounding module 30 can be combined on the back of the display panel 21, and the film loudspeaker 31 and the auxiliary vibration component 32 in the sounding module 30 are both planar sounding components, so that the thickness of the sounding module 30 is reduced, the internal space of the shell 11 of the display device 10 is not occupied, the thickness of the display device 10 is not increased due to the arrangement of the sounding module 30, and the aim of easy thinning is fulfilled, so that the technology of the invention is suitable for being applied to a thinned display or a display screen used by a thinned notebook computer.
In addition, in the technology of the present invention, the film speaker 31 covers the sound emission area 22 of the display panel 21 in a large area, and can drive the display panel 21 to vibrate and emit sound together, so that a large sound emission area can be formed, and the intensity of sound output can be improved. Moreover, the present invention can adjust the vibration mode and output tone quality of the sound-generating region 22 of the display panel 21 through the auxiliary vibration component 32, and even model different types of sound fields, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the output tone quality.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, so that all equivalent technical changes made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings are included in the scope of the present invention.
