This sliding rail set spare, the notch of spout 110 faces upwards on slide rail 100, pulley 210 of pulley gear hangs and installs on spout 110, locating part 300 is fixed on pulley gear's mount pad 220, the spacing portion 310 of locating part 300 is located the below of backstop portion 120 of spout 110, backstop portion 120 is spacing to spacing portion 310 rebound, prevent pulley 210 upwards to deviate from spout 110 from the notch of spout 110 with this, pulley 210 can upwards deviate from spout 110 at the removal in-process along spout 110, therefore this sliding rail set spare is applied to the shower room, the problem that the glass door dropped and breaks into pieces can not appear, shower room's safety in utilization is better.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 7, the slide rail assembly further includes: the buffering member 400 is disposed on the limiting portion 310 and is used for preventing the limiting portion 310 from rigidly colliding with the stopping portion 120, so that the limiting member 300 and the sliding rail 100 are less prone to damage in the using process. The buffering member 400 may be a buffering sleeve, and the buffering sleeve is sleeved on the limiting portion 310, so that the buffering sleeve is not easy to fall off in the using process.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the slide rail 100 is further provided with a guiding limiting groove 130, the guiding limiting groove 130 and the sliding groove 110 are parallel to each other, the guiding limiting groove 130 and the sliding groove 110 have the same length, the limiting member 300 is further provided with a guiding limiting portion 320, the guiding limiting portion 320 extends into the guiding limiting groove 130 and can move along the guiding limiting groove 130, the guiding limiting portion 320 is limited by a groove wall of the guiding limiting groove 130 and moves along the width direction of the sliding groove 110, so as to prevent the pulley 210 from swinging in the width direction of the sliding groove 110, and ensure that the limiting portion 310 is always located under the stopping portion 120, so that the pulley 210 is less likely to disengage from the sliding groove 110 from the notch of the sliding groove 110, and the swinging amount of the pulley device is smaller in the using process.
In an exemplary embodiment, the slide rail assembly further comprises: two sets of damping members 500, which are fixed at both ends of the guide limiting groove 130, respectively (as will be understood with reference to fig. 1 and 2), are used to decelerate the guide limiting portion 320, that is, decelerate the pulley apparatus, when the guide limiting portion 320 moves to the end of the stroke, that is, each end of the guide limiting groove 130. The two sets of damping members 500 may be two damping members 500 or four damping members 500, and may be appropriately selected according to the number of movable glass doors.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5, each damping member 500 includes: a main body 510 fixed at an end of the guide limit groove 130, the main body 510 having a sliding groove 511; and a damping slider 520 disposed in the sliding slot 511 and movable along the sliding slot 511, wherein the sliding slot 511 is parallel to the sliding rail 100, and the length of the sliding slot 511 is far less than that of the sliding rail 100. When the guiding limiting part 320 moves to the end of the stroke, the guiding limiting part 320 enters the sliding groove 511, then the damping slide block 520 is pushed to move along the sliding groove 511, and the friction force formed between the damping slide block 520 and the sliding groove 511 reduces the speed of the guiding limiting part 320. The body 510 may be fixed to the bottom wall of the guide-limiting groove 130 by a screw or a jackscrew after being positioned at the end of the guide-limiting groove 130 as needed. The guide stopper groove 130 may be a T-shaped groove.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a mating notch 521 is provided on the damping slider 520. When the guide limiting part 320 moves from the middle of the movement stroke to the end of the movement stroke, the guide limiting part 320 enters the sliding groove 511 and then is clamped into the matching notch 521. When the guiding limiting part 320 moves from the end part of the movement stroke to the middle part of the movement stroke, the guiding limiting part 320 can be separated from the matching notch 521 and then slide out of the sliding groove 511, so that the door can be separated from the damping piece 500, and the rapid door opening is realized.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the guiding and limiting groove 130 is located at the top of the sliding rail 100, the groove opening faces upward, the groove opening of the sliding groove 511 also faces upward, the sliding groove 110 and the stopping portion 120 are located at the same side of the sliding rail 100, the stopping portion 120 is located above the sliding groove 110, the limiting portion 310 and the guiding and limiting portion 320 are both located at the same side of the limiting member 300, and the limiting portion 310 is located below the guiding and limiting portion 320.
