Abstract
本发明涉及一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,包括铝合金立柱,铝合金横梁固定在铝合金立柱上,铝合金立柱分为两个部分,包括铝合金公立柱和铝合金母立柱,铝合金立柱的底部两侧对称固定连接有若干个节能玻璃,节能玻璃之间的玻璃缝间隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,节能玻璃与铝合金立柱之间封装有三元乙丙胶条,三元乙丙胶条为齿状凸起状,齿状凸起能在吸收玻璃尺寸偏差及安装偏差的同时起到封闭的作用,配合节能玻璃之间的PA66隔热条和暖边隔条,有效解决传统幕墙系统的玻璃间的热流失问题,玻璃缝间隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,有效解决传统幕墙系统的因外部密封失效而产生的进水及灰尘进入。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,特别涉及一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构。
背景技术
我国既有建筑90%为高耗能建筑,建筑的节能措施主要体现在墙体保温及透光幕墙的隔热系数,被动式房屋指的是不需要主动能源,仅依靠被动采集而来的能量就能保持舒适温湿度的建筑,导致大量能源流失浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术和加工存在的缺陷,本发明提出了一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,该幕墙系统隔热性能Ucw值低于0.8W/m2K,为最高级别8级,有效降低建筑能耗。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,包括铝合金横梁,所述铝合金横梁,所述铝合金横梁固定在铝合金立柱上,包括铝合金公立柱和铝合金母立柱,所述铝合金立柱的内部固定连接有若干片节能玻璃,所述节能玻璃四边之间的缝隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,所述节能玻璃与铝合金立柱之间封装有三元乙丙胶条,所述三元乙丙胶条为齿状凸起状,每层玻璃的对称中间处留有空隙,所述空隙之间通过硅酮密封胶固定连接。
所述铝合金母立柱内部设有第一防尘吸水海绵,所述铝合金立柱在空隙之间固定有第二防尘吸水海绵,所述第二防尘吸水海绵底部设有铝合金外压板。
所述节能玻璃包括三块钢化玻璃,三块钢化玻璃形成两个中空腔,所述铝合金外压板安装前放置隔热海绵。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明专利是一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙系统,具有结构性能牢靠、安全性能高、耐火性能强、玻璃分格大等特征,同时具有精致、美观的室内外效果。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一实施方式结合图1、2示出,一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,包括铝合金横梁,所述铝合金横梁固定在铝合金立柱1上所述铝合金立柱1分为两个部分,包括铝合金公立柱11和铝合金母立柱12,包括铝合金公立柱11和铝合金母立柱12,所述铝合金立柱1的内部固定连接有若干片节能玻璃,所述节能玻璃四边之间的缝隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,所述节能玻璃与铝合金立柱1之间封装有三元乙丙胶条2,所述三元乙丙胶条2为齿状凸起状,每层玻璃的对称中间处留有空隙,所述空隙之间通过硅酮密封胶3固定连接。
具体的,采用厚度大于50mm的PA66隔热条6和三元乙丙胶条2用来保存热量,齿状凸起能在吸收玻璃尺寸偏差及安装偏差的同时起到封闭的作用,有效解决传统幕墙系统的玻璃间的热流失问题,玻璃缝间隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,有效解决传统幕墙系统的因外部密封失效而产生的进水及灰尘进入。
所述铝合金母立柱12内部设有第一防尘吸水海绵4,所述铝合金立柱1在空隙之间固定有第二防尘吸水海绵5,所述第二防尘吸水海绵5底部设有铝合金外压板。
所述节能玻璃之间设有PA66隔热条6,所述PA66隔热条6上封装有暖边隔条7。
具体的,每个节能玻璃形成的两个中空腔内均填充惰性气体,形成的整体玻璃面板的传热系数为K≤0.67W/m2K。
所述节能玻璃包括三块钢化玻璃,所述三块钢化玻璃形成两个中空腔,所述铝合金外压板安装前放置隔热海绵。
具体的,所述节能玻璃由8mm钢化双银Low-E玻璃、18Ar+8mm钢化双银Low-E玻璃、18Ar+8mm钢化无银Low-E玻璃组成,节能玻璃包含不低于本玻璃配置的其它配置,铝合金外压板安装前放置隔热海绵,为有效隔热提供更多一层保障。
需要说明的是,本发明作为一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,铝合金外压板与立柱间采用厚度大于50mm的PA66隔热条6,并且两侧采用大片三元乙丙胶条2,齿状凸起能在吸收玻璃尺寸偏差及安装偏差的同时起到封闭的作用,有效解决传统幕墙系统的玻璃间的热流失问题;玻璃缝间隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,有效解决传统幕墙系统的因外部密封失效而产生的进水及灰尘进入;玻璃安装完毕,自粘防水透气膜粘贴完毕后,在铝合金外压板安装前放置隔热海绵,为有效隔热提供更多一层保障。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,其特征在于:包括铝合金横梁,所述铝合金横梁固定在铝合金立柱(1)上,所述铝合金立柱(1)分为两个部分,包括铝合金公立柱(11)和铝合金母立柱(12),所述铝合金立柱(1)的内部固定连接有若干片节能玻璃,所述节能玻璃四边之间的缝隙采用自粘防水透气膜四边封闭,所述节能玻璃与铝合金立柱(1)之间封装有三元乙丙胶条(2),所述三元乙丙胶条(2)为齿状凸起状,每层玻璃的对称中间处留有空隙,所述空隙之间通过硅酮密封胶(3)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,其特征在于:所述铝合金母立柱(12)内部设有第一防尘吸水海绵(4),所述铝合金立柱(1)在空隙之间固定有第二防尘吸水海绵(5),所述第二防尘吸水海绵(5)底部设有铝合金外压板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,其特征在于:所述节能玻璃之间设有PA66隔热条(6),所述PA66隔热条(6)上封装有暖边隔条(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种被动式低能耗单元体幕墙结构,其特征在于:所述节能玻璃包括三块钢化玻璃,所述三块钢化玻璃形成两个中空腔,所述铝合金外压板安装前放置隔热海绵。
