Background
With the advance of the novel urbanization construction process of China, the intensive and compound utilization of underground space is more and more emphasized. The utility tunnel can hold water supply, communication, electric power, gas, heating power etc. all kinds of municipal pipelines in an organic whole, has effectively solved the arrangement and the fortune dimension problem of pipeline in the city, has avoided the phenomenon that urban road excavated repeatedly.
In recent years, underground comprehensive pipe galleries are developed rapidly in China, planning and construction work of the comprehensive pipe galleries in all places is rapidly expanded, and related design, construction and technical standards are gradually improved. The existing comprehensive pipe gallery in China mainly comprises a reinforced concrete pipe gallery and a steel corrugated pipe gallery. The reinforced concrete pipe gallery has various section forms, high bearing capacity, high durability and high fire resistance, and is widely applied. The reinforced concrete pipe gallery has stronger integrity after being formed, but when the foundation is unevenly settled or bears the earthquake action, the reinforced concrete pipe gallery has weaker adaptive deformation capability, and the structure is easy to damage. The steel corrugated pipe gallery has the characteristics of low construction cost, environment-friendly construction, high installation speed, superior stress performance, strong deformation adaptability, suitability for complex geological conditions and wide development prospect.
In order to adapt to different geological conditions and construction requirements, the two types of underground comprehensive pipe galleries are combined to be used, and the underground comprehensive pipe gallery is a good solution scheme. However, how to realize effective connection of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery and the steel corrugated pipe gallery is a technical problem which is expected to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide an underground utility tunnel connection structure and an underground utility tunnel, wherein the connection structure can effectively realize the connection between a reinforced concrete pipe gallery and a steel corrugated pipe gallery and has good waterproof performance.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a connecting structure of an underground comprehensive pipe gallery comprises a reinforced concrete pipe gallery and a reinforced concrete pipe gallery which are oppositely arranged, wherein a reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section is arranged at one end, facing the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, the size of the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section corresponds to that of the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, the size of the outer wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section is larger than that of the corresponding outer wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, one end of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section is correspondingly connected with the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, and the inner walls of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery and the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section are correspondingly flush; one end of the steel corrugated pipe gallery facing the reinforced concrete pipe gallery is provided with a steel pipe gallery connecting section, and one end of the steel pipe gallery connecting section is correspondingly connected with the steel corrugated pipe gallery; the free end face of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section is fixedly provided with an annular steel-concrete partition plate so as to cover the free end face of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section, the inner edge of the steel-concrete partition plate is flush with the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery correspondingly, and the free end of the steel pipe gallery connecting section is fixedly connected with the end face of the steel-concrete partition plate correspondingly, so that the reinforced concrete pipe gallery is connected with the steel corrugated pipe gallery.
Furthermore, the steel-concrete partition plate is fixed on the end face of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden expansion section through a plurality of connecting pieces pre-embedded in the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden expansion section, and all the connecting pieces are uniformly distributed on the free end face of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden expansion section.

Furthermore, a plurality of stiffening plates are arranged in the cavity, all the stiffening plates are longitudinally arranged along the pipe gallery, and four edges of each stiffening plate are respectively fixed with the outer wall of the connecting section of the corresponding steel pipe gallery, the end face of the corresponding steel-concrete partition plate, the corresponding end plate and the corresponding sealing plate.

The invention adopts the mode of combining the connecting bolt and the prestressed anchor to fix the steel-concrete clapboard on the end surface of the sudden expansion section of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, lays a favorable foundation for realizing the connection between the steel-concrete clapboard and the connecting section of the steel pipe gallery, and the prestressed anchor can also effectively improve the concrete crack resistance in the sudden expansion section of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery and improve the durability of the structure.
3. According to the invention, the sealing plate, the end plate and the waterproof material form a good waterproof structure, so that the waterproof performance of the connecting structure is ensured, an effective waterproof barrier is provided for the connecting node, and the service life of the comprehensive pipe gallery is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the underground comprehensive pipe gallery connecting structure comprises a reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1 and a steel corrugated pipe gallery 3 which are oppositely arranged, wherein one end of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1, which faces the steel corrugated pipe gallery 3, is provided with a reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section 2, the size of the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section 2 corresponds to that of the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1, the size of the outer wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section 2 is larger than that of the corresponding outer wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1, one end of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section 2 is correspondingly connected with the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1, and the inner walls of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1 and the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section 2 are correspondingly flush; a steel pipe gallery connecting section 4 is arranged at one end of the steel corrugated pipe gallery 3 facing the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1, and one end of the steel pipe gallery connecting section 4 is correspondingly connected with the steel corrugated pipe gallery 3; an annular steel-concrete partition plate 5 is fixed on the end face of the free end of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section 2 to cover the end face of the free end of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section 2, the inner edge of the steel-concrete partition plate 5 is flush with the inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1 correspondingly, and the free end of the steel pipe gallery connecting section 4 is fixedly connected with the end face of the steel-concrete partition plate 5 correspondingly, so that the connection of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery 1 and the steel corrugated pipe gallery 3 is realized.
Therefore, the inner walls of the reinforced concrete pipe gallery and the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section and the inner edges of the steel-concrete partition plates are completely corresponding and flush, so that the reinforced concrete pipe gallery, the reinforced concrete pipe gallery sudden-expansion section and the pipe gallery formed by the steel-concrete partition plates are a coherent whole. The shrouding is outside steel pipe gallery linkage segment with connecting plate and end plate with including steel-concrete baffle and steel pipe gallery linkage segment junction parcel, avoids the water in the pipe gallery outside to cause the destruction to steel-concrete baffle and steel pipe gallery linkage segment junction. The stiffening plate is used for increasing the rigidity of the connecting structure and improving the stability of the connecting structure.
In specific implementation, the cavity is filled with a waterproof material 12.
The waterproof material adopted in the embodiment is epoxy mortar, and other waterproof materials can be filled according to actual conditions. In the implementation process, grouting holes can be reserved on the sealing plates, so that epoxy mortar can be conveniently injected into the cavity, and the waterproof performance is improved.
During construction, the steel corrugated pipe gallery and the steel pipe gallery connecting section are integrally manufactured and molded in a factory, meanwhile, the reinforced concrete pipe gallery and the reinforced concrete pipe gallery expanding section are integrally cast, the connecting plate, the connecting bolt and the prestressed reinforcement are pre-embedded in advance before casting, the steel-concrete partition plate is positioned and installed, and then casting is carried out; and after pouring and forming, fastening the connecting bolt and the anchoring nut, then welding and installing the end plate, the sealing plate and the stiffening plate, and injecting epoxy mortar into the cavity after welding to achieve the aim of water resistance.
