Preferably, the asphalt is 70# asphalt or 90# asphalt; the base oil is at least one of aromatic oil and naphthenic oil; the epoxy value of the epoxidized SBS is 0.15-0.35 mol/100 g; the stone powder comprises at least one of calcium carbonate powder, talcum powder and quartz powder; the coupling agent is an aluminate coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent; the upper surface layer is a PE film or a PET film, and the anti-sticking layer is a silicon-coated isolating film or a composite aluminum film.
The epoxy value of the epoxidized SBS is too low, in the later application process, the number of action points with a construction surface is too small, and the bonding strength of the epoxy SBS and the construction surface is reduced; however, if the epoxy value is too high, the brittleness of the epoxidized SBS is too high, and the bonding strength between the SBS and the construction surface is reduced due to embrittlement of the SBS during use. The inventor proves through experiments that the epoxy value of the epoxidized SBS is 0.15-0.35 mol/100g, the high bonding strength can be ensured, and the service life of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll is prolonged.
Preferably, the base oil is a compound of aromatic oil and naphthenic oil, wherein the weight ratio of the aromatic oil to the naphthenic oil is as follows: 1-2: 1.
The aromatic oil is a hydrocarbon compound with an aromatic ring structure in a molecule, wherein the mass percentage of the aromatic hydrocarbon is 70-87%, and the mass percentage of the saturated hydrocarbon is 10-25%; the naphthenic oil is a hydrocarbon with naphthenic hydrocarbon as a main component, wherein the mass percentage of saturated hydrocarbon is 87-93%, and the mass percentage of aromatic hydrocarbon is 5-10%. Aromatic oil and naphthenic oil can be used for improving the processing performance of the self-adhesive waterproof roll, helping the mixing and dispersion of the filler in the asphalt and improving other performances of the self-adhesive waterproof roll, such as low-temperature flexibility and the like. Experiments prove that when the base oil is prepared from aromatic oil and naphthenic oil and compounded according to the proportion, the comprehensive performance of the prepared reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is optimal.
Preferably, the stone powder is calcium carbonate powder, and the calcium carbonate powder can react with an aluminate coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent, so that the dispersion of the stone powder in the asphalt is accelerated, and the strength and the adhesion of the waterproof coiled material are improved.
Preferably, the activated rubber powder is obtained by performing plasma bombardment treatment on at least one recovered broken product of tires, rubber tubes, adhesive tapes and rubber shoe products; wherein the power of the plasma generator is 600-700W, the working pressure is 55-65 Pa, the bombardment time is 3-5 min, and the working temperature is 20-35 ℃.
The rubber powder is activated by plasma, some oxygen-containing active functional groups can be introduced to the surface of the rubber powder, and C ═ C double bonds, hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups on the surface of the rubber powder are increased. The functional groups can react with olefin, alkane and aromatic hydrocarbon in the asphalt, so that the dispersion performance of the rubber powder is improved, the effective combination of the rubber powder and the asphalt is strengthened, and the aim of improving the comprehensive performance of the waterproof coiled material is fulfilled.
In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll, which comprises the following steps:
(1) heating asphalt to a molten state, stirring, adding styrene butadiene rubber and base oil, continuously stirring until no particles are observed, then adding epoxidized SBS, and carrying out the whole stirring process at 140-150 ℃.
(2) Heating to 170-180 ℃, continuing to stir for 30-40 min, adding activated rubber powder, further stirring for 3.5-4.5 h, then adding stone powder and a coupling agent, continuing to stir for 25-35 min, and simultaneously cooling to 145-160 ℃;
(3) and (3) pouring the material obtained in the step (2) on an anti-sticking layer, then covering an upper surface layer, and naturally cooling to obtain the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll.
By selecting the preparation conditions, the prepared reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll has good stability.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses an application of the reaction type self-adhesive waterproof roll, which comprises the following steps:
(1) coating epoxy seal primer on the construction surface;
(2) diluting a curing agent and coating the curing agent on the construction surface coated with the epoxy seal primer in the step (1);
(3) and (5) removing the anti-sticking layer, and pressing the self-sticking layer of the reaction type self-sticking waterproof roll material on the construction surface to finish construction.
According to the invention, the epoxy seal primer is selected to pretreat the construction surface in the construction process of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material, on one hand, the epoxy seal primer is highly permeated to the inner structure of the construction surface to block capillary pores in the construction surface, so that the strength of the construction surface is improved, and the later peeling of the construction surface is avoided; on the other hand, the reactive epoxy group is introduced into the construction surface.
Preferably, in the step (1), the epoxy seal primer comprises an epoxy resin emulsion and an auxiliary agent.
Preferably, in the step (2), the curing agent solution can be spread on the construction surface after dilution.
Preferably, the curing agent is a water-based epoxy room-temperature curing agent and comprises at least one of aliphatic amines, alicyclic amines, aromatic amines and modified amines, and the number of active hydrogen atoms in the water-based epoxy room-temperature curing agent is not less than 2.
One active hydrogen atom in the waterborne epoxy room temperature curing agent can react with an epoxy group in the epoxy seal primer, and the other active hydrogen atom can react with the epoxy SBS in the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material, so that a covalent bond bridging effect is achieved in the epoxy seal primer and the reaction type self-adhesive waterproof coiled material, the bonding strength of the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and a construction surface is greatly improved, and the purpose of effectively prolonging the service life of the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is achieved.
Preferably, the aqueous epoxy room temperature curing agent comprises at least one of diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine, polyethylene polyamine, isophorone diamine, diamino dicyclohexyl methane, methyl cyclopentane diamine, diamine methyl cyclohexane diamine, m-xylylene diamine, diamino diphenyl methane, 650 low molecular weight polyamide, 651 low molecular weight polyamide, T31 curing agent, and 593 curing agent.
Preferably, during the construction of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll, the amount of the curing agent is calculated by the following formula:

Wherein M is the relative molecular mass of the curing agent, and W is the weight of the curing agent corresponding to 100g of epoxidized SBS.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the self-adhesive layer material of the reaction type self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is selected, so that the self-adhesive layer has good stability and can form good combination with a construction surface in the application process. In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the reaction type self-adhesive waterproof roll, which is simple and efficient and can be used for industrial production. Finally, the invention also discloses an application method of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material, the construction surface is pretreated by epoxy seal primer, the bonding strength of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and the construction surface is enhanced, and meanwhile, the adhesiveness and the stability of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and the construction surface are further improved by selecting the water-based epoxy room-temperature curing agent.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.
In examples 1 to 14, the recovered crushed materials of the tire and the rubber tube were activated by air plasma as activated rubber powder, the power of the plasma generator was 650W, the working pressure was 60Pa, the bombardment time was 5min, and the working temperature was 25 ℃.
Examples 1 to 14
In the embodiments of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll of the present invention, the components of the self-adhesive layer of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll of embodiments 1 to 14 are shown in table 1, and the preparation method thereof is as follows:
(1) heating asphalt to a molten state, pouring the asphalt into a stirring tank, simultaneously opening a stirrer for stirring, then adding styrene butadiene rubber and base oil, continuing stirring until styrene butadiene rubber particles cannot be observed visually, then adding epoxidized SBS with an epoxy value of 0.25mol/100g, and in the whole process, maintaining the temperature of the stirring tank at 140-150 ℃;
(2) heating the stirring tank to 175 ℃, continuously stirring for 30min, adding activated rubber powder, stirring for 4h, adding stone powder and a coupling agent, stirring for 30min, and simultaneously cooling to 145-160 ℃;
(3) and (3) pouring the material prepared in the step (2) on a composite aluminum film, controlling the thickness of the material to be 1mm, then covering a PET film, and naturally cooling to obtain the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll.

Examples 15 to 28
The application examples of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll material of the invention, examples 15 to 28, are the application examples of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll material of examples 1 to 14, respectively, and the application comprises the following steps:
(1) rolling and coating a layer of epoxy seal primer on the construction surface;
(2) diluting a water-based epoxy room temperature curing agent diethylenetriamine with a proper amount of water, and then rolling and coating the diluted water-based epoxy room temperature curing agent diethylenetriamine on a construction surface treated by epoxy seal primer, wherein the dilution ratio is based on that the diluted diethylenetriamine water solution can be just paved on the construction surface;
(3) and (4) removing the anti-sticking layer of the reaction type self-sticking waterproof roll, and pressing the self-sticking layer of the reaction type self-sticking waterproof roll on the construction surface to finish construction.
The weight part of diethylenetriamine is 103.2 × 0.25 × 1.2 ÷ 5 ÷ 100 × the weight part of epoxidized SBS.
Example 29
The application of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll is the same as that in the embodiment 1, in the application process, the used water-based epoxy curing agent is N-methyl N-pentylamine, and the rest methods are the same as those in the embodiments 15-28.
Comparative example 1
The application method of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll is the same as that in the embodiment 15-28, and the difference between the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll and the embodiment 1 is that the used rubber powder is unactivated rubber powder.
Comparative example 2
The application method of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll is the same as that of the examples 15-28, and the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll is different from the example 1 in that a coupling agent is not used.
Comparative example 3
The utility model provides an application of reaction type self-adhesion waterproofing membrane, reaction type self-adhesion waterproofing membrane is the same with embodiment 1, in the application, directly takes off reaction type self-adhesion waterproofing membrane's antiseized layer, presses reaction type self-adhesion waterproofing membrane's self-adhesive layer on the construction face, accomplishes the construction.
The effects of the applications described in examples 15-29 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested and the test data are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, compared with the examples, the comprehensive properties of the comparative examples 1-2 are obviously poorer, which shows that the adhesive powder is subjected to activation treatment, and the stone powder is coated by the coupling agent, so that the adhesive property of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll can be obviously improved, and the service life of the roll can be prolonged. In addition, the test results of comparative examples 15, 18 and 19 show that the overall performance of the coiled material prepared by calcium carbonate powder is slightly better than that of talcum powder and quartz powder; the test results of the comparative examples 15, 20 and 21 show that the comprehensive performance of the coil prepared by the coupling agent selected from the titanate coupling agent or the aluminate coupling agent is better than that of the silane coupling agent; the test results of comparative examples 15 and 22 to 27 show that the influence of the components of the base oil and the proportion of the components on the performance is large, and when the base oil is a mixture of aromatic oil and naphthenic oil and the proportion of the aromatic oil and the naphthenic oil is 1-2: 1, the prepared reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll has better adhesive property.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a reaction type self-adhesion waterproofing membrane, a serial communication port, reaction type self-adhesion waterproofing membrane is from last to being upper surface layer, self-adhesive layer and antiseized layer down in proper order, the self-adhesive layer contains the composition of following parts by weight: 40-50 parts of asphalt, 7-9 parts of base oil, 3-5 parts of epoxidized SBS, 2-4 parts of styrene butadiene rubber, 7-8 parts of activated rubber powder, 25-30 parts of stone powder and 3-5 parts of coupling agent.
2. The reactive self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the asphalt is 70# asphalt or 90# asphalt; the base oil is at least one of aromatic oil and naphthenic oil; the epoxy value of the epoxidized SBS is 0.15-0.35 mol/100 g; the stone powder comprises at least one of calcium carbonate powder, talcum powder and quartz powder; the coupling agent is an aluminate coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent; the upper surface layer is a PE film or a PET film, and the anti-sticking layer is a silicon-coated isolating film or a composite aluminum film.
3. The reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll according to claim 2, wherein the base oil is a compound of aromatic oil and naphthenic oil, wherein the weight ratio of the aromatic oil to the naphthenic oil is as follows: 1-2: 1.
4. The reactive self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 2, wherein the stone powder is calcium carbonate powder.
5. The reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the activated rubber powder is obtained by subjecting a recycled crushed material of at least one of a tire, a hose, a tape and a rubber shoe product to plasma bombardment treatment; wherein the power of the plasma generator is 600-700W, the working pressure is 55-65 Pa, the bombardment time is 3-5 min, and the working temperature is 20-35 ℃.
6. The preparation method of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) heating asphalt to a molten state, stirring, adding styrene butadiene rubber and base oil, continuously stirring until no particles are observed, then adding epoxidized SBS, and carrying out the whole stirring process at 140-150 ℃.
(2) Heating to 170-180 ℃, continuing to stir for 30-40 min, adding activated rubber powder, further stirring for 3.5-4.5 h, then adding stone powder and a coupling agent, continuing to stir for 25-35 min, and simultaneously cooling to 145-160 ℃;
(3) and (3) pouring the material obtained in the step (2) on an anti-sticking layer, then covering an upper surface layer, and naturally cooling to obtain the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll.
7. The application of the reaction type self-adhesive waterproof roll is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) coating epoxy seal primer on the construction surface;
(2) diluting a curing agent and coating the curing agent on the construction surface coated with the epoxy seal primer in the step (1);
(3) and (3) removing the anti-sticking layer of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and pressing the self-sticking layer of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof coiled material on the construction surface to complete construction.
8. The application of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll as claimed in claim 7, wherein the curing agent is a water-based epoxy room-temperature curing agent and comprises at least one of aliphatic amines, alicyclic amines, aromatic amines and modified amines, and the number of active hydrogen atoms in the water-based epoxy room-temperature curing agent is not less than 2.

The application of the reactive self-adhesive waterproof roll according to claim 8, wherein the aqueous epoxy room temperature curing agent comprises at least one of diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine, tetraethylenepentamine, polyethylene polyamine, isophorone diamine, diaminodicyclohexylmethane, methyl cyclopentediamine, diamine methylcyclohexane diamine, m-xylylenediamine, diaminodiphenylmethane, 650 low molecular weight polyamide, 651 low molecular weight polyamide, T31 curing agent and 593 curing agent.
10. The use of the reactive self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 7, wherein the amount of the curing agent is calculated by the following formula:
