Abstract
The invention discloses a house monitoring method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device. The house monitoring method comprises the following steps: acquiring a signal acquired by a detector installed at a target position in a house, wherein the signal is acquired under the condition that the target position is changed; under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signal, abnormal information is sent to a target object according to the identification information of the house, wherein the target object and the house have an association relation, and the abnormal information is used for indicating that the house is abnormal, namely, a property system can determine whether the house is abnormal according to the signal collected by a detector on a target position, and then can send the abnormal information to the target object (owner) or generate an industry order, so that property security personnel can check the house to be abnormal at home, and the technical problem that monitoring of the house cannot be effectively realized in the prior art is solved.

and S2, sending abnormal information to the target object according to the identification information of the house under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signal, wherein the target object has an association relation with the house, and the abnormal information is used for indicating that the house is abnormal.

Claims (14)
1. A method of monitoring a premises, comprising:
acquiring a signal acquired by a detector installed at a target position in a house, wherein the signal is acquired under the condition that the target position is changed;
and sending abnormal information to a target object according to the identification information of the house under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signal, wherein the target object has an association relation with the house, and the abnormal information is used for indicating that the house is abnormal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending abnormality information to the target object based on the identification information of the house in the case where it is determined from the signal that the house is abnormal, comprises:
under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signal, the abnormal information is sent to an Internet of things platform, so that the Internet of things platform matches the identification information of the target object according to the identification information of the house;
and sending the abnormal information to the target object according to the identification information of the target object.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sending the exception information to the target object according to the identification information of the target object comprises:
sending the abnormal information to the target object in a telephone mode according to the identification information of the target object; and/or
And sending the abnormal information to the target object in a short message mode according to the identification information of the target object.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signals, a work order is automatically generated; and sending the work order to property security personnel.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said acquiring signals collected by a detector mounted at a target location within a premises comprises:
acquiring signals collected by the detector and arranged at the position of a water meter in a house, wherein the target position comprises the position of the water meter; and/or
Acquiring signals collected by the detector on gas meter positions installed in a house, wherein the target position comprises the gas meter positions; and/or
And acquiring signals collected by the detector and installed on the position of a door and a window in the house, wherein the target position comprises the position of the door and the window.
6. The method of claim 1 or 5, wherein said acquiring signals collected by detectors mounted at target locations within the premises comprises:
and acquiring signals collected by a stem node type detector arranged at a target position in a house.
7. A premises monitoring device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring signals acquired by a detector arranged at a target position in a house, and the signals are acquired under the condition that the target position is changed;
and the first sending unit is used for sending abnormal information to a target object according to the identification information of the house under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signal, wherein the target object and the house have an association relation, and the abnormal information is used for indicating that the house is abnormal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first sending unit comprises:
the first sending module is used for sending the abnormal information to an Internet of things platform under the condition that the house is determined to be abnormal according to the signal, so that the Internet of things platform matches the identification information of the target object according to the identification information of the house;
and the second sending module is used for sending the abnormal information to the target object according to the identification information of the target object.

And the third acquisition module is used for acquiring signals acquired by the detector and installed on the door and window position in the house, wherein the target position comprises the door and window position.
