Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the actual operation of the present invention, for explaining the actual operation of the present device.
Fig. 9 illustrates three modes of operation of the present invention for explaining the different modes of operation of the present device.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and the detailed description. The following examples and figures are illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, it is a main view of the present invention showing the connection between the components of the present invention. The device mainly depends on the suction pump 4 to provide suction force during cleaning operation, and depends on the telescopic motion realized by connecting the hydraulic cylinder 1 with the canvas telescopic tube 6 and the like to provide maneuvering, flexible, real-time and manipulable obstacle avoidance capability during cleaning operation. In the device, an air suction pump 4 and a pipeline thereof are connected with an adsorption type cleaning device fixing frame 3, and suction provided by the air suction pump 4 is transmitted into a canvas extension tube 6 through a pore passage on the adsorption type cleaning device fixing frame 3 and then transmitted to an output end through a canvas elbow component 15 and a canvas adsorption port 11. Wherein the canvas telescopic tube 6, the canvas elbow component 15 and the canvas adsorption port 11 are three independent components respectively, and suitable components can be replaced according to pavement conditions of sidewalks.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, a detailed structure of the canvas suction port 11 is illustrated. The near-ground ends of the canvas adsorption port 11 and the wedge-shaped rubber port 10 are divided into a horizontal working surface with a slightly smaller angle than 180 degrees and a wedge-shaped working surface with a slightly inclined angle, so that the air suction range of the air suction port is enlarged, and the working efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, the present invention is loaded in service at a tractor. When the tractor cleans the operation, the operator who is located the tractor front end can observe the real-time position of this device, opens aspirator pump 4, stretches out pneumatic cylinder 1 piston, and the operator can adjust the flexible length of this device pneumatic cylinder 1 according to pavement condition of pavement to reach and avoid 2 completions of barrier and clean the task.
Referring to fig. 9, three operation modes of the present invention are shown when the sidewalk is used for cleaning operation. The first mode is a continuous operation mode, and when cleaning operation is performed, an operator operates the apparatus to extend and retract while the tractor advances, so that the canvas suction port 11 completes a cleaning path as shown in the figure, thereby completing the overall cleaning of the pavement of the sidewalk. The second mode is a local operation mode, when the pavement cleaning operation is to clean a local operation area, an operator firstly operates the device to enable the canvas adsorption port to quickly reach the front of an operation area required to be cleaned, then operates the device to stretch along with the advancing of the traction vehicle so as to enable the canvas adsorption port 11 to complete a cleaning path as shown in the figure, and the pavement operation area of the pavement is cleaned. The third mode is a linear operation mode, when the pavement cleaning operation is a linear operation area, an operator only needs to ensure that the canvas adsorption port 11 of the device can move forward according to a cleaning path as shown in the figure, and the pavement cleaning operation area of the pavement is cleaned.
