As shown in fig. 6-7, the invention also discloses a clothes treatment device with the condensing device, which at least comprises a cylinder 4, an air exhausting device 5 and a heating device 6, wherein an air inlet 11 of the condensing device is communicated with the cylinder 4, an air outlet 12 of the condensing device is communicated with the air exhausting device 5, and the air exhausting device 5 is communicated with the cylinder 4 through the heating device 6 to form a circulating air path.
In the clothes drying process, air is heated into dry and hot air through the heating device 6 to enter the cylinder 4, contacts with clothes inside the cylinder 4, takes away moisture on the clothes, takes away part of the filings, and the wet and hot air mixed with the filings enters the condensation air duct 13 through the wet and hot air inlet of the condensing device, is filtered through the filtering device 2, and then the air flow after the filings are removed enters the air draft device 5 through the dry air outlet of the condensing device, and enters the cylinder 4 after being reheated through the heating device 6 so as to dry the clothes again until the clothes are sufficiently dried.
In the filtering device 2, the filings adhere to each filtering collecting tank 22 to different degrees due to the continuous steering when the gas passes through the filtering plate 21, so as to achieve the purpose of separating from the gas flow; in the clothes drying process/after the clothes drying is finished, the water inlet structure of the flushing device 3 is controlled to feed water, the filtering device 2 is flushed through water flow, the thread scraps in the filtering and collecting tank 22 are flushed and then discharged to the cylinder 4 along with the water flow through the water outlet structure, and finally discharged to the outside of the cylinder 4, and the flushing device 3 not only plays a role in cleaning the thread scraps, but also can cool the air flow.
Preferably, when the filtering device 2 is washed, the water inlet structure of the washing device 3 can be controlled to intermittently wash the filtering device 2 so as to save energy consumption.
The clothes treatment equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that due to the condensing device, impurities such as wire scraps can be prevented from entering the air draft device 5 and the heating device 6, the air quantity required by drying is ensured, potential safety hazards possibly caused by wire scraps accumulation are eliminated, the filtering device 2 does not need to be manually cleaned, the automation of the whole wire scraps separation process is realized, the user experience is improved, and the service life of a machine is prolonged.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, but is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made by the technical matter of the present invention can be further combined or replaced by the equivalent embodiment without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (12)
1. A condensing unit, characterized by: comprising
The shell is provided with a condensation air duct for exchanging heat with the hot and humid gas;
the filtering device comprises a filtering plate arranged in the condensing air duct, a filtering collecting groove is arranged on the filtering plate, and a notch of the filtering collecting groove is arranged towards the hot and humid gas inlet end of the condensing air duct;
the filter plate is arranged in an extending mode along the length direction of the condensing air duct, a filtering collecting groove is formed in at least one side face of the filter plate, the filtering collecting groove comprises a first side plate used for blocking flow of hot and humid air, one end of the first side plate is connected with the filter plate, and the other end of the first side plate bends towards the hot and humid air inlet end of the condensing air duct and extends to form a second side plate;
one end of the second side plate is bent towards the filter plate and extends to form a third side plate, and a certain distance is reserved between one end of the third side plate and the filter plate.
2. The condensing unit of claim 1, wherein: the first side plate and the third side plate are arranged in parallel.
3. The condensing unit of claim 1, wherein: the filter board includes a plurality of mainboard of buckling connection, the filtration collecting vat sets up the junction at two adjacent mainboards.
4. A condensing unit according to claim 3, characterized by: one end of the main board downwards extends for a certain length to form a first side board of a filtering collecting groove on the adjacent main board, the first side board bends towards the hot and humid gas inlet end of the condensation air duct and extends to form a second side board, and the second side board is parallel to the adjacent main board.
5. The condensing unit of claim 1, wherein: the filtering device comprises a plurality of filtering plates which are arranged in parallel, each filtering plate is arranged in the condensation air duct in an extending mode along the length direction of the condensation air duct, and each filtering plate is provided with a filtering collecting groove.
6. Condensing unit according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized by:
a first mounting part is arranged on the peripheral wall of the shell, a separation rib which is arranged in the condensation air duct in an extending way along the length direction of the condensation air duct is arranged in the condensation air duct, and a second mounting part is arranged on the separation rib;
opposite sides of each filter plate are respectively arranged in one of the first mounting part and the second mounting part.
7. The condensing unit of claim 6, wherein: the first mounting portion includes a first mounting port, and the second mounting portion includes a second mounting port.
8. The condensing unit of claim 6, wherein: the washing device is used for washing the filtering device and comprises a water inlet structure and a water outlet structure;
the water inlet structure is communicated with all the first installation parts and is used for supplying water to the filtering collecting tanks of the plurality of filtering plates;
the water outlet structure is communicated with all the second installation parts and is used for collecting water discharged from the filtering collecting tanks of the filtering plates and discharging the water out of the condensing device.
9. The condensing unit of claim 8, wherein: the water inlet structure comprises flushing water boxes arranged on all the first installation parts, and flushing water inlets are arranged on the flushing water boxes.
10. The condensing unit of claim 9, wherein: the water outlet structure comprises a blow-down channel communicated with all the second installation parts, and the blow-down channel is formed by enclosing a part of side walls of the shell and separation ribs positioned in the condensation air duct.
11. The condensing unit of claim 10, wherein: and the bottom of the sewage disposal channel is communicated with a sewage disposal pipe.
12. A laundry treatment apparatus, characterized in that: condensation device according to any one of claims 1-11.
