The air outlet 5 is used for filtered air to pass through. The air outlet 5 can be communicated with a condensation channel of a drying module of the clothes treatment equipment, and enters the inner drum after being condensed by the drying module. In this embodiment, the position of the air outlet 5 is higher than the position of the air inlet 2.
The above-mentioned casing 1 of this embodiment is inside to be formed with the cavity, and the bottom of this cavity is equipped with water storage area 6, holds water in the water storage area 6, and this water can be that the manual work adds into, also can be that the clothing treatment facility carries into (like the comdenstion water). The water may be added from the air outlet 5 into the water storage area 6, or may be added by separately forming the water inlet 4 on the housing 1. Through the setting of above-mentioned water storage area 6, carry the air of line bits and get into in the cavity through air inlet 2 to it is filtered by the water in the water storage area 6, flow out through air outlet 5 afterwards, in order to realize the filtration to the air.
Further, in order to prevent the lint filter from being caught by the air entering through the air inlet 2 during the filtering process, the air may impact an inner wall (referred to as a first inner wall in this embodiment) disposed opposite to the air inlet 2 for a long time, so that the lint may remain on the first inner wall, or after the filtering process is completed and the water is drained, the lint may not flow out of the lint filter together with the water and remain on the inner wall of the lint filter. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a cleaning unit is provided in the chamber, which can clean the first inner sidewall, and preferably also the entire inner wall of the lint filter. Above-mentioned cleaning unit is including wasing chamber 3 and with wasing the water inlet 4 of chamber 3 intercommunication, this water inlet 4 is used for carrying the water of wasing the usefulness to wasing chamber 3, and above-mentioned washing chamber 3 has seted up a plurality of holes 31 that spray, and this hole 31 that sprays can be with wasing the water in the chamber 3 and spray to first inside wall and/or other inner walls on.
As a preferable technical solution, the cleaning chamber 3 of the present embodiment is disposed in the chamber and above the air inlet 2, and one sidewall of the cleaning chamber 3 is formed by a portion of the first inner sidewall, that is, the cleaning chamber 3 includes a top wall, a bottom wall and two sidewalls, wherein one sidewall is a portion of the first inner sidewall, and the other sidewall can be separately disposed as required, or can be formed by a portion of the inner sidewall of the housing 1 where the air inlet 2 is disposed (referred to as a second inner sidewall in the present embodiment), that is, a portion of the second inner sidewall.
Set up above-mentioned hole 31 that sprays in the hookup location department of the diapire of above-mentioned washing chamber 3 and first inside wall, wash the water in the chamber 3 and can flow out through spraying hole 31 to flow on first inside wall, and then rinse remaining thread scraps on the first inside wall. It is understood that the spraying holes 31 may be formed at the connecting position of the bottom wall of the cleaning chamber 3 and the second inner side wall or other positions (for example, the connecting position of the bottom wall and the side wall of the housing 1 adjacent to the first inner side wall) to flush other inner side walls outside the first inner side wall.
In this embodiment, preferably, the spraying holes 31 are formed at equal intervals, and the spraying holes 31 may be formed in the cleaning chamber 3 at an angle, so that the water in the cleaning chamber 3 has a sufficient washing force to wash the thread scraps on the inner side wall of the housing 1.
In this embodiment, optionally, the diapire of above-mentioned washing chamber 3 is the slope plane, and this diapire for vertical plane downward sloping, and be the acute angle setting with vertical plane, and then be convenient for flow into washing chamber 3 fast through the water that water inlet 4 got into to can flow out through the decurrent component of self gravity, fast through spraying hole 31, reach the high-efficient mesh that washes the line bits on the casing 1 inside wall.
In this embodiment, the water inlet 4 is disposed outside the casing 1, and may be directly connected to tap water or a condensation channel of the clothes treatment apparatus, so that condensed water flows into the cleaning chamber 3.
Further, in order to better filter the lint in the air, as shown in fig. 2, the lint filter is provided with a blocking structure in the chamber, and optionally, two sides of the blocking structure are respectively and fixedly connected to the first inner side wall and the second inner side wall of the housing 1. And the connecting position of the top wall and the bottom wall of the cleaning cavity 3 is fixedly connected with one end part of the blocking structure, and the other end part of the blocking structure is arranged in the water storage area 6. Above-mentioned keep off structure and wash chamber 3 and can separate into first cavity 7 and second cavity 8 with the cavity jointly, first cavity 7 and air inlet 2 intercommunication, second cavity 8 and 5 intercommunications of gas outlet, through the regional intercommunication under water of water storage area 6 between first cavity 7 and the second cavity 8. The air outlet 5 is located at the top of the shell 1, the air inlet 2 is located in the middle of the shell 1, and the air outlet 5 and the air inlet 2 can be separated from the cleaning cavity 3 by a blocking structure. The air carrying the thread scraps can enter the first chamber 7 from the air inlet 2, and then is filtered by the water in the water storage area 6 and then is discharged from the second chamber 8 and the air outlet 5.
Above-mentioned thread scraps filter is when carrying out air filtration, and it can be at 5 departments of gas outlet production suction (for example can be the suction that drying module of clothing processing apparatus produced makes 5 departments of gas outlet also produce suction), and this suction can be disturbed the water in the water storage district 6 this moment to make the water in the water storage district 6 with separate the fender structure contact, water is separated the fender structure and is broken up and form the splash, the air can be contacted with the splash and is filtered by the splash. Due to the formation of the splash, the contact area of the air carrying the thread scraps and the water is increased, and the filtering effect is further improved. In addition, the size of splash can be decided according to the size of suction, and the size of splash can be increased by increasing the suction, and the contact area of air and water is increased. Otherwise, it will decrease. Of course, it is understood that the suction force at the air outlet 5 does not increase infinitely, and also needs to be determined according to the laundry treating apparatus to which it is mounted.
In this embodiment, the splash may be sputtered to a position at least half of the height of the second chamber 8, and the trajectory of the water droplets constituting the splash is approximately parabolic, so that the area of the splash is large enough, and the air can be sufficiently contacted with the splash for filtering.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the blocking structure includes a blocking piece 9 and a partition plate 10, wherein the blocking piece 9 is connected to one end of the partition plate 10 and extends into the water below the water surface of the water storage area 6. The other end of baffle 10 is connected in washing chamber 3, through this washing chamber 3, separates separation blade 9 and baffle 10, can separate into first cavity 7 and second cavity 8 with whole cavity, in addition, owing to separate the setting of separation blade 9, also can make the water in the water storage district 6 and this formation splash that separates the contact of separation blade 9.
The separation blocking pieces 9 can be two as shown in fig. 2, in this case, the two separation blocking pieces 9 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that a gap can be formed between the two separation blocking pieces 9, and the gap is at least partially located in the underwater area of the water storage area 6. When air filtration is performed, water in the water storage area 6 in the first chamber 7 enters the second chamber 8 through the gap and is scattered by the barrier sheet 9 to form water splash. At the same time, air in the first chamber 7 can enter the second chamber 8 through the gap and be filtered by contacting with the spray. It will be appreciated that as air enters the second chamber 8 through the gap, it may contact, i.e. be initially filtered by, the water in the gap and subsequently filtered by the water bloom formed, thereby achieving a dual filtering effect.
In this embodiment, further, the two separation blades 9 may be arc-shaped or bent structures, so that the formed gap is S-shaped or Z-shaped, and through the gap of this shape, the flow path of the water flow in the gap can be longer, thereby prolonging the contact time between the air and the water flow in the gap, and improving the filtering effect. In addition, the S-shaped or Z-shaped structure of the gap also enables the end part of the separation baffle plate 9 to better break the water flow to form water bloom.
In this embodiment, the water storage area 6 can be divided into a first water storage area and a second water storage area by the partition structure, the first water storage area is located in the first cavity 7, the second water storage area is located in the second cavity 8, and the bottoms of the first water storage area and the second water storage area are communicated with each other. Hydroenergy in the first water storage area enters the second water storage area through the gap between the two separation blades 9, and hydroenergy in the second water storage area flows back to the first water storage area through the communication part of the first water storage area and the second water storage area and/or the gap between the two separation blades 9.
It should be noted that the water in the first water storage area can be absorbed into the second water storage area by the suction force at the air outlet 5 through the gap, and in the absorption process, the water flow can be scattered by the baffle 9 to form water splash, and the air carrying the thread scraps can enter the second chamber 8 through the gap, so that the air carrying the thread scraps can contact with the water flow in the gap and the water splash formed subsequently and be filtered.
When water in the first water storage area is adsorbed to the second water storage area and forms water splash, water in the second water storage area can flow back to the first water storage area through the bottom communication position of the first water storage area and the second water storage area or the gap between the two separation blocking pieces 9.
Preferably, the volume of the first chamber 7 of this embodiment is smaller than the volume of the second chamber 8, so that the air pressure entering the first chamber 7 can be increased quickly, and then the water in the first water storage area is pushed to the second water storage area by a certain pushing force. And the volume of the second chamber 8 is set to be larger, so that water entering the second water storage area can fall back to the second water storage area and/or the first water storage area through self gravity after being adsorbed to a certain height. It is prevented that the splash is excessively adsorbed to flow out of the air outlet 5, resulting in an influence on the laundry treating apparatus. In this embodiment, the volume of the first chamber 7 is smaller than that of the second chamber 8, and the height of the first chamber 7 is smaller than that of the second chamber 8. Meanwhile, the air outlet 5 is matched to be higher than the air inlet 2, so that air can be better filtered.
Further, the connection between the cleaning chamber 3 and the partition board 10 of the present embodiment may further be provided with a first spraying hole (not shown in the figure), and the first spraying hole can flush the sidewall of the partition board 10 to prevent the thread scraps from remaining on the partition board 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the housing 1 is further provided with a weir 11, and when the water in the chamber is excessive, the weir 11 is discharged through the weir 11 so that the water in the chamber is always kept constant to filter the air. The water in the chamber is prevented from being too much, so that the generation of water splash and the filtering effect are prevented from being influenced.
Preferably, the gap 11 is disposed to face the gap, and a shielding plate 12 (shown in fig. 2) is disposed inside the housing 1 to prevent the spray formed through the gap from flowing out of the gap 11, and the shielding plate 12 is disposed in front of the gap 11 to shield the spray from the gap 11 and to prevent the lint from blocking the gap 11. In addition, this shielding plate 12's setting also can play certain vortex effect, can further break up the splash, has improved the filter effect to the air.
The bottom of the shell 1 is also provided with a water outlet which is used for discharging water in the water storage area 6. Preferably, and with reference to figure 3, a siphon assembly 13 may be connected to the drain, at a normal filtered water level in the chamber, below the level of water in the siphon assembly 13, at which time the siphon assembly 13 will not siphon off. When the water level in the chamber is higher than the water level in the siphon assembly 13, the siphon assembly 13 starts siphon drainage to drain all the water in the water storage area 6. It will be appreciated that the water level in the siphon assembly 13 is higher than the overflow 11, and that when the siphon is draining, the water level in the water storage area 6 is higher than the water level in the siphon assembly 13, it will be appreciated that some water will be drained through the overflow 11. In this embodiment, the siphon assembly 13 is an inverted U-shaped pipe, and the structure and principle thereof are similar to those of the prior art, and are not described again.
Above-mentioned line bits filter of this embodiment, it is through setting up the cleaning unit, and when the first inside wall of line bits filter received the air that gets into through air inlet 2 and assaults for a long time and leave the line bits, can wash first inside wall through the cleaning unit is automatic, and then avoids the line bits to remain on the inner wall of line bits filter, has improved line bits filter's reuse effect and life. In addition, after the lint filter of this embodiment is used and the water in the water storage area 6 is discharged, the inner wall of the lint filter may be cleaned by the cleaning unit, so as to prevent the lint from remaining in the lint filter after the water in the lint filter is discharged.
The present embodiment further provides a laundry treating apparatus, which includes the lint filter, an outer tub (not shown in the figure), and a drying module (not shown in the figure), wherein the lint filter is installed outside the outer tub, an air inlet 2 of the lint filter is communicated with an air outlet of the outer tub, and air in the inner tub can enter the lint filter through the air outlet and the air inlet 2 of the outer tub. The air outlet 5 of the lint filter is communicated with a condensation channel of the drying module (the drying module at least comprises a compressor, a condenser, a throttling element and an evaporator, the structure and the principle of the drying module are prior art, and are not described any more), so that the air filtered by the lint filter enters the condensation channel through the air outlet 5, and enters the inner drum to be dried after being heated by the condenser of the drying module.
In this embodiment, above-mentioned stoving module can produce powerful suction, and then make 5 departments of gas outlet that communicate with condensing channel produce suction, this suction can make the water in the first chamber 7 get into the second chamber 8 through separating the fender structure and form the splash, also make the air that carries the thread crumbs that flows out from the inner tube simultaneously and get into the second chamber 8 through separating the fender structure, at this in-process, the air that carries the thread crumbs is filtered by the splash, the thread crumbs are stayed in the water, and the air after the filtration then gets into condensing channel through gas outlet 5.
In this embodiment, the lint filter may be directly integrated with the outer cylinder, or may be hermetically connected to the air outlet of the outer cylinder by a fastening member such as a bolt. For example, the end of the lint filter provided with the air inlet 2 may be fixed to the outer tub by providing a sealing member between the air inlet 2 and the air outlet and then fastening the lint filter to the outer tub by a fastening member. Meanwhile, a sealing piece is arranged between the air outlet 5 and the condensation channel, and then the end, provided with the air outlet 5, of the lint filter is fixed on the drying module through a fastening piece.
In this embodiment, preferably, the condensed water generated by the condensation of the condenser flows into the condensing channel, and a part of the condensed water enters the water storage area 6 of the lint filter through the air outlet 5 for filtering by the lint filter; the other part flows into the cleaning chamber 3 through the water inlet 4 to flush the inner wall of the lint filter. The specific flushing principle is described in the description of the lint filter of this embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
Preferably, when the condensed water excessively flows into the water storage region 6 and the water level of the water storage region 6 reaches the overflow 11, the water may directly flow out through the overflow 11. And after the stoving, because the comdenstion water can continuously flow into water storage district 6 to make the water level of the water in the water storage district 6 rise fast, when the water level in the water storage district 6 was higher than the water level of the water in siphon subassembly 13, siphon subassembly 13 produced the siphon effect, carries out siphon drainage to the water in the water storage district 6, with the water in the drainage water storage district 6. Of course, it can be understood that the siphon drainage of the lint filter can also be realized by directly feeding water into the chamber through the water inlet pipe of the clothes treating apparatus, so that the water level of the water in the water storage region 6 is higher than the water level of the water in the siphon assembly 13.
The aforesaid clothing treatment facility of this embodiment, it is through setting up above-mentioned thread scraps filter, can realize the filtration to the thread scraps, and then reduces the thread scraps that get into condenser or inner tube, has prolonged clothing treatment facility's life. And through the automatically cleaning of above-mentioned thread scraps filter, the filter effect when further having improved the next use thread scraps filter also has further improved clothing treatment facility's performance, has improved user experience.
