Thus, the water treatment assembly 4 of the present embodiment, by providing the water treatment assembly 4 including the filter plate 42, the residue separator 43 and the heating member 41, can heat the washing water by the heating member 41 to improve the dish washing effect, and by providing the filter plate 42, the dirt can be prevented from entering the first water treatment tank 1116 to adhere to the heating member 41, and by the mutual cooperation of the filter plate 42 and the residue separator 43, the solid waste in the washing water can be separated into the residue separator 43, the food residue is prevented from entering the drain assembly 6 to cause the blockage of the drain assembly 6, and at the same time, the user can take out the residue separator 43 to pour out the accumulated solid waste.

Further, referring to fig. 1 and 13, the water inlet assembly 5 may further include: a water inlet valve 52. Specifically, one end of the inlet valve 52 is communicated with the first flow passage of the washing pump 51 through a water pipe, and the other end of the inlet valve 52 is communicated with an external water pipe, so that the inlet valve 52 can be used for controlling the on-off of the first flow passage, thereby facilitating the operation of a user. In one particular example, the inlet valve 52 is a solenoid valve.
Referring to fig. 1 and 13, the water inlet assembly 5 may further include: an electrolytic disinfection module 53. The electrolytic disinfection module 53 is disposed between the washing pump 51 and the water inlet end of the spray arm assembly 2, for example, the electrolytic disinfection module 53 may be disposed between the water outlet end of the first flow passage and the water inlet end of the spray arm assembly 2, or the electrolytic disinfection module 53 may be disposed between the water outlet end of the second flow passage and the water inlet end of the spray arm assembly 2, and the electrolytic disinfection module 53 may electrolyze and disinfect the washing water entering the washing chamber 1111 through the washing pump 51, thereby further ensuring a sterile and nontoxic environment in the washing chamber 1111.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the electrolytic sterilizing module 53 may be preferably provided on a waterway between the washing pump 51 and the water inlet valve 52, so that the electrolytic sterilizing module 53 may directly sterilize water introduced from an external water pipe.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 12, the residue separator 43 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, the residue separator 43 defines a containing groove adapted to contain the residue, a side wall of the residue collecting cylinder is formed with a plurality of via holes penetrating through the side wall in a thickness direction, and the residue is adapted to enter the containing groove through the via holes. For example, as shown in fig. 12, the sidewall of the residue separator 43 may include a plurality of annular ribs and a plurality of longitudinal ribs, the plurality of longitudinal ribs each extend in the axial direction of the second water-treatment groove 1117 and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the residue separator 43, the plurality of annular ribs each extend in the circumferential direction of the residue separator 43 and are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the second water-treatment groove 1117, the plurality of annular ribs and the plurality of longitudinal ribs are staggered with each other to define a plurality of through holes, and food residues may enter and be collected in the accommodating grooves through the through holes in the sidewall of the residue separator 43.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the via hole in the axial direction of the residue separating member 43 is L, the filter plate 42 is formed with a plurality of filter holes, the diameter of the filter holes is d2, the ratio of d2 to L ranges from 1/5 to 1/3, for example, the ratio of the aperture d2 of the filter hole to the height L of the via hole can be 1/5, 1/4 or 1/3, thus, when the ratio of the aperture d2 of the filter hole to the height L of the via hole is too small, for example, less than 1/5, resulting in the efficiency of the washing water passing through the filtering plate 42 being reduced, resulting in excessive water accumulation in the washing chamber 1111 to re-contaminate the dishes, and avoiding the problem that when the ratio of the aperture d2 of the filtering holes to the height L of the passing holes is too large, for example, more than 1/3, causing the residue to enter the first water treatment tank 1116 through the filter holes and adhere to the heating member 41.
In some embodiments, the distance between the top end of the residue separating member 43 and the upper surface of the filter plate 42 is 1/4-1/2 of the height of the residue separating member 43, that is, a part of the residue separating member 43 in the height direction is located at the upper side of the filter plate 42 and a part of the residue separating member 43 is located at the lower side of the filter plate 42, for example, the distance between the top end of the residue separating member 43 and the upper surface of the filter plate 42 may be 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the height of the residue separating member 43, so that it is possible to prevent the portion of the residue separating member 43 protruding into the second water-treatment tank 1117 from being too small and the residue separating member 43 from being collected less, and to prevent the portion of the residue separating member 43 protruding into the second water-treatment tank 1117 from being too large, for example, when the top end of the residue separating member 43 is flush with the filter plate 42, it is difficult to take out the residue separating member 43, or the residue separator 43 cannot filter large residues using the through holes in the peripheral wall.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a portion of the sidewall of the residue separator 43 adjacent to the bottom end is detachably engaged with the periphery of the second water-treatment tank 1117, for example, the residue separator 43 may be engaged, inserted, etc. with the periphery of the second water-treatment tank 1117, thereby facilitating the taking and placing of the residue separator 43.
Further, a positioning structure (not shown) is formed on the residue separating member 43, and an engaging portion is formed at a peripheral edge of the second water-treatment tank 1117, and the positioning structure is positioned and engaged with the engaging portion to position the residue separating member 43. For example, the positioning structure may be a positioning column, the matching portion may be a positioning hole, and the residue separating member 43 may be prevented from moving or being unstable when being impacted by water flow by positioning cooperation of the positioning structure and the matching portion.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom wall of the washing chamber 1111, that is, the chassis 1113, is further formed with an installation groove 1118 with an open top, the first water-treatment groove 1116 and the second water-treatment groove 1117 are formed on the bottom wall of the installation groove 1118, an installation boss 1119 extending along the circumferential direction of the installation groove 1118 is further formed in the installation groove 1118, the filter plate 42 is supported on the installation boss 1119 and spaced from the first water-treatment groove 1116 and the second water-treatment groove 1117 along the up-down direction, so that the stability of the installation of the filter plate 42 can be improved, and the washing water can flow out after penetrating through the filter plate 42.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the heating member 41 is formed as a heating pan, and the heating member 41 blocks the bottom of the first water-treatment tank 1116 and is bolted to the bottom wall of the washing chamber 1111, so that the installation stability of the heating member 41 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-5, the dishwasher 100 may further include: a bowl and basket assembly 7. The dish basket assembly 7 is arranged in the washing cavity 1111 to contain tableware, the spray arm assembly 2 is arranged in the washing cavity 1111 and is positioned on the lower side of the dish basket assembly 7, the water inlet end of the spray arm assembly 2 is suitable for being connected with an external water inlet pipe 22, and the water outlet end of the spray arm assembly 2 is suitable for spraying water to the tableware and the water treatment assembly 4 respectively to wash the tableware and the water treatment assembly 4 in a working state, namely, the spray arm assembly 2 can be used for washing the tableware when washing the tableware and can also be used for washing the water treatment assembly 4 after washing is finished, so as to ensure the sanitation of the water treatment assembly 4.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-5, the spray arm assembly 2 may include: a spray arm body 21 and a water inlet pipe 22. Wherein, the spray arm body 21 defines a spray water flow channel inside, the top wall of the spray arm body 21 is formed with a plurality of first water spray nozzles 211, the plurality of first water spray nozzles 211 are suitable for facing the first water spray nozzles 211 opened by the bowl and basket assembly 7, the bottom wall of the spray arm body 21 is formed with at least one second water spray nozzle 212, and the second water spray nozzle 212 is suitable for spraying water towards the water treatment assembly 4; one end of the water inlet pipe 22 is connected to the spray arm body 21, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 22 is adapted to pass through the chassis 1113 to be connected to the external water inlet pipe 22, for example, the other end of the water inlet pipe 22 can pass through the chassis 1113 to be connected to the water outlet end of the washing pump 51, and the water inlet pipe 22 can rotate relative to the chassis 1113, so that the spray arm body 21 can uniformly spray water into the washing chamber 1111, thereby promoting the tableware placed at various positions of the dish basket assembly 7 to be fully washed and improving the user satisfaction.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the spray arm body 21 may extend substantially in a serpentine shape, the first water spraying ports 211 are spaced apart along the length direction of the spray arm body 21, and the orientations of any two adjacent first water spraying ports 211 in the first water spraying ports 211 are different, so that the spray arm body 21 can further ensure to uniformly spray water into the washing cavity 1111, thereby improving the washing effect of the tableware. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, the spray arm body 21 may also be formed into a strip shape, and the shape of the spray arm body 21 may be reasonably selected according to actual requirements.
In some embodiments, the bottom plate 1113 is formed with water treatment grooves (e.g., the first water treatment groove 1116 and the second water treatment groove 1117 as described above), and at least one second water jet 212 is obliquely arranged with respect to the filter plate 42 to obliquely spray the filter plate 42, so that when food residues are adhered to the filter plate 42, the oblique spraying of the filter plate 42 by the second water jet 212 can increase an impact force against the food residues adhered to the filter plate 42, and at the same time, can push the food residues toward the residue separator 43, thereby assisting the residue separator 43 to more efficiently collect the food residues.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, the second water jet 212 may include a plurality of second water jets 212, the plurality of second water jets 212 are spaced apart along the length direction of the spray arm body 21, a portion of the plurality of second water jets 212 is a vertical water jet 2121, and the opening of the vertical water jet 2121 is along a vertical direction, so that the vertical water jet 2121 may impact the oil attached to the filter plate 42 to float the oil and flow away with the water flowing through the drainage assembly 6, and another portion of the plurality of second water jets 212 is an inclined water jet 2122, and the opening direction of the inclined water jet 2122 extends obliquely relative to the vertical direction, so that the residue having a large volume attached to the filter plate 42 may be better impacted and pushed to move into the residue separating member 43. Optionally, the range of the included angle between the opening direction of the inclined water jet and the plane where the filter plate 42 is located is: 15 degrees to 60 degrees, for example, the included angle between the inclined water jet and the plane of the filter plate 42 can be 15 degrees, 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 50 degrees or 60 degrees, so that the phenomenon that when the included angle between the opening direction of the inclined water jet and the plane of the filter plate 42 is too small, for example, less than 15 degrees, the water drops in the washing chamber 1111 are seriously splashed to cause secondary pollution can be avoided, and when the included angle between the opening direction of the inclined water jet and the plane of the filter plate 42 is too large, for example, more than 60 degrees, the water flow sprayed from the inclined water jet is difficult to drive the residues to move to the residue separating piece 43 can be avoided. Therefore, the aim of washing the filter plates 42 by using the spray arm assembly 2 can be better fulfilled, and manual cleaning is omitted.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second water spraying opening 212 may include a plurality of second water spraying openings 212, and the number of second water spraying openings 212 is less than that of first water spraying openings 211, so as to ensure that more washing water is sprayed to the dishes and the washing effect of the dishes is not reduced.
Further, the opening area of each second water jet 212 is smaller than the opening area of the first water jet 211, which is beneficial to increase the impact force of the water flow sprayed from the second water jet 212, thereby improving the washing effect of the spray arm assembly 2 on the water treatment assembly 4, especially the filter plate 42.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the water inlet pipe 22 is located at the middle of the spray arm body 21 in the length direction, and the sectional area of the water spray flow path is gradually reduced from the middle of the spray arm body 21 toward both ends thereof, so that the water pressure in the spray arm flow path can be increased, thereby increasing the impact force of the water sprayed from the first water spray 211 and the second water spray 212, and thus better washing the dishes and the filter plate 42.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the chassis 1113 of the inner container 111 may be formed with an installation via hole 1120, the installation via hole 1120 may be spaced from the front to the back of the installation groove 1118 for installing the water treatment assembly 4, and the installation via hole 1120 is located at the rear side of the installation groove 1118, and the installation via hole 1120 is located on the central axis of the installation groove 1118, so that when the spray arm assembly 2 rotates, the second water jet 212 on the spray arm body 21 may cover the water treatment assembly 4 completely, thereby better clarifying the water treatment assembly 4. The spray arm assembly 2 may further include: a transition sleeve 23. Specifically, one end of the transition sleeve 23 is inserted into the mounting through hole 1120, and the other end of the transition sleeve 23 can be sleeved on the outer side of the water inlet pipe 22, that is, the water inlet pipe 22 of the spray arm assembly 2 is connected with the chassis 1113 through the transition sleeve 23. Wherein, the periphery wall of transition cover 23 is formed with the card protruding 232, is formed with buckle 213 on the spray arm body 21, and buckle 213 can be elastic buckle 213, and buckle 213 cooperates with the protruding 232 joint of card to improve the stability that transition cover 23 and inlet tube 22 are connected.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the transition sleeve 23 is formed with a sealing flange 231 adjacent to the bottom end, the base plate 1113 is formed with a sealing ring groove extending along the circumference of the mounting hole 421, and the spray arm assembly 2 may further include: sealing ring 24, sealing ring 24 locate sealed annular, and sealed turn-ups 231 and sealing ring 24 butt cooperation in upper and lower direction so, can improve the sealed effect of mounting hole 421 department, prevent that the rivers in the washing chamber 1111 from oozing from mounting hole 421, improve the security. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the dishwasher 100 may further include: position detection means (not shown). Specifically, the position detection device can be used for detecting the position of the bowl and basket assembly 7, for example, the position detection device can be a position sensor, and the position detection device sends out an alarm prompt to a user when detecting that the bowl and basket assembly 7 exceeds the second position forwards, so that the user can return the bowl and basket assembly 7 in time, and the damage to the door body 12 is avoided.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a control panel 8 is disposed on a lower side of the door 12, the control panel 8 can be conveniently used for controlling an operation state of the dishwasher 100, the dishwasher 100 is further provided with a power supply board assembly 9, and the power supply board assembly 9 is respectively electrically connected with the control panel, the washing pump 51 and the drain pump 61, so as to conveniently control operations of the washing pump 51 and the drain pump 61.

Claims (10)

1. A dishwasher, comprising:
a cabinet defining a washing chamber having a front opening;

2. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the basket assembly comprises:
the bowl basket body is suitable for placing tableware;
the plurality of pulleys are arranged on the lower side of the bowl basket body and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bowl basket body;
when the bowl basket assembly is located at the second position, at least one pulley is in limit fit with the limit part.
3. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the plurality of pulleys are divided into a plurality of wheel sets arranged in a front-rear direction, each of the wheel sets including two pulleys arranged in a left-right direction;
the limiting parts comprise two pulleys in one-to-one correspondence, and the limiting parts are formed by protruding parts of the door body facing one side of the washing cavity.
4. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein a ratio of a height of the stopper to a height of the pulley ranges from 1/5 to 1/3.

The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein at least a portion of a side surface of the door body facing the washing chamber is recessed to form a first slide rail extending in a front-rear direction, the pulley is adapted to roll along the first slide rail to drive the basket assembly to move between the first position and the second position, and the limiting portion is formed on the first slide rail.
6. The dishwasher of claim 5, wherein when the door body is horizontally placed, the ratio of the distance between the limiting part and the front end of the first slide rail to the length of the first slide rail in the front-back direction ranges from 1/5 to 1/2.

The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the inner bottom wall of the housing is formed with a second slide rail extending in a front-rear direction, a positioning portion is formed at a position adjacent to a front end of the second slide rail, and when the basket assembly is located at the first position, a front pulley of the plurality of pulleys is in positioning engagement with the positioning portion.
8. The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the positioning part is formed by upwardly protruding upper surfaces of the second slide rails, and a ratio of a height of the positioning part to a height of the pulley is in a range of 1/6-1/4.
9. The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein a rearward pulley of the plurality of pulleys is in locating engagement with the locating portion when the basket assembly is in the second position.
10. The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising:
the bowl basket assembly detection device comprises a position detection device, wherein the position detection device is used for detecting the position of the bowl basket assembly, and the position detection device is used for sending an alarm prompt to a user when the bowl basket assembly exceeds the second position forwards.
