Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,醋酸乙烯二十份至三十份、丙烯酸丁酯二十份至三十份、交联剂五份至十份、偶联剂三份至五份、混合基水三十份至五十份、贝壳粉五份至十份、消泡剂、分散剂和外漆;本发明中在清理干净的墙面上刷涂环氧树脂底漆,在环氧树脂底漆上刷涂第一遍腻子层,后进行打磨找平,接着刷涂第二遍腻子层,再次进行打磨找平,接着刷涂醋丙乳液,待乳液晾干后对其进行打磨,打磨后在其外部刷涂环氧树脂底漆,采用热风机进行烘干即可完成施工,能够启动良好的耐碱耐水的效果,提高其使用的寿命。

一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺。
背景技术
涂料是指涂覆在物体表面形成坚韧保护膜的物料总称。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
但是现有的涂料在使用时,耐水耐碱的效果不是很好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,醋酸乙烯二十份至三十份、丙烯酸丁酯二十份至三十份、交联剂五份至十份、偶联剂三份至五份、混合基水三十份至五十份、贝壳粉五份至十份、消泡剂、分散剂和外漆。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述混合基水为蒸馏水。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述外漆为环氧树脂外漆。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:其工艺为:
将醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、蒸馏水和交联剂投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌混合,搅拌温度维持在五十摄氏度左右,搅拌时间为一至二小时,根据搅拌情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,充分搅拌混合后得到醋丙混合液;
在搅拌混合均匀后的醋丙混合液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和分散剂继续搅拌,搅拌温度维持在五十五摄氏度,搅拌混合改性,得到改性醋丙混合液;
在改性醋丙混合液中添加贝壳粉和消泡剂,置于混合机中进行搅拌混合,贝壳粉选用一万目细度规格,搅拌温度维持常温,搅拌时间为三至五小时,搅拌过程中保持查看,根据混合情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,搅拌混合后得到醋丙乳液;
施工时首先去除墙面或是物体表面多余杂质,对涂层表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后再次清楚浮灰等杂质;
在清理干净的墙面上刷涂环氧树脂底漆,在环氧树脂底漆上刷涂第一遍腻子层,后进行打磨找平,接着刷涂第二遍腻子层,再次进行打磨找平,接着刷涂醋丙乳液,待乳液晾干后对其进行打磨,打磨后在其外部刷涂环氧树脂底漆,采用热风机进行烘干即可完成施工。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中在清理干净的墙面上刷涂环氧树脂底漆,在环氧树脂底漆上刷涂第一遍腻子层,后进行打磨找平,接着刷涂第二遍腻子层,再次进行打磨找平,接着刷涂醋丙乳液,待乳液晾干后对其进行打磨,打磨后在其外部刷涂环氧树脂底漆,采用热风机进行烘干即可完成施工,能够启动良好的耐碱耐水的效果,提高其使用的寿命。
2、本发明中在改性醋丙混合液中添加贝壳粉和消泡剂,置于混合机中进行搅拌混合,贝壳粉选用一万目细度规格,搅拌温度维持常温,搅拌时间为三至五小时,搅拌过程中保持查看,根据混合情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,搅拌混合后得到醋丙乳液,能够起到增白去甲醛的效果。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例中,一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,醋酸乙烯二十份至三十份、丙烯酸丁酯二十份至三十份、交联剂五份至十份、偶联剂三份至五份、混合基水三十份至五十份、贝壳粉五份至十份、消泡剂、分散剂和外漆。
实施例一
所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述混合基水为蒸馏水,所述外漆为环氧树脂外漆。
本发明的工作原理是:将醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、蒸馏水和交联剂投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌混合,搅拌温度维持在五十摄氏度左右,搅拌时间为一至二小时,根据搅拌情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,充分搅拌混合后得到醋丙混合液;在搅拌混合均匀后的醋丙混合液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和分散剂继续搅拌,搅拌温度维持在五十五摄氏度,搅拌混合改性,得到改性醋丙混合液;在改性醋丙混合液中添加贝壳粉和消泡剂,置于混合机中进行搅拌混合,贝壳粉选用一万目细度规格,搅拌温度维持常温,搅拌时间为三至五小时,搅拌过程中保持查看,根据混合情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,搅拌混合后得到醋丙乳液;施工时首先去除墙面或是物体表面多余杂质,对涂层表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后再次清楚浮灰等杂质;在清理干净的墙面上刷涂环氧树脂底漆,在环氧树脂底漆上刷涂第一遍腻子层,后进行打磨找平,接着刷涂第二遍腻子层,再次进行打磨找平,接着刷涂醋丙乳液,待乳液晾干后对其进行打磨,打磨后在其外部刷涂环氧树脂底漆,采用热风机进行烘干即可完成施工。

1.一种耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,其特征在于,按重量份数其原料包括,醋酸乙烯二十份至三十份、丙烯酸丁酯二十份至三十份、交联剂五份至十份、偶联剂三份至五份、混合基水三十份至五十份、贝壳粉五份至十份、消泡剂、分散剂和外漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,其特征在于,所述混合基水为蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,其特征在于,所述外漆为环氧树脂外漆。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的耐碱耐水性能强的涂料及其施工工艺,其特征在于,其工艺为:
S1:将醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、蒸馏水和交联剂投入搅拌釜中进行搅拌混合,搅拌温度维持在五十摄氏度左右,搅拌时间为一至二小时,根据搅拌情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,充分搅拌混合后得到醋丙混合液。
S2:在搅拌混合均匀后的醋丙混合液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和分散剂继续搅拌,搅拌温度维持在五十五摄氏度,搅拌混合改性,得到改性醋丙混合液。
S3:在改性醋丙混合液中添加贝壳粉和消泡剂,置于混合机中进行搅拌混合,贝壳粉选用一万目细度规格,搅拌温度维持常温,搅拌时间为三至五小时,搅拌过程中保持查看,根据混合情况对搅拌时间进行适当调整,搅拌混合后得到醋丙乳液。
S4:施工时首先去除墙面或是物体表面多余杂质,对涂层表面进行打磨,打磨完毕后再次清楚浮灰等杂质。
S5:在清理干净的墙面上刷涂环氧树脂底漆,在环氧树脂底漆上刷涂第一遍腻子层,后进行打磨找平,接着刷涂第二遍腻子层,再次进行打磨找平,接着刷涂醋丙乳液,待乳液晾干后对其进行打磨,打磨后在其外部刷涂环氧树脂底漆,采用热风机进行烘干即可完成施工。
