In some embodiments, the carrier 43 comprises a transport member 431 configured to transport the tobacco stem box in a first direction. In this embodiment, the ribbon cutting device 1, the tobacco stem box turning device 3 and the tobacco stem box dumping device 4 are arranged side by side along the first direction, and the tobacco stem box sequentially passes through the ribbon cutting device 1, the tobacco stem box turning device 3 and the tobacco stem box dumping device 4 along the first direction in the tobacco stem box feeding equipment.
In the present embodiment, the two clasping arms 421 of the clasping clip 42 are arranged side by side along a second direction intersecting with the first direction. Optionally, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
In some embodiments, the transport member 431 includes a rotatable transport roller.
The bearing member 43 further includes a rotating shaft 432 extending along a horizontal axis of rotation and a frame 433 connected to the rotating shaft 432 and bearing the cut stem box, and the conveying roller is rotatably mounted in the frame 433.
The tobacco stem box discharging device further comprises a gear arranged on the rotating shaft 432 and a first motor in transmission connection with the gear. The first motor drives the carrier member 43 to turn over through the gear.
The clasping clip 42 further comprises a base 422 and a drive portion. The base 422 is configured to mount a movable clasping arm 421 thereon. The driving portion is mounted on the base 422 and configured to drive the clasping arms 421 to move relative to the base 422, so that the clasping arms 421 open and close.
The driving part includes a second motor 423, a lead screw 424, and a slider. The lead screw 424 is mounted on the base 422 and is drivingly connected to the second motor 423. The sliding block is in threaded transmission fit with the lead screw 424 and is connected with the embracing arm 421 so as to drive the embracing arm 21 to move along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
In some embodiments, the clasping 42 is configured to be movable in a vertical direction, and as the bin is conveyed towards the carrier 43, the clasping 42 is lifted to prevent the clasping 42 from blocking the movement of the bin 10.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the tobacco stem box dumping device comprises a lining bag gripping device 5 positioned on one side of the tobacco stem box dumping device 4, and the lining bag gripping device 5 is configured to grip a lining bag wrapped outside the tobacco stems.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, the liner bag gripping device 5 includes a vacuum suction head 51 and a vacuum suction box 53: the vacuum suction box 53 communicates with the vacuum suction head 51 through a pipe 54.
The liner bag gripper 5 further comprises a liner bag gripper frame 52 for carrying a vacuum suction box 53. The vacuum suction box 53 is provided with an air outlet 55. The gas enters the pipeline 54 through the vacuum suction head and then flows through the vacuum suction box 53 to be discharged from the air outlet 55, and negative pressure is formed in the vacuum suction box 53 to suck the lining bag wrapped outside the tobacco stems.
As shown in fig. 25, in operation, the tobacco stem box 10 is firstly conveyed to the band cutting device 1 to cut off the binding band, then conveyed to the lining board gripping device 2 for the first time to take out the upper inner lining board, enters the tobacco stem box turning device 3 to turn the tobacco stem box 180 degrees to make the bottom surface upward, then retreated again to be conveyed to the lining board gripping device 2 for the second time to take out the lower inner lining board, and finally conveyed to the tobacco stem pouring device 4 to prepare for the tobacco stem pouring process. When the tobacco stems are poured, the tobacco stem pouring device 4 clamps and embraces the paper boxes, the paper boxes are separated and stacked at one time, then the lining bag suction device 5 catches the lining plastic bag, the turning plate at the bottom of the tobacco stem pouring device 4 is opened, and the tobacco stems are poured out from the opening of the lining bag to enter the next process. Therefore, the process task of feeding the tobacco stems in the longitudinal box is completed.

A device for feeding boxed tobacco stems according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a cutter wheel driving member (14) for driving the cutter wheel (13) away from and/or close to the cut stem box (10), the driving member (14) being mounted on the cutting device frame and connected to the cutter wheel (13).
5. A device for feeding cabo in boxes according to claim 3, characterized in that said band-cutting means (1) comprise:
a blocking member (15) connected to the cutting device frame and configured to block the cut band (20) from moving with the container (10).
6. The cabo batch device according to claim 5, wherein said band-cutting means (1) further comprises:
a band outlet (16) provided on the cutting device conveying means (11) and upstream of the blocking means (15) in the direction of movement of the container (10);
a guide slot (12) provided above the cutting device conveying means (11) and configured to guide the band (12) towards the band outlet (16).
7. The cabo batch charging device according to claim 1, characterized in that said band-cutting means (1) further comprise a lining gripping means (2) located between said band-cutting means (1) and said stem box turning means (3) along the direction of movement of the stem box (10).

-a gripping device conveying means (28), located between the band cutting device (1) and the stem box turning device (3) in the direction of movement of the stem box (10), configured to convey the stem box (10);
a suction cup (25) provided above the gripper conveying part (28) and configured to move in a vertical direction and a width direction of the gripper conveying part (28).

a first grip driving section (22) including a first moving member that moves in a width direction of the gripping device conveying member (28);
and the second grabbing driving part (24) is installed on the first moving part, the second grabbing driving part (24) comprises a second moving part moving along the vertical direction, and the second moving part is connected with the sucking disc (25).

The apparatus for feeding box-packed tobacco stems according to claim 9, wherein the liner plate gripping device (2) further comprises a gripping device frame (21) provided at one side of the gripping device conveying member (28), the first gripping driving part (22) is mounted on the gripping device frame (21), and the first moving member of the first gripping driving part (22) is configured to move toward the outside of the gripping device frame (21).

a circular rail (33) configured to rotate about an axis thereof as a rotation center, an axial direction of the circular rail (33) extending in a horizontal direction;
a first overturning conveying member (34) provided inside said circular track (33) and connected to said circular track (33) and configured to convey said peduncle box (10);
a second overturning conveying component (36) arranged on the circular track (33), connected with the circular track (33) and configured to convey the tobacco stem box (10), wherein the second overturning conveying component (36) is parallel to the first overturning conveying component (34).

The cabo feeder apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the distance between the second overturning conveyor member (36) and the first overturning conveyor member (34) is adjustable to clamp the cabo box (10) between the second overturning conveyor member (36) and the first overturning conveyor member (34).
13. The cabo batch charging device according to claim 11, wherein said cabo box turning device (3) further comprises a third turning conveyor (35) vertically disposed between said second turning conveyor (36) and said first turning conveyor (34).
14. The cabo batch charging device according to claim 1, wherein said cabo batch dumping means (4) further comprises:
a pouring device frame (41) configured to mount the carrier member (43);

18. The cabo box pouring device according to claim 14, wherein the clasping (42) is arranged to be movable in a vertical direction.
19. The cabo box dumping device according to claim 1, further comprising a liner bag gripping device (5) located at one side of said cabo box dumping device (4).
20. The cabo box pouring device according to claim 19, wherein the inner liner bag gripping means (5) comprises:
a vacuum suction head (51); and
a vacuum suction box (53) communicating with the vacuum suction head (51) through a pipe (54).
