Abstract
The invention provides a helicopter cabin door with a movable window self-locking mechanism, which comprises: a helicopter cabin door panel having a movable window; the movable window assembly sliding rail is arranged on the door panel of the helicopter cabin door and is used for installing the movable window; the fixed rack is arranged on the door plate of the helicopter cabin door; one end of the spring is connected with the movable window; the push-pull rod is provided with a push-pull rod rack and is connected with the other end of the spring; when the movable window needs to be opened, the push-pull handle is pressed by a hand and pulled to one side, the spring is stressed and compressed, and when the push-pull rod rack is separated from the fixed rack, the movable window can be opened; when the movable window needs to be opened to a certain position, the push-pull handle is released, and the push-pull rod rack is meshed with the fixed rack under the action of the elastic force of the spring to complete locking of the movable window.

Background
At present, a movable window assembly in the middle of a door panel of a helicopter cabin door is usually fixed by increasing frictional resistance between the movable window and a window sliding rail in a manner of increasing the frictional resistance by adding a rubber pad, a friction pad and the like, the frictional resistance is easy to reduce after the movable window is used for a period of time, the movable window assembly is easy to automatically open/close, the rubber pad or the friction pad needs to be replaced again, and the failure rate of the window and the maintenance cost of the helicopter are increased.

Preferably, the helicopter door further comprises a handle mounting bolt and a handle mounting nut for mounting the push-pull handle.
Preferably, the push-pull rod rack may be engaged with the first fixed rack and the second fixed rack.

the movable window assembly adopting the structure is convenient to open, firm in locking and convenient to maintain, and frequent maintenance and repair of the movable window assembly can be avoided.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a helicopter door with a self-locking mechanism for a movable window, comprising: a helicopter cabin door panel having a movable window; the movable window assembly sliding rail is arranged on the door plate of the helicopter cabin door and used for installing the movable window; the fixed rack is arranged on the door plate of the helicopter cabin door; one end of the spring is connected with the movable window; and the push-pull rod is provided with a push-pull rod rack and is connected with the other end of the spring.
When the movable window needs to be opened, the push-pull rod is pressed by a hand and pulled to one side, the spring is stressed and compressed, and when the rack of the push-pull rod is separated from the fixed rack, the movable window can be opened; when the movable window needs to be opened to a certain position, the push-pull rod is released, the pull rod rack is pushed to be meshed with the fixed rack under the action of the elastic force of the spring, and the movable window is locked.
In other embodiments of the present application, the helicopter door further comprises: and the push-pull handle is arranged on the push-pull rod.

The movable window assembly comprises a movable window assembly sliding rail 2, a movable window 3, a handle mounting bolt 4, a fixed rack 5 at the upper part of the inner side of the movable window, a fixed rack 6 at the lower part of the inner side of the movable window, a push-pull rod 7, a push-pull handle 8, a handle mounting nut 9, a spring 10, a push-pull rod rack 11 and fixed rack internal teeth 12.
The window opening and closing self-locking mechanism consists of a handle mounting bolt 4, a fixed rack 5 at the upper part of the inner side of the movable window, a fixed rack 6 at the lower part of the inner side of the movable window, a push-pull rod 7, a push-pull handle 8, a handle mounting nut 9, a spring 10, a push-pull rod rack 11 and fixed rack inner teeth 12.
Wherein, the teeth of the inner teeth 12 of the fixed rack 5 at the upper part of the inner side of the movable window and the fixed rack 6 at the lower part of the inner side of the movable window incline towards the front side of the movable window 3, and the teeth of the push-pull rod rack 11 of the push-pull rod 7 incline towards the rear side of the movable window 3, as shown in fig. 2.
It should be noted that such a tooth-direction inclined design can save the pushing force when the movable window 3 is closed (slid forward), and increase the resistance when the movable window 3 is fixed at a certain position or when the movable window 3 is opened (slid backward). The spring 10 provides a pressure between the push-pull rod rack 11 and the internal teeth 12 of the fixed rack.
The specific opening or closing manner of the present application is as follows:
when the movable window 3 needs to be opened, the push-pull handle 8 is pressed by a hand and pulled towards the rear side, the spring 10 is stressed and compressed, the movable window 3 can be opened after the push-pull rod rack 11 and the fixed rack internal teeth 12 are separated, and when the movable window 3 needs to be opened to a certain position, the push-pull handle 8 is released, and the movable window 3 can be locked.
When the movable window 3 needs to be closed, the push-pull handle 8 is held by hand and slides towards the front side.
In order to solve the problems and the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the movable window assembly fixed through the rack and the spring.
Claims (8)
1. A helicopter door with a moving window self-locking mechanism, said helicopter door comprising:
a helicopter cabin door panel having a movable window;
the movable window assembly sliding rail is arranged on the door panel of the helicopter cabin door and is used for installing the movable window;
the fixed rack is arranged on the door plate of the helicopter cabin door;
one end of the spring is connected with the movable window;
the push-pull rod is provided with a push-pull rod rack and is connected with the other end of the spring;
when the movable window needs to be opened, the push-pull rod is pressed by a hand and pulled to one side, the spring is stressed and compressed, and when the rack of the push-pull rod is separated from the fixed rack, the movable window can be opened; when the movable window needs to be opened to a certain position, the push-pull rod is loosened, and the rack of the push-pull rod is meshed with the fixed rack under the action of the elastic force of the spring to complete the locking of the movable window.
2. The helicopter door with an open and close window self-locking mechanism of claim 1 further comprising:
the push-pull handle is arranged on the push-pull rod;
when the movable window needs to be opened, the push-pull handle is pressed by a hand and pulled to one side, the spring is stressed and compressed, and when the push-pull rod rack is separated from the fixed rack, the movable window can be opened; when the movable window needs to be opened to a certain position, the push-pull handle is released, and the push-pull rod rack is meshed with the fixed rack under the action of the elastic force of the spring to complete locking of the movable window.
3. The helicopter door with an open and close window self-locking mechanism of claim 2, characterized in that the stationary rack comprises:
the first fixed rack is arranged on the door plate of the helicopter cabin door at the upper part of the inner side of the movable window;
and the second fixed rack is arranged on the door panel of the helicopter cabin door at the lower part of the inner side of the movable window.
4. The door of claim 3 wherein the rack of push-pull rods is disposed at both ends of the push-pull rods.
5. The door of claim 4 in which the first and second fixed racks have internal teeth that face in opposite directions to the internal teeth of the push-pull rod rack.
6. The door of claim 5, wherein the teeth of the first and second fixed racks are inclined toward the front side of the movable window; and the teeth of the internal teeth of the push-pull rod rack incline towards the rear side of the movable window.
7. The helicopter door with an open and closed window self-locking mechanism of claim 2 further comprising a handle mounting bolt and a handle mounting nut for mounting the push-pull handle.
8. The door of claim 4 wherein the push-pull rod rack is engageable with the first and second fixed racks.
