the feeding lantern ring device is used for sleeving a ring-shaped part 1 on a pipe fitting 2; the feeding lantern ring device comprises a bearing part 10, a moving part 20, a lantern ring assembly 30 and a feeding assembly 40, wherein when the moving part 20 moves towards the direction close to the bearing part 10, the lantern ring assembly 30 is inserted into the first accommodating space 13 through the first opening 131 to drive the annular part 1 in the first accommodating space 13 to be sleeved on the pipe fitting 2; meanwhile, the feeding assembly 40 drops one ring-shaped member 1 in the first feeding channel 12 to the upper side of the collar assembly 30; then, the moving member 20 moves away from the carrier 10 to make the feeding assembly 40 block the ring member 1 in the first feeding channel 12, and at the same time, the collar assembly 30 withdraws from the first accommodating space 13 to make the ring member 1 blocked by the collar assembly 30 fall into the first accommodating space 13, so that the moving member 20 moves toward the direction close to the carrier 10 to make the ring member 1 in the first accommodating space 13 fit on the pipe member, and the cycle is repeated. This material loading lantern ring device drives lantern ring subassembly 30 and material loading subassembly 40 through moving member 20 and moves in order to realize the loop forming element material loading simultaneously and establish the loop forming element cover on the pipe fitting, and one process is integrated to two processes, and equipment utilization increases by 50%, and stability improves, has improved production efficiency, has reduced manufacturing cost.

Claims (11)

1. A material loading lantern ring device is characterized by being used for sleeving a ring-shaped part (1) on a pipe fitting (2); the material loading lantern ring device includes:
the ring-shaped part feeding device comprises a bearing part (10), a moving part (20), a collar assembly (30) and a feeding assembly (40), wherein the bearing part (10) is provided with a first feeding hole (11), a first feeding channel (12) and a first accommodating space (13), the first feeding hole (11) is arranged at a first end of the first feeding channel (12), a second end of the first feeding channel (12) is communicated with the first accommodating space (13), and the first feeding channel (12) is used for accommodating the ring-shaped part (1); the first accommodation space (13) has a first opening (131) extending onto a first end face of the carrier (10); the moving part (20) makes linear reciprocating motion along the horizontal direction; the collar assembly (30) and the feeding assembly (40) are both arranged on the moving member (20);
when the moving part (20) moves towards the direction close to the bearing part (10), the lantern ring assembly (30) is inserted into the first accommodating space (13) through the first opening (131) to drive the annular part (1) in the first accommodating space (13) to be sleeved on the pipe fitting (2); the feeding assembly (40) drops one of the rings (1) in the first feeding channel (12) above the collar assembly (30); when the moving member (20) moves towards the direction far away from the bearing member (10), the feeding assembly (40) blocks the ring member (1) in the first feeding channel (12), and the collar assembly (30) is withdrawn from the first accommodating space (13) so that the ring member (1) blocked above the collar assembly (30) falls into the first accommodating space (13).
2. A loading collar arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said first feed channel (12) is adapted to accommodate a plurality of said rings (1) arranged in a vertical stack; the feeding assembly (40) comprises a first distributing part (41) and a second distributing part (42), wherein the first distributing part (41) is positioned above the second distributing part (42);
the first distributing member (41) is inserted in the first feeding channel (12) to penetrate the annular member (1) when the mobile member (20) moves towards the direction close to the carrier member (10); the second distribution member (42) exits the first feed channel (12) to drop the annular member (1) between the first distribution member (41) and the second distribution member (42) above the collar assembly (30);
-the first distribution member (41) exits the first feeding channel (12) when the mobile member (20) moves towards a direction away from the carrier member (10); the second distribution member (42) is inserted into the first feed channel (12) to block the annular member (1) in the first feed channel (12) by the second distribution member (42).

A loading collar arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that said moving member (20) comprises a first moving part (21) and a second moving part (22), said first moving part (21) and said second moving part (22) being arranged on opposite sides of said carrier (10); the first distributing part (41) is arranged on the first moving part (21) and is positioned on one side of the first moving part (21) close to the second moving part (22); the second distributing part (42) is arranged on the second moving part (22) and is positioned on one side, close to the first moving part (21), of the second moving part (22).

A loading collar arrangement according to claim 3, wherein said moving member (20) further comprises a guide rod (23); the guide rod (23) penetrates through a guide hole of the bearing piece (10), and the first moving portion (21) and the second moving portion (22) are connected with the guide rod (23).

A loading collar arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the collar assembly (30) comprises a core rod (31), an outer sleeve (32) and a first resilient member (33), the outer sleeve (32) being connected to the moveable member (20); the core bar (31) is inserted into the accommodating cavity of the outer sleeve (32), and the first end of the core bar (31) protrudes out of the outer sleeve (32); the first elastic piece (33) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, a first end of the first elastic piece (33) is connected with the moving piece (20) or the outer sleeve (32), and a second end of the first elastic piece (33) is connected with a second end of the core rod (31).

A loading collar arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the carrier (10) comprises a main portion (14) and a movable portion (15), the movable portion (15) and the main portion (14) together enclosing the first receiving space (13); the movable part (15) is movably arranged under the driving of the moving part (20) so as to adjust the size of the first accommodating space (13);
when the moving element (20) moves towards the direction close to the carrier (10), the first accommodating space (13) is enlarged under the action of the movable part (15); when the moving member (20) moves in a direction away from the carrier (10), the first accommodation space (13) is reduced by the movable portion (15).
7. A loading collar arrangement according to claim 6, wherein the moving member (20) comprises a press (24); the movable part (15) makes reciprocating linear motion along the vertical direction; the material loading lantern ring device still includes:
a work table on which the carrier (10) and the moving member (20) are both arranged;
the first end of the transmission piece (60) is connected with the movable part (15) and can be rotatably arranged relative to the movable part (15), and the second end of the transmission piece (60) is connected with a mounting piece (50) positioned on the workbench and can be rotatably arranged relative to the mounting piece (50); the pressing part (24) is pressed on the transmission piece (60);
a second elastic member (70) disposed between the transmission member (60) and the table.
8. A loading collar arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the press (24) is a roller.
9. A loading collar arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the carrier (10) further has a second feed opening (16), a second feed channel and a second receiving space (18), the second feed opening (16) being arranged at a first end of the second feed channel, a second end of the second feed channel being in communication with the second receiving space (18); the second accommodating space (18) is communicated with the first accommodating space (13) through a first communication channel (191), so that the ring component (1) is sleeved on the pipe fitting (2) in the second accommodating space (18) after the collar component (30) sequentially passes through the first accommodating space (13) and the first communication channel (191).
10. A loading collar device according to claim 9, characterized in that the carrier (10) further has a second communication channel (192), the second communication channel (192) communicating with both the second feed channel and the first receiving space (13); the material loading lantern ring device still includes:
the material receiving part (80) is movably arranged between the second communication channel (192) and the first accommodating space (13) so as to receive incoming materials of the second feeding channel and convey the pipe fitting (2) into the first accommodating space (13).
11. A heat exchanger production line comprising a loading collar arrangement, wherein the loading collar arrangement is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
