Optionally, the fourth chamber 215 may be communicated with an external air source device through the rotating component 212, specifically, the rotating shaft of the rotating component 212 and the screwing block are respectively hollow to form an air delivery channel, and one end of the air delivery channel relatively far from the medicine feeding assembly is connected with the external air source device.
Example 5
The present embodiment provides a medical dressing, in which, on the basis of embodiment 4, a third phototherapy module 216 is formed on the first auxiliary treatment area 202; the third phototherapy module 216 includes a plurality of therapeutic light sources, which may be OLED light sources or LED light sources; the treatment light source is used for emitting radiation treatment light; when in use, the therapeutic light emitted by the third phototherapy module 216 irradiates the joint fossa portion, and the therapeutic light cooperates with the medicine applied by the medicine-applying component to perform phototherapy and pharmacotherapy on the joint portion, so that the temperature of the joint fossa portion can be raised during phototherapy, the absorption of the skin of the joint portion to the medicine can be promoted, and the therapeutic effect is good.
Example 6
The present embodiment provides a medical dressing, in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 5, as shown in fig. 8, the first auxiliary treatment area 202 includes a central treatment area and an annular massage area located around the central treatment area, where the central treatment area is a phototherapy and medication area, and the third phototherapy module 216 and the first channel 209 are both distributed in the central treatment area; the surface of the annular massage area is provided with an accommodating groove facing the first space; a massage component 217 is arranged in the accommodating groove; the massage assembly 217 includes a massage head 218 and a drive assembly that drives the massage head 218 to extend and retract from within the receiving recess. The massage component 217 can relieve vein relaxation to bring comfort to the patient, and can promote the absorption of the skin at the joint part to the medicine, thereby achieving good treatment effect.
When the massage head 218 is used, the driving assembly drives the massage head 218 to alternately extend and retract from the notch of the accommodating groove according to the preset time length and the preset extending amount, and the massage head 218 contacts with the joint socket part according to a certain frequency to press and massage the joint socket part, so that the varicose veins of the standpipe can be facilitated. For example, the preset duration is t1, the preset protrusion is l1, the massage assembly 217 is started, the massage head 218 protrudes from the notch of the accommodating groove and gradually protrudes by the preset protrusion l1 for a certain time, the duration of the whole process is t1, after reaching the preset duration, the massage head 218 is reset, i.e. retracted into the accommodating groove and kept for a certain time, and the duration of the whole process is t1.
Optionally, several different gears can be set to meet different demands of users, and the different gears correspond to different preset durations and different extension amounts, namely, correspond to different massage frequencies and massage intensities.
Preferably, the driving assembly is a pneumatic driving assembly, as shown in fig. 9, including a second elastic diaphragm 219 disposed in the receiving groove; the second elastic diaphragm 219 is arranged parallel to the bottom of the accommodating groove, and forms a hollow and sealed fifth chamber 220 with the bottom of the accommodating groove and the side wall of the groove, and the fifth chamber 220 is communicated with an external air source device; the massage head 218 is disposed on a side of the second elastic diaphragm 219 opposite from the fifth chamber 220.
When in use, the external air source device is controlled to alternately charge and discharge air into the fifth chamber 220 to realize the massage of the joint socket, and when in charge, the pressure in the fifth chamber 220 is gradually increased, so that the second elastic diaphragm 219 bends towards the notch side of the accommodating groove, and the massage head 218 extends out of the notch of the accommodating groove, contacts with the joint socket and performs pressing massage on the joint socket; when the air is deflated, the pressure in the fifth chamber 220 gradually decreases and returns to normal, the second elastic diaphragm 219 gradually flattens, and the massage head 218 is retracted from the notch of the accommodation groove; the amount of inflation is controlled to control the amount of protrusion of the massage head 218.
