In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, four second channels 210 are uniformly distributed on the medicine feeding assembly, the working state of the medicine feeding assembly refers to a state in which the first channel 209 and the second channel 210 are communicated, the non-working state of the medicine feeding assembly refers to a state in which the first channel 209 and the second channel 210 are not communicated, and the medicine feeding assembly is driven to rotate by the rotating component 212 to realize switching between the working state and the non-working state of the medicine feeding assembly.
The medicine can be gel-type or paste-type medicine for treating varicosity, the varicosity is blood tortuosity and expansion caused by blood fiber stasis, damage of a venous valve and other factors, and the medicine is conveyed to the surface of the first auxiliary treatment area 202 through the medicine feeding assembly and is in pasting contact with the glenoid fossa, so that the dissolving of blood fiber and the repair of the venous valve are facilitated, and normal blood circulation is facilitated.
Further, a first elastic diaphragm 213 is arranged in the second chamber; the first resilient diaphragm 213 divides the second chamber into separate third 214 and fourth 215 chambers; the third chamber 214 is used for storing a drug; the fourth chamber 215 is communicated with an external air source device; the gas source device is configured to inflate the fourth chamber 215 to press the third chamber 214 through the first elastic membrane 213, so as to press the drug stored in the third chamber 214 into the drug delivery channel, and reach the surface of the first auxiliary treatment region 202 through the drug delivery channel to contact with the glenoid.
Alternatively, the fourth chamber 215 and the external air source device can be communicated through the rotating member 212, and specifically, the rotating shaft of the rotating member 212 and the screw block are respectively hollow to form an air transmission channel, and one end of the air transmission channel, which is relatively far away from the medicine feeding assembly, is connected with the external air source device.
Example 5
In this embodiment, based on embodiment 4, a third phototherapy module 216 is formed on the first auxiliary treatment region 202; the third phototherapy module 216 includes a number of therapeutic light sources, which may be OLED light sources or LED light sources; the therapeutic light source is used for emitting radiation therapeutic light; when using, the treatment light radiation that third phototherapy module 216 sent is at the glenoid position, and the medicine that the subassembly was applyed on the cooperation carries out the dual treatment of phototherapy and pharmacotherapy to this joint position, and the phototherapy in-process, the temperature at glenoid position can rise to some extent, can promote the absorption of this position skin to the medicine, and treatment is effectual.
Example 6
In this embodiment, based on embodiment 5, as shown in fig. 8, the first auxiliary treatment region 202 includes a central treatment region, that is, a phototherapy and medication region, and an annular massage region located around the central treatment region, where the third phototherapy module 216 and the first channels 209 are distributed; the surface of the annular massage area is provided with an accommodating groove facing the first space; a massage component 217 is arranged in the accommodating groove; the massage assembly 217 includes a massage head 218 and a driving assembly that can drive the massage head 218 to extend out of and retract into the accommodating recess. The massage assembly 217 can relieve venous relaxation and bring comfort to a patient, and can promote the absorption of the skin of the joint part to medicines, so that a good treatment effect is achieved.
When the massager is used, the driving component drives the massage heads 218 to alternately extend out and retract from the notches of the accommodating grooves according to preset duration and preset extension, and the massage heads 218 contact with the fossa glenoid part according to a certain frequency to press and massage the fossa glenoid part, so that the standpipe varicosity is facilitated. For example, the massage assembly 217 is activated after a preset time period t1 and a preset extension l1, the massage head 218 extends out of the notch of the accommodating groove and gradually extends out of the accommodating groove by a length of a preset extension l1 and is kept for a certain time, the time period of the whole process is a preset time period t1, after the preset time period is reached, the massage head 218 resets, i.e., retracts into the accommodating groove and is kept for a certain time, and the time period of the whole process is a preset time period t 1.
Alternatively, several different gears can be set to meet different requirements of the user, and the different gears correspond to different preset time lengths and different extension amounts, namely, different massage frequencies and massage strengths.
Preferably, the driving assembly is a pneumatic driving assembly, as shown in fig. 9, comprising a second elastic diaphragm 219 disposed in the receiving recess; the second elastic diaphragm 219 is arranged parallel to the bottom of the accommodating groove, and encloses a hollow and closed fifth chamber 220 with the bottom of the accommodating groove and the side walls of the groove, and the fifth chamber 220 is communicated with an external air source device; the massage head 218 is disposed on a side of the second elastic membrane 219 relatively remote from the fifth chamber 220.
When in use, the external air source device is controlled to alternately inflate and deflate into the fifth chamber 220 to realize the massage to the glenoid, when inflated, the pressure in the fifth chamber 220 is gradually increased, so that the second elastic diaphragm 219 bends to one side facing the notch of the accommodating groove, and the massage head 218 extends out of the notch of the accommodating groove to be in contact with the glenoid and perform pressing massage to the glenoid; when the air is deflated, the pressure in the fifth chamber 220 gradually decreases and gradually returns to normal, the second elastic diaphragm 219 gradually flattens, and the massage head 218 retracts from the notch of the accommodating groove; the extending amount of the massage head 218 is controlled by controlling the amount of the air inflation.
