Abstract
The invention aims to develop a water-soluble biscuit containing various foods, vitamins and trace elements, thereby providing a biscuit containing carotene, hawthorn, sea buckthorn and poria cocos. The biscuit is prepared by reasonably combining carotene, tuckahoe, hawthorn, sea buckthorn, herba lycopi and sealwort extracts, and various vitamins and trace elements, and mixing the extract with flour and other materials to prepare the water-soluble biscuit, which is beneficial to supplementing the vitamins and trace elements of a human body and improving the microcirculation of the human body.

Background

The specific efficacy and effect of beta-carotene is as follows:
1. eye protection: the rod cells on the retina contain rhodopsin and have a function of scotopic vision. It is indicated for difficulty in micturition, edema, abdominal distention, expectoration, emesis, diarrhea, spermatorrhea, stranguria with turbid urine, palpitation, and amnesia.
The fructus crataegi is dried mature fruit of Crataegus pinnatifida or Crataegus pinnatifida of Rosaceae. Haw is sour and sweet in flavor and slightly warm in nature. It enters spleen, stomach and liver meridians. The hawthorn has three main effects: the food has the effects of promoting digestion and invigorating stomach, and can be used for treating food stagnation and gastric distention. Secondly, the medicine can promote qi circulation and dissipate blood stasis, and is used for treating diarrhea and dysentery, blood stasis amenorrhea, postpartum abdominal pain caused by blood stasis and incomplete lochiorrhea. The fructus Hippophae is dried mature fruit of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Belongs to the blood-activating and menstruation-regulating medicines classified under the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines, and has the main pharmacological effects of enhancing uterine contraction, resisting blood coagulation, improving blood stasis and the like.
Rhizoma Polygonati is dried rhizome of Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl, Polygonatum sibiricum Red, or Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua of Liliaceae. Mild in nature and sweet in taste. It enters lung, spleen and kidney meridians. Invigorating qi, nourishing yin, invigorating spleen, moistening lung, and invigorating kidney. They belong to yin tonics classified under deficiency tonics. It is commonly used for deficiency of spleen-stomach qi, fatigue, stomach yin deficiency, dry mouth, poor appetite, lung deficiency, dry cough, hemoptysis, essence and blood deficiency, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, early white beard and hair, internal heat, diabetes. Pharmacological research shows that: rhizoma Polygonati has effects of increasing coronary blood flow, regulating blood lipid, lowering blood sugar, resisting aging and enhancing immunity. The rhizoma Polygonati crude polysaccharide has effects of regulating immunity, protecting chemical hepatic injury, resisting inflammation and virus. In addition, it also has antibacterial, pathogenic microorganism resisting, blood pressure lowering, and hemostatic effects. Vitamin C, also known as L-ascorbic acid, is a polyhydroxy compound having the chemical formula C6H8O6. Vitamin C is a vitamin necessary for human body, and has the following functions:

4-6 parts of polygonatum sibiricum extract
8-10 parts of vitamin C and selenoprotein.
