First, an application scenario of the present disclosure will be explained. The present disclosure may be applied to a mobile payment scenario. In the related art, a user can shop through a mobile terminal of each e-commerce platform, and a shopping process of the e-commerce platform is that the user usually jumps to a purchase order from a commodity page after the purchase order is determined on the commodity page, jumps to a payment mode selection page from the purchase order to select a payment mode after the purchase order information is determined on the purchase order information and payment is determined, and performs payment operation after the payment mode is selected, so that the payment process is long.
In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides a payment method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable medium, which can aggregate a lower order page and a payment method selection page by selecting a payment method on a lower order interface, reduce page jumps in a payment process, and shorten the payment process. The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow diagram illustrating a payment method, as shown in fig. 1, according to an exemplary embodiment, the method including:
step 101, displaying a ordering page of a first network platform, and displaying a first control for selecting a payment mode on the ordering page.
The first network platform may be any network platform supporting online shopping, such as shopping templates in each e-commerce platform, payment platform, and shopping templates in short video platform, and the order-placing page may be displayed by the electronic device through an Application (APP) of the first network platform, also called a mobile terminal or a client terminal, or may be displayed through a mobile web page terminal of the first network platform.
For example, after the user determines that a certain commodity is to be purchased on the display page of the commodity and performs ordering operation on the display page, the current page enters an ordering page from the display page of the commodity, at this time, the ordering page is displayed, and a first control for selecting a payment method is displayed on the ordering page, where the first control may be a selection button for selecting the payment method.
And 102, after the first control is triggered, displaying at least one payment mode on the order placing page.
For example, taking the first control as the selection button of the payment method as an example, when the selection button is triggered, one or more payment methods are shown on the lower order page, and different payment methods may be understood as different payment channels, for example, the at least one payment method may include: an account balance of the first network platform, one or more other third party payment platforms, a debit card, a credit card, digital RMB, and the like. The at least one payment mode displayed on the lower menu page can be in a popup window form, namely when a selection key is triggered, a window can be popped up and displayed, and the at least one payment mode is displayed in the window for a user to select.
Step 103, after receiving a first selection instruction for selecting a first payment method, determining the first payment method as a current payment method, where the first payment method is any one of the at least one payment methods.
For example, after at least one payment method is shown on the order placing page, the user may select a required payment method, for example, the user may determine the required payment method by clicking any payment method. And generating a corresponding first selection instruction after the first payment mode is selected, so that the first payment mode is determined as the current payment mode in response to the first selection instruction.
It is worth mentioning that if the steps 102 and 103 are not performed, that is, the user does not actively select the payment method, the payment method selected in the last payment operation may be defaulted as the current payment method.
And 104, after receiving the first payment instruction, jumping the current page from the ordering page to a first payment page of a second network platform corresponding to the first payment mode, wherein the first payment page is used for executing payment operation corresponding to the ordering page.
For example, the first payment instruction may be triggered by a payment key on the lower page, or may be triggered by other means on the lower page, such as a gesture operation or voice recognition.
And after receiving the first payment instruction, jumping the current page from the order-placing page to a first payment page of a second network platform corresponding to the first payment mode according to the determined first payment mode. The second network platform and the first network platform are the same or different network platforms. For example, when the first payment method is a third-party payment platform, the current page is jumped to a payment page of the third-party payment platform, and when the first payment method is a credit card, the current page is jumped to a payment page of a bank corresponding to the credit card or jumped to a payment page of a union pay. If the first payment method is the payment method in the first network payment platform, for example, the account balance of the first network payment platform, a bank card bound to the first network platform (for example, a bank card with fast payment or secret payment), a debit and credit account of the first network platform, or a financial account of the first network platform, the second network platform is the first network platform, and at this time, the payment page of the first network platform is skipped.
For example, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an effect of a payment method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a placing page 20 is shown, in which an order information display area 21, a payment information display area 22, and a payment operation area 23 are included, the order information display area 21 is used for displaying order information of a product, the payment information display area 22 is used for displaying an amount to be paid and a payment method, the payment information display area 22 includes a selection key 221 for selecting the payment method, and the payment operation area 23 displays an amount to be finally paid and a payment key 231. When the selection button 221 is triggered, a pop-up window is opened on the payment information display area 22 to display one or more payment methods, and an order placing interface after the selection button 221 is triggered is shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the effect of a payment method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, another order placing page is illustrated, in which the order information display area 21, the payment operation area 23 and a popup window 222 displayed after the selection key 221 is triggered are also included, in which a payment manner A, B, C and four payment manners D are displayed in the popup window 222 for the user to select. After the payment method B is selected from the pop-up window 222, the pop-up window 222 is retracted and displayed as the payment information display area 22 again, and the payment method in the payment information display area 22 is changed from the payment method a shown in fig. 2 to the payment method B. It should be noted that the ordering interface shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3 is exemplary, including but not limited to this, and more or less information may be displayed on the ordering interface according to the requirement.
Through the technical scheme, the payment mode can be selected on the lower single page and the corresponding payment page can be directly jumped to, so that page jump in the payment process can be reduced, and the payment process is shortened.
Fig. 4 is a flow diagram illustrating a payment method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, based on different payment results after performing a payment operation, the method may further include the following steps based on the method shown in fig. 1:
and 105, jumping the current page from the first payment page to a ordering completion page of the first network platform when the payment operation is determined to be completed.
And 106, when the payment operation is determined to be failed, jumping the current page from the first payment page to a placing failure page of the first network platform, wherein a second control for reselecting the payment mode is displayed on the placing failure page.
And step 107, after the second control is triggered, displaying at least one payment mode on a list placement failure page.
It can be understood that, after the payment operation is determined to be completed and the payment is successful, the current page is switched from the first payment page back to the ordering completion page of the first network platform, and the ordering completion page is used for informing that the ordering is successful. After determining that the payment operation fails (for example, the account balance corresponding to the network platform corresponding to the selected payment method is insufficient, or payment cannot be completed because of a network problem, etc.), the current page may be first skipped from the first payment page to an order taking failure page of the first network platform, the order taking failure page is used to notify of order taking failure, for example, "order taking failure" or "payment failure", or "order taking failure, please pay again" or the like is displayed, and a second control for reselecting the payment method is displayed on the order taking failure page.
For example, the second control may also be a selection button for selecting a payment method, and when the selection button is triggered, the at least one payment method is displayed on the order-placement failure page, where the displayed at least one payment method may be the same as the at least one payment method displayed in step 102, that is, when the payment method is reselected, the same payment method as that when the payment method was last paid may be provided to the user. Alternatively, the payment method shown at this time may be different from the at least one payment method shown in step 102, for example, the at least one payment method shown at this time may not include the first payment method for which the payment failed previously.
And 108, after receiving a second selection instruction for selecting a second payment mode, determining the second payment mode as the current payment mode, wherein the second payment mode is any one of the at least one payment mode, and the second payment mode is the same as or different from the first payment mode.
And step 109, after receiving the second payment instruction, jumping the current page from the ordering failure page to a second payment page of a third network platform corresponding to the second payment mode, where the second payment page is used to re-execute the payment operation.
For example, the second payment instruction may be triggered by a payment button on the order-placement failure page, or may be triggered by other means, such as a gesture operation or voice recognition, on the order-placement failure page.
And after receiving the second payment instruction, jumping the current page from the ordering failure page to a second payment page of a third network platform corresponding to the second payment mode according to the determined second payment mode. The third network platform and the second network platform are the same or different platforms, and the third network platform and the first network platform are the same or different network platforms. For example, when the second payment method is a third party payment platform, the current page is jumped to the payment page of the third party payment platform, and when the second payment method is a credit card, the current page is jumped to the payment page of a bank corresponding to the credit card or jumped to the payment page of a union pay. If the second payment method is selected as the payment method of the first network payment platform, for example, the account balance of the first network payment platform, a bank card bound to the first network platform (for example, a bank card with fast payment or secret payment), a debit and credit account of the first network platform, or a financial account of the first network platform, the third network platform is the first network platform, and at this time, the third network platform jumps to the payment page of the first network platform. That is, it can be understood that, when the user performs the payment operation for the first time, the user may select the current payment method of the first network platform or another network platform, and when the payment operation is performed again after the payment operation fails, the user may still select the payment method of the network platform that has been selected before to perform the payment, or select the payment method of the new network platform to perform the payment.
And step 110, when the payment operation is determined to be interrupted, establishing a to-be-paid order corresponding to the payment operation, wherein the payment mode of the to-be-paid order is set as a first payment mode.
For example, when a payment operation is performed, if the payment operation is interrupted due to quitting the payment flow for some reason (for example, quitting the current page when the payment is not completed, or giving up the payment when the payment operation is performed, etc.), an order to be paid corresponding to the payment operation is established and saved, because the payment method is already set as the first payment method when the payment is initiated, the payment method of the order to be paid is determined as the first payment method. The order to be paid may be saved for a preset time period, for example, 30 minutes, and within a time range not exceeding the preset time period, the payment operation may be re-initiated by executing the order to be paid. And when the time reaches the preset time length, if the order to be paid does not finish payment, deleting the order to be paid.
Through the implementation mode, the payment mode during re-payment can be selected on the order-placing failure page when the order-placing failure occurs, the problem that the payment mode needs to be selected after the payment mode is selected by jumping to the payment mode selection page from the order-placing failure page is solved, the page jumping link during re-payment after the order-placing failure can be reduced, and therefore the payment process is further shortened.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a payment method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, in another embodiment, based on different payment results after performing a payment operation, the method may further include the following steps based on the method shown in fig. 1:
and step 111, jumping the current page from the first payment page to a ordering completion page of the first network platform when the payment operation is determined to be completed.
And 112, when the payment operation is determined to fail, displaying prompt information of the failure of payment and a third control for reselecting the payment mode on the first payment interface.
And 113, displaying at least one payment mode on the first payment interface after the third control element is triggered.
It can be understood that, after the payment operation is determined to be completed and the payment is successful, the current page is switched from the first payment page back to the ordering completion page of the first network platform, and the ordering completion page is used for informing that the ordering is successful.
After determining that the payment operation fails (for example, the account balance corresponding to the network platform corresponding to the selected payment method is insufficient, or payment cannot be completed because of a network problem, etc.), temporarily, the first network platform is not jumped back, prompt information of the payment failure is displayed on the current first payment interface, the prompt information is used for informing of ordering failure, and a third control for reselecting the payment method is displayed on the first payment interface.
For example, the third control element may also be a selection key for selecting a payment method, and when the selection key is triggered, the at least one payment method is displayed on the first payment interface, for example, the at least one payment method is displayed in a pop-up manner on the first payment interface, at this time, the displayed at least one payment method may be the same as the at least one payment method displayed in step 102, that is, when the payment method is reselected, the same payment method as that of the last payment may be provided to the user. Alternatively, the payment method shown at this time may be different from the at least one payment method shown in step 102, for example, the at least one payment method shown at this time may not include the first payment method for which the payment failed previously.
And step 114, after receiving a third selection instruction for selecting a third payment mode, determining the third payment mode as the current payment mode, wherein the third payment mode is any one of the at least one payment mode, and the third payment mode is the same as or different from the first payment mode.
And 115, when the third payment mode is the same as the first payment mode, after a third payment instruction is received, re-executing the payment operation on the first payment page.
For example, the third payment instruction may be triggered by a payment button on the order-placement failure page, or may be triggered by other means, such as a gesture operation or voice recognition, on the order-placement failure page.
It can be understood that when the reselected third payment means is the same as the first payment means, that is, the reselected third payment means is the same as the last payment means, or belongs to the current second network platform. At this time, the payment operation may be re-executed on the current first payment page (considering that there is usually a time requirement for the payment page, so in order to prevent the payment page from being overtime, the first payment page may be refreshed according to an actual requirement, and the first payment page is reloaded to be the current first payment page) without jumping to another network platform. Alternatively, a fourth payment page may be regenerated on the current second network platform for re-executing the payment operation.
And step 116, when the third payment mode is different from the first payment mode, after a third payment instruction is received, jumping the current page from the first payment page to a third payment page of a fourth network platform corresponding to the third payment mode according to the third selection instruction, wherein the third payment page is used for re-executing the payment operation.
And after receiving the third payment instruction, jumping the current page from the first payment page to a third payment page of a fourth network platform corresponding to the third payment mode according to the determined third payment mode. For example, when the third payment method is a third party payment platform, the current page is jumped to the payment page of the third party payment platform, and when the third payment method is a credit card, the current page is jumped to the payment page of a bank corresponding to the credit card or jumped to the payment page of a union pay.
It should be noted that, if the second network platform and the first network platform are the same network platform, steps 111 to 115 are all executed by the first network platform, and the fourth network platform and the first network platform are different platforms. If the second network platform and the first network platform are different network platforms, steps 111 to 115 are executed through the second network platform, and if the third payment method is different from the first payment method, but the third payment method belongs to the payment method of the first network platform, for example, whether the third payment method is selected or the account balance of the first network payment platform, the fourth network platform is the first network platform, and at this time, jumping to the third payment page in step 116 may be understood as jumping back to the payment page of the first network platform to execute the payment operation again. If the third payment method is different from the first payment method and the fourth network platform to which the third payment method belongs is a new network platform different from the first network platform and the second network platform, the jump to the third payment page in step 116 may be understood as a jump to a payment page of the fourth network platform as the new network platform.
And step 117, when the payment operation is determined to be interrupted, establishing a to-be-paid order corresponding to the payment operation, wherein the payment mode of the to-be-paid order is set as the first payment mode.
Step 117 is the same as the method shown in step 110, and reference may be made to step 110, which is not described again.
Through the implementation mode, when ordering fails, the opportunity of reselecting the payment mode is provided on the payment page of the current network platform, if the selected payment mode is paid again or the current network platform, skipping is not needed, and payment is initiated again on the current payment page; if the selected payment mode for re-payment is other payment modes, skipping to the payment page of the network platform corresponding to the other payment modes, and the page skipping link when re-payment is initiated after the order placing failure can be further reduced, so that the payment process is further shortened.
In addition, the method for generating the first payment instruction may include the following methods:
in a first implementation manner, a fourth control for initiating payment is shown on the lower order page, and the payment method may further include:
and generating the first payment instruction after the fourth control in the lower page is triggered.
The fourth control may be a payment button, and the first payment instruction is generated when the payment button is triggered.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the fourth control may be linked with the first control. And under the condition that the first control is not triggered, the fourth control is triggered, the first control is considered to be triggered at this time, the first control is executed firstly, at least one payment mode is displayed on the lower page, and the first payment instruction is generated after a first selection instruction for selecting the first payment mode is received. Through the method, the selection of the payment mode and the initiation of the payment can be directly realized by triggering the fourth control, and the payment process can be further simplified.
In a second implementation manner, a region for gesture operation may be set on the lower page for performing the gesture operation, and then the payment method may further include:
and acquiring the first gesture operation received on the lower page.
After determining that the first gesture operation is the designated gesture operation, generating the first payment instruction.
In a third embodiment, the voice monitoring may be started after entering the next single page, and the payment method may further include:
after entering a ordering page, receiving first voice information;
and generating the first payment instruction after determining that the first voice message indicates to initiate the payment operation.
It should be noted that each implementation manner of obtaining the first payment instruction is also applicable to the second payment instruction and the third payment instruction.
Through the technical scheme, when the lower single page of the first network platform is displayed, the first control used for selecting the payment mode is displayed on the lower single page, after the first control is triggered, at least one payment mode can be displayed on the lower single page for a user to select, the first payment mode is determined to be the current payment mode after a first selection instruction for selecting the first payment mode is received, and the first payment mode is directly jumped from the lower single page to the first payment page of the second network platform corresponding to the first payment mode after the first payment instruction is received, so that the payment operation corresponding to the lower single page is carried out on the first payment page.
