Referring to fig. 1, a flow of one embodiment of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information processing method as shown in fig. 1 includes the steps of:
step 101, receiving an acquisition request for acquiring a contact way of a second user sent by more than two candidate first users within a first preset time period of opening information of the second user to the first user.
The first user may here be a user who provides a certain service to the second user. The second user here may be a user who offers or buys a tangible or intangible transaction object. The information of the second user may be introduction information of the provided or bought tangible or intangible transaction object, and identification information of the second user. The identification information of the second user may be letters, symbols, chinese characters, etc. for distinguishing different second users.
In some application scenarios, the first user here may be a house service broker. The second user may be a user having the intent to conduct a house-related transaction. In these application scenarios, the execution subject executing the information processing method may be a server of a platform that provides the house-related information. The second user may issue house sale information, house rental information, house purchase information, house rental information, and the like in the above-described platform. In addition, the second user may browse the house selling and renting information displayed on the platform. The execution body may store information related to house transactions issued by a plurality of second users, or may generate information of the second users through browsing operations of the second users on house selling or renting information. The information of the second user here may be preference information of the second user for the house sought to be purchased. Or may be an introduction to the house that the second user may provide.
The platform may open the information of the second user to the first user once every a preset time interval. The preset time interval here may be, for example, 4 hours, 6 hours, or the like. That is, the platform may show the information of the second user to the plurality of first users at preset time intervals. A plurality of first users can browse the information of the second user through the platform.
The first preset time period here may be, for example, 1 minute, 2 minutes, or the like.
That is, in a first preset time period after the execution main body of the information processing method displays the information of the second user to the first user, each first user may send an acquisition request for acquiring the contact information of the second user to the execution main body of the information processing method by performing selection operations such as clicking and touch on the information of the second user displayed on the terminal device. The first user who sends the acquisition request to the execution main body of the information processing method within the first preset time period may be regarded as a candidate first user.
And 102, determining a target first user from more than two candidate first users according to the sequence of the acquisition request.
After the execution main body of the information processing method receives the acquisition requests of more than two candidate first users in the first preset time period, the execution main body may determine the target first user from the more than two candidate first users according to the order of sending the acquisition requests of the candidate first users.
For example, the first candidate first user to send the above-mentioned acquisition request may be determined as the target first user.
Step 103, establishing a preset association relationship between the target first user and the second user, and sending the contact way of the second user to the target first user, so that the target first user can perform information communication with the second user based on the preset association relationship and the contact way.
Namely, the first user and the second user are bound through a preset association relationship. Only the target first user establishing the preset association relation with the second user can communicate information with the second user.
In some application scenarios, the preset association relationship is, for example, a service-to-served relationship. Namely, the second user is assigned to the target first user for service through the preset incidence relation.
After the first user and the second user establish the preset association relationship, the execution subject may send the contact information of the second user to the target first user. The target first user can communicate information with the second user through the contact way.
The method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure receives the obtaining request for obtaining the contact information of the second user, which is sent by more than two candidate first users, within the first preset time period for showing the information of the second user to the first user; determining a target first user from the more than two candidate first users according to the sequence of the acquisition request; and establishing a preset association relation between the target first user and the second user, and sending the contact way of the second user to the target first user so that the target first user can carry out information communication with the second user based on the preset association relation and the contact way. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the contact way of the second user pair is provided for the plurality of first users at the same time, the plurality of first users can communicate with the first users through the contact way, only one first user communicates with the second user in a short time, the frequency of information communication requests received by the second user in a short time is reduced, and user experience is improved.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after the step 103 of establishing the preset association relationship between the target first user and the second user, and sending the contact information of the second user to the target first user, the information processing method further includes: and sending prompt information for prompting that the second user establishes the preset association relation with the target first user to other candidate first users.
In these optional implementation manners, after the target first user establishes the preset association relationship with the second user and sends the contact information of the second user to the target first user, the execution main body of the information processing method may send, to the other candidate first users except the target first user, prompt information for prompting that the second user has established the preset association relationship with the target first user.
That is, for an acquisition request for acquiring the contact information of the second user, which is sent by a plurality of candidate first users concurrently in a short time, after a target first user which can be in contact with the second user is determined from the plurality of first users, the prompt information is sent to other candidate first users. The prompt message may prompt the other candidate first users not to wait for the contact information of the second user online. The waiting time of other candidate first users can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after the step 103 of establishing the preset association relationship between the target first user and the second user, and sending the contact information of the second user to the target first user, the information processing method further includes: and setting the information of the second user to be invisible to other first users within a second preset time period for showing the information of the second user to the first user.
The second preset time period here may be 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. The duration of the second preset time period may be greater than the duration of the first preset time period.
In these optional implementation manners, if a preset association relationship between the target first user and the second user is established in the execution main body of the information processing method, and after the contact way of the second user is sent to the target first user, the information of the second user is set to be invisible to other first users, so that it is avoided that after the contact way of the second user is sent to the target first user, other first users send an acquisition request for acquiring the contact way of the second user to the platform according to the information of the second user browsed through the terminal device. The number of the acquisition requests received by the execution main body can be reduced, and the task processing amount of the execution main body is reduced.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the information processing method further includes the following steps:
firstly, determining whether the target first user and the second user are communicated with each other in a third preset time period after the contact information of the second user is sent to the target first user;
secondly, in response to the fact that the information communication is carried out between the target first user and the second user by using the contact method within a third preset time period after the contact method of the second user is sent to the target first user, the information of the second user is not opened to other first users subsequently.
The third preset time period here is 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 7 minutes, etc. The third preset time period may be set according to a specific application scenario, and is not limited herein.
Further, in the above optional implementation manner, the information processing method may include the following steps:
and thirdly, in response to the fact that the target first user does not perform information communication with the second user within a third preset time period after the contact information of the second user is sent to the target first user, the preset association relation is released.
That is, after the target first user performs information communication with the second user using the contact information within the third preset time period, the preset association relationship between the target first user and the second user is maintained.
And when the target first user does not perform information communication with the second user by using the contact way within the third preset time period, removing the preset association relation between the target first user and the second user.
And after the preset incidence relation is released, displaying the information of the second user to a plurality of first users. The information of the second user may in turn be presented to a plurality of first users. After browsing the information of the second user, the plurality of first users can perform selection operation on the information of the second user, so as to send an acquisition request for acquiring the contact information of the second user to the platform. After receiving the acquisition requests of the plurality of first users, the platform determines the target first user from other first users again, so that the second user can obtain corresponding services in time. The plurality of first users may not include previously identified target first users that are not in information communication with the second user.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the contact address may be a virtual contact address. The virtual contact means can be provided by a third party platform. The third party platform here may be the communications carrier that obtained the corresponding license. That is, after the target first user performs the selection operation on the information of the second user, the virtual contact address matched with the information of the second user can be obtained.
In these alternative implementations, after step 103 above, the information communication between the target first user and the second user is implemented based on the virtual contact.
Namely, the target first user and the second user realize information communication through the virtual contact way. The target first user and the second user cannot see the real contact information with each other. The method is favorable for avoiding the leakage of private information of the user and causing unnecessary influence and loss to the user.
Further, before the information communication between the first user and the second user is realized based on a preset virtual contact manner, the information processing method further includes:
and binding the real contact way and the virtual contact way of the second user in response to receiving a request for information communication with the second user, initiated by the target first user.
In this way, when the target first user initiates information communication with the second user based on the preset association relationship and the virtual contact way, the execution state of the information processing method binds the virtual contact way with the real contact way of the second user stored in the background. And the information communication request of the target first user to the virtual contact way is transferred to the information communication request to the real contact way of the second user.
Further, after the information communication between the target first user and the second user is realized based on the virtual contact manner in response to receiving the request that the target first user initiates the information communication to the second user, the information processing method further includes: and binding the real contact way and the virtual contact way of the target first user. That is, the virtual contact address binds the real contact address of the target first user and the real contact address of the second user. The second user can actively communicate with the target first user through the virtual contact way.
Further, after the real contact information of the target first user is bound with the virtual contact information, the information processing method further includes: and responding to the received information communication request initiated by the second user and carried out with the virtual contact way, and transferring the information communication request to the real contact way corresponding to the target first user.
The information communication between the target first user and the target second user is realized through the virtual contact way, so that the private information of the user can be protected, and the private information of the user is prevented from being leaked.
Further, the information processing method further includes: and in response to determining that the duration of the information communication exceeds a preset duration threshold, providing the target first user with the real contact information of the second user.
That is, when the duration of the information communication between the target first user and the second user exceeds the preset duration threshold, the real contact information of the second user can be provided to the target first user. The method is beneficial to establishing long-term contact between the target first user and the second user.
