[ detailed description ] of the invention
For a better understanding of the technical solutions of the present specification, embodiments of the present specification are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present description. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the description presented herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the description presented herein. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of face payment provided in the related art, as shown in fig. 1, in which the face payment generally includes the following procedures: face brushing collection, waiting for a check result, waiting for a payment result and feeding back the payment result.
In the prior art, after a user brushes a face and checks a body, the face brushing equipment initiates payment by using the check body information of the user, and then waits for a payment result all the time. As can be seen from fig. 1, the period of time waiting for the payment result is relatively long, about 3-5 seconds, reducing the user's face-brushing payment experience.
Based on this problem, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a face-brushing payment method, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the face-brushing payment method provided in one embodiment of the present disclosure. In the face-brushing payment process, several key links which can be perceived by the user are face-brushing acquisition, waiting for a check result, waiting for a payment result and feeding back the payment result. The three links of face brushing collection, body checking waiting result and payment waiting result form a feeling system of the user on face brushing payment efficiency, so as shown in fig. 2, the face brushing payment method provided by the embodiment of the specification is to serially connect the links, and the parallel of the face brushing checking result link and the body checking result waiting link on the user body feeling is realized by means of data prediction, namely the face brushing checking body is equivalent to the payment ending, so that the time consumption on the user body feeling is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a face-brushing payment method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, where, as shown in fig. 3, the face-brushing payment method may include:
in step 302, the face brushing device obtains order information of the user, where the order information includes an order amount of the current order of the user.
In a specific implementation, the order information may further include information such as an order number and/or a commodity detail of the current order of the user, and the embodiment does not limit the information included in the order information.
Step 304, after detecting the operation information of the user, acquiring the face image of the user.
Specifically, the operation information of the user may be an operation of the user on a "face payment" icon in the interface displayed by the face brushing device, or may be a voice command of "face payment" input by the user to the face brushing device, and the specific form of the operation information of the user is not limited in this embodiment, so long as the flow of face payment can be triggered.
And step 306, transmitting the order information of the user and the facial image of the user to a server of the electronic payment platform.
Step 308, receiving a payment result of successful payment of the current order sent by the server; the payment result is sent after the server obtains the user identification of the user according to the facial image of the user and predicts that the order can be successfully paid according to the account information corresponding to the user identification.
The user identifier of the user may be information that can identify the user identity, such as a user name, a mobile phone number, or an identity card number, used by the user in the electronic payment platform, and the specific form of the user identifier is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 310, notifying the user of the successful payment result of the current order.
In this embodiment, after receiving order information and a face image sent by a face brushing device, a server identifies the face image, obtains a user identifier of the user according to an identification result of the face image, and then obtains account information corresponding to the user identifier. Then, the server predicts whether the current order can be paid successfully according to the account information corresponding to the user identifier, in short, the server needs to predict whether the account corresponding to the user identifier can pay funds corresponding to the order amount of the current order.
If the server predicts that the order can be paid successfully, the server directly sends a successful payment result of the order to the face brushing equipment, and the face brushing equipment receives the successful payment result of the order sent by the server. And then, the face brushing equipment informs the user of the successful payment result of the order payment. That is, in this embodiment, after the face-brushing collection operation is performed, the user only needs to wait for the check result, and then can obtain the payment result of successful payment from the face-brushing device, so that the user does not need to wait for the real payment result after the execution of the payment operation, thereby reducing the time consumption on the user's body feeling.
In particular, the face brushing device can inform the user of the payment result in advance through interface interaction and/or voice and other modes, so that the user and the merchant are informed of successful payment of the current order.
In the face-brushing payment method, the face-brushing device acquires order information of a user, acquires face images of the user after detecting operation information of the user, and then sends the order information of the user and the face images of the user to a server of an electronic payment platform. The server obtains the user identification of the user according to the facial image of the user, and further, after predicting that the order can be paid successfully according to the account information corresponding to the user identification, the server directly sends a payment result of successful payment of the order to the face brushing equipment. And the face brushing equipment receives a successful payment result of the order payment sent by the server, and then informs the user of the successful payment result of the order payment. From the perspective of user experience, after the user performs face-brushing collection operation, the user only needs to wait for the check result (about 1 second), then the successful payment result can be obtained from the face-brushing equipment, the user does not need to wait for the real payment result after the payment operation is performed, the time consumption of the user in somatosensory is reduced, and the face-brushing payment experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a face payment method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 of the present disclosure, after step 306, the method may further include:
step 402, the face brushing device receives a payment credential of the current order sent by the server, where the payment credential includes a user identifier of the user.
And step 404, using the payment certificate to initiate a payment request corresponding to the current order to the server, so that the server executes a payment operation on an account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request.
In this embodiment, after the face brushing device sends the order information of the user and the face image of the user to the server of the electronic payment platform, the server identifies the face image of the user, obtains the user identifier of the user according to the identification result of the face image, and then generates a payment credential of the current order, and sends the payment credential to the face brushing device.
In the case that the server predicts that the order can be successfully paid, the step of sending the payment result of the successful payment of the order to the face brushing device by the server and the step of sending the payment certificate to the face brushing device can be executed in parallel or sequentially, and the execution sequence of the two steps is not limited in this embodiment.
And under the scene that the server predicts that the order can be successfully paid, after the face brushing equipment receives the payment certificate sent by the server, a payment request corresponding to the order is initiated to the server by using the payment certificate, so that the server executes payment operation on the account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request. In this scenario, since the server already sends the payment result of successful payment of the current order to the face brushing device, after the server really executes the payment operation on the account corresponding to the user identifier, the server does not need to send the payment result to the face brushing device. The embodiment realizes parallelism of the waiting payment result link and the waiting check result link on the somatosensory of the user, and from the perspective of user experience, the face-brushing check is equivalent to the end of payment, so that the time consumption on the somatosensory of the user is reduced.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a face payment method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 of the present disclosure, after step 306, the method may further include:
step 502, a face brushing device receives a payment credential of the present order sent by a server, wherein the payment credential comprises a user identifier of the user; the payment certificate is sent after the server obtains the user identification of the user according to the facial image of the user and predicts that the order cannot be successfully paid according to the account information corresponding to the user identification.
And step 504, initiating a payment request corresponding to the current order to a server by using the payment certificate.
Step 506, receiving a payment result sent by the server; the payment result is obtained after the server executes the payment operation on the account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request.
And step 508, notifying the user of the payment result.
In this embodiment, after the face brushing device sends the order information of the user and the face image of the user to the server of the electronic payment platform, if the server predicts that the order cannot be paid successfully, the server does not send a payment result to the face brushing device first, but sends a payment credential of the order to the face brushing device first according to a conventional flow, after the face brushing device receives the payment credential of the order, the face brushing device initiates a payment request corresponding to the order to the server by using the payment credential, and then, the server executes a payment operation on an account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request and sends the payment result to the face brushing device. And after receiving the payment result sent by the server, the face brushing equipment informs the user of the payment result.
That is, in the scenario that the server predicts that the order cannot be paid successfully, the face brushing device needs to initiate payment to the server by using the payment credential according to the conventional flow, and then waits for the payment result sent by the server, and further notifies the user of the payment result.
Also, the face brushing device may be implemented by means of interface interaction and/or voice notification when notifying the user of the payment result.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a face payment method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the face payment method may include:
step 602, a server of an electronic payment platform receives order information and a face image of a user sent by face brushing equipment; the order information includes an order amount of the user's current order.
In a specific implementation, the order information may further include information such as an order number and/or a commodity detail of the current order of the user, and the embodiment does not limit the information included in the order information.
Step 604, obtaining a user identification of the user according to the facial image of the user.
The user identifier of the user may be information that can identify the user identity, such as a user name, a mobile phone number, or an identity card number, used by the user in the electronic payment platform, and the specific form of the user identifier is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 606, predicting the payment result of the current order according to the account information corresponding to the user identifier.
In short, in this step, the server needs to predict whether the account corresponding to the user identifier can pay out funds corresponding to the order amount of the current order.
In this embodiment, the account information corresponding to the user identifier may include one or a combination of the following: the user's current account's available payment level, whether credit payment is opened, historical payment capability images, whether payment channel switching has been performed for a predetermined period of time prior to the current time. The predetermined period may be set by itself according to system performance and/or implementation requirements during implementation, and the length of the predetermined period is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the predetermined period may be 30 days.
That is, after the server obtains the user identifier, the account corresponding to the user identifier may be obtained, and then the server may predict the payment result of the present order in combination with the information of the available payment level (for example, account balance) of the present account, whether credit payment is opened, the historical payment capability image, and/or whether payment channel switching has been performed recently.
And 608, when the predicted result is that the order can be paid successfully, sending a payment result of successful payment of the order to the face brushing equipment, so that the face brushing equipment informs the user of the payment result of successful payment of the order.
In the face-brushing payment method, after receiving order information and face images of a user sent by face-brushing equipment, a server of an electronic payment platform acquires user identification of the user according to the face images of the user, predicts a payment result of the order according to account information corresponding to the user identification, sends a payment result of successful order payment to the face-brushing equipment when the prediction result is that the order can be successfully paid, and then informs the user of the payment result of successful order payment. Therefore, after the face-brushing collection operation is carried out, the user only needs to wait for the check result (about 1 second), then the successful payment result of the payment can be obtained from the face-brushing equipment, the user does not need to wait for the real payment result after the execution of the payment operation, the time consumption of the user in the sense of body is reduced, and the face-brushing payment experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a face payment method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment of fig. 6 of the present disclosure, after step 604, the method may further include:
step 702, the server sends a payment credential of the current order to the face brushing device, where the payment credential includes a user identifier of the user.
Step 704, a payment request initiated by the face brushing device using the payment credential is received.
Step 706, executing payment operation on the account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request.
In this embodiment, after receiving order information and a face image of a user sent by a face brushing device, a server of an electronic payment platform identifies the face image of the user, and obtains a user identifier of the user according to an identification result of the face image. And then, the server generates a payment certificate of the current order and sends the payment certificate to the face brushing equipment.
In the case where the server predicts that the order can be successfully paid, the step of sending the payment result of the successful payment of the order to the face brushing device by the server may be executed in parallel with the step of sending the payment certificate to the face brushing device, or may be executed sequentially, that is, step 608 may be executed in parallel with step 702, or may be executed sequentially, and the execution sequence of these two steps is not limited in this embodiment.
And under the scene that the server predicts that the order can be successfully paid, after the face brushing equipment receives the payment certificate sent by the server, a payment request corresponding to the order is initiated to the server by using the payment certificate, and after the server receives the payment request, the payment operation is executed on the account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request.
Further, after step 706, the method may further include:
if the payment operation fails, the funds corresponding to the amount of the order are transferred to the seller user of the current order from the reserved deduction fund pool.
And step 710, sending prompt information to the electronic equipment used by the user, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user that an order which is not paid successfully exists so as to guide the user to complete payment.
That is, in order not to bring the funds loss to the seller user, the proposal reserves a deduction fund pool, if the payment operation is not executed, the server transfers the funds corresponding to the order amount to the seller merchant of the current order from the deduction fund pool. And then, the server sends prompt information to the electronic equipment used by the user to prompt the user to have an order which is not paid successfully, and the user is guided to complete payment afterwards.
The electronic device used by the user may be an intelligent electronic device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch or a vehicle-mounted device, and the specific type of the electronic device used by the user is not limited in this embodiment.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a face payment method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, in the embodiment of fig. 6 of the present disclosure, after step 606, the method may further include:
step 802, when the predicted result is that the current order cannot be paid successfully, the server sends a payment credential of the current order to the face brushing device, wherein the payment credential includes a user identifier of the user, so that the face brushing device initiates a payment request corresponding to the current order by using the payment credential.
Step 804, receiving a payment request corresponding to the current order initiated by the face brushing device using the payment credential.
Step 806, executing a payment operation on the account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request.
And step 808, sending a payment result corresponding to the payment operation to the face brushing equipment, so that the face brushing equipment informs the user of the payment result.
In this embodiment, if the server predicts that the current order cannot be paid successfully, the server does not send a payment result to the face brushing device first, but sends a payment credential of the current order to the face brushing device according to a conventional flow, after the face brushing device receives the payment credential of the current order, the face brushing device initiates a payment request corresponding to the current order to the server by using the payment credential, and then, the server executes a payment operation on an account corresponding to the user identifier according to the payment request and sends the payment result to the face brushing device.
In the face-brushing payment method provided by the embodiment of the specification, the face-brushing core link is utilized to predict whether the user can pay successfully in the next payment link in advance, so that the user is prompted to pay successfully in advance on the sense of the user, and the time consumption of 5-7 seconds of full-link payment in the conventional method is reduced to 2 seconds. The face brushing payment method can control the resource loss risk, improve the user experience and greatly improve the face brushing payment efficiency.
